We had a fantastic stay at Clive’s apartment in London. The location is great, walkable to both Euston Station and St. Pancras International Station. The apartment is very kid-friendly, which we really appreciated. We stayed with two kids, and they loved the kids’ plates, cups, and also toys! Everything was clean. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of water and our favorite oat milk on the kitchen counter, which we really appreciated. We also found a box of quick oats in the kitchen, making breakfast for the kids easy. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby, so the location is very convenient. Communication with Clive was easy. He was very responsive and sent us detailed instructions on how to get in. We really appreciated having a PDF file with all the necessary information. Highly recommended!

Great flat to stay at with a good layout for three people. Large kitchen and equipped with a washer/dryer. The area wasn’t quite what was expected, but it was easy to get to different underground stations and walkable to the main area of Camden. Very responsive host and sent many instructions for everything with videos to make the stay easier.

While the interior of the apartment is exactly as pictured, I am shocked this rental has such great reviews because the neighborhood and building are rough. We were not expecting the property to be in this type of area, it looked like lower income housing. When we walked in there was trash all over the courtyard, the building was very old dirty and worn down, plus there was a man smoking marijuana on the bench right in front of the building that I had to walk my kids by. I did not feel safe here with our young kids. After we arrived I was so shocked that I looked up the area and found it is in Sommer town which has above average crime rates. To be honest, we were so disappointed because review me were so good. But if I had seen pictures of the outside of the building and of the area, I wouldn’t have booked this airbnb. We ended up immediately booking a hotel in another area and canceling the reservation. On a positive note, our host was very nice and responsive.

The property area is not very well maintained. Its a very old building and had a weird smell in the apartment. Windows had so much spider webs and dust. Kitchen sink was getting blocked so many times. Although there were liquids available in the sink below to use for cleaning but it was unnecessary hazard for using the kitchen efficiently. Tea bags were out of date and we checked after making our tea which wasn’t a good feeling. Instructions to find the property and open the lock system was shared very last minute after I requested and that was very inconvenient especially when we had a little one with us. Host was accommodating for early check in which we are thankful for but other than that it wasn’t a very pleasant stay.

Perfect place to stay for a three day trip to London! Especially the proximity to St Pankras was optimal for travel to and from!
