The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and clean. It is also well located. We took the bus several times, and the stops are really close to the flat. Plenty of places to eat, or mini-markets for those who prefer to cook. We chose this accommodation because we were arriving by Eurostar at St Pancras, and the accommodation is very close, which made getting there and leaving easier. Communication with the hosts is easy, and they are very responsive. They answered all our questions before we arrived and during our stay.

Great apartment, perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. It was great having space to hang out separate from sleeping quarters. Any number of eateries in very close proximity and also Tesco and Sainsburys very nearby. Location adjacent Kings Cross Station was ideal - Easy connections to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. It's a busy spot and the earplugs worked a treat so we all slept well. Overall, an ideal spot for exploring London. We would definitely go back and recommend to other families.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to Kings cross/ st pancras. Instructions for check in etc. were perfect. Enough space, Very comfortable for 3-4 people.

A great spacious apartment in a really convenient area. There is a lot of noise from the street but this is to be expected in such an area, the earplugs provided were much appreciated! Hosts were quick to respond and check in/out was smooth.

Street noises are very loud, but it is a trade-off for how close it is to Kings Cross Station! They also provide ear plugs which was nice. Apartment was clean and comfortable!

Perfect! We were for the Harry Potter Studio in London. Location was perfect to get there right over Euston Station. Many options right in front of the apartment for breakfast. We felt totally comfortable. What you should know is that it is very loud even at night, but you gladly accept that for the location

Everything was fantastic 😊 The accommodation, the contact with Clive, the surroundings… We were very comfortable, with the station around the corner to be able to move around London without problems. The apartment is very cozy, with all kinds of amenities and attention to detail 🩷 I would recommend it 100%.

This was our first time in London, and having such a comfortable, well-located apartment made all the difference. It was exactly as described—easy to get to and in a fantastic location, with direct public transportation not only to the main attractions but also to Heathrow, Gatwick, and Luton airports, which was very convenient for our arrivals and departures. The host was very responsive and helpful—we reached out a couple of times with questions about the appliances, and he quickly clarified everything. It was a great place to come back to and rest after full days of exploring.

Todd’s has been amazing host and he provided useful handbook for us to navigate ourself to property. Apartment is strategic location, and because of that the street noise is something you cannot avoid. But i dont feel it to loud as i have no issue withe dozzing off. Aware that you need to climb 3 floors to the apartment. so with huge and heavy luggage, prepare to take good rest and time

We enjoyed our stay in London as a family of 4 with 2 small children. The location is great for getting out and about which is what we wanted. But it’s a busy area too so bear that in mind. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. There is a Tesco just 5 mins walk so that was handy. I personally enjoyed using the coffee machine and the video guide was great. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Overall it was excellent value for money.

Our family of three spent a pleasant three days here.The host responded quickly and provided clear and detailed check-in instructions, which made our stay very smooth.The room is clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the location is very good.Supermarket, good restaurants, and King's Cross Station are all within a 5-minute walk!It's hot on the top floor, I think it might be better to open the windows all day for ventilation.Also, the master bedroom is very noisy at night, because the location is bustling and there are cars and sirens all night, which is a challenge for sleep quality.

Fabulous stay near Kings Cross station. Being so near the station was such a bonus, and the flat itself was beautiful. We were able to relax, enjoy the kitchen and felt very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the host was promptly responsive with any questions. Instructions to access the flat were detailed and clear, which I really appreciated. It was noisy, night and day, being so close to the station. But there were earplugs provided, which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this cozy AirBnB near Paddington Station. Pros: - Unbeatable Location: Just a few minutes' walk to the station. - Well-Equipped: The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. - Great host: always responsive and gives clear instructions Cons: - Noisy Nights: Frequent police sirens disrupted our sleep. - Heat Issues: The rooftop location made it quite warm during our stay. - Stairs: Be prepared to climb up three levels of stairs, which could be an issue with heavy suitcases. - Price: given its prime location, the price is on the high end

Great location, can be quite noisy from the busy street outside but thats to be expected. Overall the apartment was lovely, looked great, the kitchen was well equipped and we had a great stay.

It was a very nice airbnb, did get very hot in the night though. Very easy to get around the city as it is right next to Kings cross and the international train station, very walkable as well, and good amenities

Great central location, very close to King’s Cross Station. Note! There are two sets of stairs into the apartment as it is a penthouse. Friday nights also get rowdy and street noise can be loud. Apartment is spacious for four people, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen!

We found the unit a great place to stay. It met our needs as it was close to public transport and to the intercity rail. Location was on the Piccadilly line directly from Heathrow which was great after the long flight from Australia. The four flights of stairs was a challenge with our luggage but it didn’t in anyway take away from our stay. What a nice place to stay..

The location is great, 2min walk to King’s Cross. The cleanness and facilities of house is great. We have a nice sleep here. The supermarket is 1min for walk, so that we can cook ourselves. The only difficulty is there is no elevator up to flat, so that we have to take all of our luggage into 4th floor.

The place is good. Very convenient to eat and going around. The checkin process was not too smooth. And was using kind of cold water to shower for two nights (finally we fixed by rebooting the system). The place is cosy and perfect for family.

I always think the measure of a person or a business is how they respond when sailing isn't smooth. We had a rough start with checking in with some miscommunication and incorrect codes BUT to their absolute credit Todd and Clive were exceptionally responsive despite the late hour and rectified the situation super quickly and thoroughly. Very helpful and communicative. LOVED staying at this apartment, the location was wonderful for our first stop in a month long UK visit. Easy access to trains and buses with Kings Cross Station barely minutes away. Was a beautiful haven to come back to after long days out exploring. As it states in the listing, there's a few sets of stairs but I'm 55 and a chronic overpacked and still managed fine with luggage ;) Highly recommend.

The flat is very convenient to Kings Cross/St. Pancras Station (which is a very busy area) and was clean and comfortable. So nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a washer/dryer for our family. Clive, the co-host, was very communicative and responsive.

Great place to stay at London near King Cross. Manything provides including jigsaw and Play Station 4 games. One thing that you need to be aware is that the place is on the top flow (3rd flow) and no elevator. But everything elase is great. Recomended.

I was visiting my daughter attending University close to King's Cross - and this location was perfect. The building is one block from King's Cross, next to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. It's a great gated complex, with easy in and out. Note there are stairs to get to the apt, then stairs to get to the 3rd floor unit, and the unit has stairs, but it was no problem for us. The unit was clean, free of clutter, and the kitchen and living room are super cute! We ended up getting groceries and cooking dinner every night. If we had any questions the host was responsive and friendly. The unit felt spacious and we really enjoyed our time. When we visit London again, we plan to stay here!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment matches the photos well. The accommodation is comfortable. Very convenient, it is located a few minutes from the cross kings metro and the Granary square district. A very lively place with nice restaurants.

Very clean, great location. One downside is that there are a few flights of stairs to climb upon entry. It's not too bad, but it's something to think about if you have unwieldy luggage.

A gem in the heart of the city. It’s only a 2 min walk from Kings Cross and is on a high street so it’s very safe. Beautiful and spacious flat with a lot of amenities. Only thing to note is if you’re with old parents it can be a little tricky with all the stairs but other than that it’s a great stay.

The apartment is pristine! Newly renovated and very tastefully decorated. There was no shortage of details: the host prepared us very informative documents on how to access it and was very attentive to answer any questions we had. The only drawback to the place is that it is so central that there is quite a bit of noise (disco, ambulance, police, etc.). Even so, the many other positive aspects of the place make them deserve a very good score from us.
