Great, light-flooded apartment, it matches the review. The location is good, you can reach the old town and beaches on foot. The intense traffic in front of the apartment can be strenuous, but you will be pointed out. There are good descriptions of how to get into the apartment, even without personal contact.

The place exactly matches the photos. The roof terrace is great. However, it is located directly on a seven-lane road with corresponding noise scenery. View over the harbor fantastic. The underground parking is a disaster. Midsize cars can't drive in here. This was only communicated to us when we had already rented a car.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the place and the terrace was absolutely wonderful, making our mornings extra special. The location is perfect. Our host was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would love to stay here again in the future!

I stayed two monthes to develop a software. The view is marvellous and working was in a good flow. The Internet is extremly fast, I had no worries at all. At night, the big TV is like sitting in a cinema above the sea. Hint: many stores deliver food and water: I used El Corte des Ingles. Order online and they deliver free above a certain amount. And the next Hiperdino is about 4 min away. Taxi hint: walk around the building to the traffic lights. When getting red, the will be a taxi to hop in. For working it is the perfect appartement. I love cooking as a balance: the kitchen has got everything you need. It is big and in a good layout also for gourmet cooking. At the sea you encounter some insects (I was here April and May): just by some insect sprays. I enjoyed and will come back again. Thanks to the team to be always available. Awesome!

A really nice penthouse with good value for the money. It does get a little dusty on the terrace due to traffic but this was already communicated in the venue's description, which I really appreciate. I enjoyed the quiet air conditioners. Two bathrooms were also very useful. Parking is an issue if you have a larger rental car (like me) but there is a parking lot in 10-15 minute walking distance in the South.

We were delighted that our holiday began in that fantastic flat! We are thankful for the thorough explanation provided by the owner, complete with photos/videos and even recommendations. The dirty floor was not a major issue; instead, we turned it into an opportunity for a home workout by cleaning it. =)

Our host Juan from Living Las Canteras was super professional. Everything we needed to know was sent to us in good time with perfect instructions including both pictures and videos. He answered all our questions very quickly, often within minutes. He arranged for extra requirements and booked all our transport. The terrace, going around two sides of the apartment, is very big and has a great view and you see the sun from dawn till dusk. We booked the apartment party because of the work desk and it was great. Perfect WiFi, proper chair, external screen.

Absolutely, fabulous. Incredible apartment, the view is second to none. I highly recommend hiring the shuttle service provided when traveling with children. Juan is extremely helpful and friendly. He put a smile on all of our faces :)

We stayed here for 5 days. The place was fantastic! The apartment was exactly what we needed. Two of my group were working remotely for the week and the work setup was brilliant. The WiFi was perfect for the whole week. Juan provided us with so much helpful info before arrival and was very responsive with a couple of questions we had during our stay. I would recommend reading the guide sent by Juan to learn about recommendations in the area and local deals you can avail of. I saw some reviews complaining about the traffic below the apartment. There is a busy junction below but we didn’t feel this impacted out stay negatively. The bedrooms are all back from the road area so there was no noise at all from the bedrooms at night. The kitchen and balcony had some traffic noise but we didn’t find it bad at all. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The flat was a lovely space with exceptional views across the marina/los palmas. Sunrises and sunsets could be observed on both sides. It had basic facilities throughout and limited cutlery/pans when cooking. Our main concern was the extreme traffic noise! It didn’t stop day/night so being on the beautiful balcony was difficult and the traffic overwhelming. It is on a major roundabout over what i can only describe as a motorway! The pollution felt excessive and everything became dusty/black including the sunbeds/furniture. We could not walk on the balcony bare foot after 30mins of cleaning due to extreme black feet! We employed a cleaner after 1 week as everything started getting marked with black dust. We were contacted about noise when we just had dinner no music until 10.30! Access to the marina was fab which was our reason for staying. The small beach is good for a morning swimming and just across the road. Juan was responsive at the beginning and end of our trip.

