We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Seaview apartment! it's such a beautiful apartment with lots of love for details. The apartment is well equipped, you find beach towels, beach chairs, an iron board, washing machine, the kitchen has everything you need. last but not least the view of the sea is not to beat! the host was always very fast in responding and always there to help.

The apartment has a great view. In clear weather you can see Tenerife. After 12pm, you can enjoy the sun on the balcony in January. Which is west facing. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and the beds made fine. It's surprisingly easy to pull out the beds/back, and we slept beautifully. There is an elevator up to this 4th floor apartment, but we preferred the stairs that are easy to take in this property. Remember the running shoes, whether running or walking, it's great to start your day with a walk on the promenade. There is a smaller outdoor gym at the concert house to the south.

Located in a pristine area in Las Palmas! Very walkable, close to restaurants and shops. The beach is right at the front door and nothing was more beautiful than waking up to hear the waves crashing upon the shore. It was a beautiful sight to see while working. Would stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at living las canteras. Such a well equipped apartment, amazing location and had everything we needed. Communication, access, check out and help with transfers all superb too. Highly highly recommend Juan and his properties when visiting GC 😊

The apartment was really great. Very clean and fits the photos. The sunset can also be enjoyed on the balcony. At night it was always very quiet. Since the apartment is on the 4th floor, you can't hear the voices from the pedestrian zone. Juan informs very well about the arrival and departure as well as tips on what to do. It may be too much info for some, it worked for me. You can also get answers to the questions very quickly. If an early check-in is not possible, the luggage can be dropped off at the property after consultation. A late checkout is also possible if guests have not booked the apartment directly afterwards. The surroundings themselves are great anyway. I would be very happy to come back.

Fully matches the description. Thoughtful details. Functional. The beds are a little uncomfortable, hard, and a little sagging because of the slat floor. Great location for snorkeling and restaurants. City bikes parking nearby. Communication was proactive.

I fell in love with this apartment at the very first sight when I saw it on AirbnB. And it was actually just as beautiful as in the pictures, everything so lovingly decorated and really thought of everything. The terrace is sensational, great views of the sea and comfortable terrace furniture to enjoy it. I will definitely be back, look forward to it now.

beautiful apartment by the sea, breathtaking views and nice terrace. Super central and comfortable location, quiet despite being located in the heart of downtown. In general, I felt good, Juan was helpful and kind throughout the stay. The price is a little high but these times difficult to find better if you want a house with sea views:)

It was great! You can look from the inside and from the terrace directly to the sea and can fully enjoy the stay even in bad weather (like with me ;-). Everything is easily accessible on foot, the beach promenade is right outside the door. This is where you can jog, walk, and get anywhere quickly. The bakery right next to the house sells delicious coffee and pastries. I am really happy with my stay and will be happy to come back on occasion. Thank you!

Very nice Studio with greatest location on the beach walk! Well equipped kitchen and lovely large balcony overviewing the beach walk. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The host is very helpful with good recommendations for restaurants and reacts very fast on questions.

Very nice apartment, that had everything needed during our stay. Great balcony with table with 2 chairs for morning breakfasts a sofa and 2 sunbeds for lazy days in the sun. Comfortable beds. Great view over the ocean. Can stay here again for sure.

Very nice apartment with great location. The host was flexible and super friendly! Big plus for the quiet environment even though it is right on the beach. If you come from colder country and are used to sleep with colder room temperature it might get hot on the warm days (no AC) but the tower fan helped with this. :)

We spent 8 days in this beautiful apartment. Although it is quite small, the apartment is very cozy and conveniently furnished. We didn't miss anything. The proximity to the sea is very nice, which you can enjoy wonderfully on the beautiful balcony.

I stayed at this airbnb for a month and had a fantastic time. It’s very close to the beach and plenty of good restaurants are around the area. Whenever I needed help from the host they were very friendly and responded timely. I would certainly come back and stay here again - Thank you!

I was for the first time at Playa de las Canteras and I was positively surprised all around! The beach is fantastic, it is not a "tourist hotspot" at all, but very local, which I enjoyed very much. The sea shows all its wonderful facets there and not only invites you to swim, but also to do sports and extended beach walks. My concern that you might feel disturbed in the apartment by the restaurants/cafes etc. located on the beach promenade was completely unfounded. You can actually hear the sound of the sea there. And if you really want to have your peace, you can also make the apartment very dark and quiet through the shutters, which I personally appreciate very much. The offset design of the apartments gives you the feeling that you live at the very top directly under the sky with unlimited views of the sea. In fact, I wanted to book my Christmas vacation there, which unfortunately didn't work because the apartment (completely understandable) was already fully booked in the near future. Thank you for everything Juan, I will of course be back!!

We had a wonderful stay in Las Canteras. Despite the fact that the location is 1A and right on the promenade, it is not noisy in the room. From the top (4th floor) you have a great view of the beach. You have everything right in front of the door. Starting from numerous restaurants, bakery, supermarket and more. You fall asleep and wake up with wonderful sound of the sea. Juan is a great host and will take care of everything immediately if needed. Thank you for that.

The apartment is great and everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is top equipped and was cleanly cleaned. The noise from the promenade is not too loud and the location is very good. Many shops nearby and especially the large and beautiful beach "Playa de las Canteras" is just around the corner. We had a rental car, which we parked in the parking garage "Parking Olof Palme" for €60 per week. Good services and in 3-5 minutes walk. Communication with the host Juan went smoothly. He answered all of our questions as soon as possible.

Just back from our 2 week holiday staying at 'Modern Oceanfront', Las Canteras. What a great apartment ! It is ideally located for all local amenities; restaurants, bars, supermarkets all within close proximity. The views from the apartments balcony were stunning. At night time, the sounds of the sea and the crashing of the waves unforgettable. Juan was an excellent host, always contactable and willing to give advice on the local area, to make for a perfect holiday. Thank you to Juan and his team for all their hard work. Our stay in Living Las Canteras apartment was super great! The apartment as described, clean and super-equipped. Communication with the Juan and his friend Pepe is quick and comfortable! Check in and out without problems! Great location, all shops and restaurants within a few meters! We recommend it with all our hearts!

Lovely and very well equipped apartment in a very good location. Beach, bars and restaurants right outside (not too noisy inside apartment). Beautiful balcony!! The owner is very helpful. He answer any question very quickly, even late Sunday! He helped us rent a car and also organized pick up from airport. Everything went smooth. Thanks for letting is stay here.

The apartment had a very nice terrace to the ocean where we enjoyed the sunshine and the sound of the sea. Supermarkets are within walking distances while during the night the place was absolutely calm.

Stayed for a week and the vacation was great. Lovely and clean place right by the seaside, exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Flat has everything you need with loads of handy add ons such as washing machine, parasol, plenty of furniture etc. Communication and checkin went smoothly and swiftly. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend the place and return some day. Thanks a lot especially to Juan & Pepe.

Very nice personal welcome and the apartment is really fantastic, stylish furnishings, cleanliness top and with the view of the sea can start the holiday. Amazing apartment. Clean and modern. Balcony had lovely outdoor loungers and couch where you could relax all day long on looking the beach. Great location on the beach front - full of choice of restaurants and cafes. The hosts Juan and Pepe were great and were easily contacted and made for a great stay.

Studio apartment with amazing sea views. The apartment is pretty new and recently refurbished and it’s very thoughtfully decorated. The host Pepe is super attentive and the flat has everything you will need for a few days. The location in my view doesn’t get any better, right in the middle of the promenade, on the beach and a stone’s throw of a wealth of local restaurants, bars, shops and surfing. Wifi is fast too. Highly recommended!