We've just spent 9 days here, and particularly enjoyed the location and the extra large wrap around balcony. It's in a very high traffic area so don't expect peace and quiet. Lots to watch going on at the beach and busy commercial port right out front though. The apartment was a good size. Bathrooms and bedrooms were small. Bed was comfortable but bedroom got warm at night. AC is just in living area. Linens were well used. As for the apartments decor, think IKEA, and it's getting quite tired old and well used. Definitely not high end. The parking was somewhat of a nightmare because from the street you enter a dark narrow steep sloped garage where you immediately have to inch your way around an impossible corner hoping not to scratch the sides of your small rental vehicle. Not fun! On a VERY positive note, Living Las Canteras is a very well run, efficient, attentive and responsive management company that works hard to please. No fault found there. Excellent service. Thank you Juan!

Great flat for a digital nomad looking for superfast reliable internet, great terrace and great place to stay. No A/C in the bedrooms so windows might need to stay open, so not recommended for light sleepers. Location fantastic, right opposite the sporty beach, and then 10 minutes walk to the more scenic city beach--traffic noise not too much of an issue, and lovely breeze on the terrace at the top.

We really enjoyed watching the ships go by, watching the sunrise and set from the fabulous balcony. Central location. Small beach, two minute walk, larger beach, twenty min walk or taxis are cheap. Would recommend.

I had the opportunity to stay here for 4 weeks. This is a dream apartment. The penthouse is just as you see in the pictures. Juan is more than the perfect host. Everything in the penthouse is working as it should. There are beach chairs that worked perfectly on the beach. I hope I will be back soon. Thanks for everything Juan

This was one of the best Airbnb's that we have ever stayed at! Juan’s place is absolutely stunning, with quite an amazing view. The penthouse was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need, Juan and his team always available if we needed anything. The penthouse was clean, comfortable, and a very welcoming space to come home to after exploring Gran Canaria all day. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book with Juan again if we make our way back to Las Palmas. Did I mention the view!? The sunsets and starry skies! Highly recommended!

Fantastic location and best view in Las Palmas! The apartment is very clean and spacious, everything necessary for cooking is available. You can’t go wrong with Living Las Canteras. The penthouse is in a great central location; walking to most destinations is practical and easy. The penthouse is spotless, comfortable, and offers great views from the floor to ceiling windows and extremely spacious wrap-around balcony. Best of all, the hosts are attentive and caring, sure to make your trip easy, fun, and full of touching little details.

Very nice apartment! Great view! Communication etc. with Juan was very good! The team is very accommodating and tries to make extra requests like late check out! Everything worked out great! The street can of course be heard, but it did not bother us very much. It was worth it for the view!

The apartment was even better than the photos! We had such a great stay, be the terrace and living space are huge and very comfortable for chilling and hammock time. Perfect for breakfast and sunset drinks. The location was also great, about a 15-20 min walk from some of the best restaurants and a beautiful beach. The communication with Juan was also excellent. Couldn't have asked for more!

Super hosts, great place with stunning views. Great place to stay for an extended visit to Las Palmas. A bit far from old Town but only since we were traveling with little children, for adults or older children traveling within Las Palmas would be easier. I can highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation is the best of palms, we have been 6 people super comfortable, the views are incredible of the beach and the port. Super well located, all amenities are a luxury, very well cared for. Communicating with hosts is perfect. Equipped to enjoy the beach, full appliances... and it's a 10 in everything. We will definitely return.

We booked the apartment as a girlfriend group for our first trip together. It was very cool. We were able to listen to music and watch movies on Netflix for example. Also the place was very nice. We had a beach right in front of us with Beach Volleyball and soccer fields and a big balcony where we could take a sunbathe whenever we wanted. The Hosts were super friendly and understanding. Definitely a super deal with no negative feedback!

Fantastic luxurious penthouse! Very comfortable and spacious. Great view on the port! 1 bedroom with a big bed with its own bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk - pratical when working from home and another children room upstairs with one single bed plus another bathroom. We were 3 friends all working remotely and it was perfect for us and the curfew made it calm at night which was nice! Juan and Pepe were super nice and always here to help us!

Francisco's apartment is conveniently located in Las Palmas close to beaches and restaurants. The apartment has an exceptional terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. In addition, an email was sent to us by Fransisco with several tips and addresses of Grand Canaria, which are excellent advice. We tried several of these places and were not disappointed. Small plus, the shared bike station just at the foot of the apartment. We will go back to this apartment during our next stay in Las Palmas without hesitation.

What a spectacular apartment. From the minute you open the door the floor to ceiling windows on two sides provide a wonderful panoramic view of the harbour and beach. The place itself is very tidy and very well equipped for a stay. The benefit of free parking is also great even though the car park is tight to manouevre around so bare that in mind. I dont think a big 4x4 will fit. Aside from all this. Extremely highly recommended pepe and juan were a pleasure to deal with and were very responsive. I will definately be coming back again.

The accommodations at penthouse beach was that out of a story book. You’re on the 7th story penthouse of the east side of Las Palmas and you feel like James Bond or maybe a Prince. Nestled perfectly over what seems to be a mostly private beach with views of the sails and yachts at the marina. Not only did this provide higher end restaurants with exquisite cuisine along a VERY close boardwalk but also provided stunning views (including glorious sunrises)! The home came well equipped with all of the essentials from an espresso machine to two full bathrooms. The sleeping quarters were pristine and comfortable (total of two primary bedrooms on first story and another bed in an annex area for even more privacy away from main part of the house. My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves very much at this Posh home; from spending time in the hammock and couch on the terrace across a 270° view of the Las Palmas skyline to sitting on the comfortable seating inside. The north end of Las Palmas is basically less than a mile wide so this location also made it very easy to walk to what felt like a hundred or so restaurants, bars and nightlife all around. Walking these smaller Canarian streets really got all of your senses going from the lively colors to modern and classic architecture (was home to Christopher Colombus and you can see so much of this history sprinkled throughout this striking city. If you’ve never traveled to Gran Canaria, you’re making the right choice staying here and enjoying all that it has to offer. The more touristy/popular spot on the island is about a 45 minute drive south depending on “work week” traffic but is very easy and direct to get to nonetheless. We preferred hiking Pico de Nieves and Roque Nublo much more as well as surf spot search when the winds were right. This whole place is just magical and would very much love to stay and visit again. We were still in such awe leaving that we accidentally left the keys locked inside the apartment because we left jovially and exhausted from some incredible Tempranillo and Iberian jamón the night before. Juan was the most hospitable host and there for us if we ever needed help with anything. Pepe was very kind as well and showed all the ins and outs when arriving to this gorgeous penthouse flat. Do yourself a favor and book if available as I can see why it’s in high demand! Also, do your absolute best to rent a smaller, vehicle as Juan suggests. The parking and garage are extremely small but we were still able to make it in with A Volkswagen Caddy (tall, boxy van) but not without reversing several more times just to not hit with the corners of the pull in with the roof of the vehicle due to its height. Renting something that is short with a shorter wheelbase is the best! Remember to leave the house and building keys inside of the garage where instructed so not lock them in as we regrettably did upon departure. If we could give this place a 11/10, we would. Book now and be happy, stay stoked. Good vibes await!

This apartment is fabulous, with amazing views of the harbour and city. The host is very helpful and will deal with anything that you need very quickly. They even let us check out late, plus could leave bags in safe place on day of departure if needed. It had a wonderful beach opposite, shops for everything you need, plenty of cooking implements and crockery. The outdoor space is great offering an amazing view of sunrise and sunshine all day for relaxing and getting sun soaked. The only slight draw back is underground parking, although convenient, it is a bit tight to get into. I would definitely book again

The penthouse in Las Palmas was really awesome. Direct view on the harbor and the adjacent swimming beach and of course the sea. We've had a great time there and are already planning our next stay there😊
