Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.

The apartment is clean and spacious, and for that we are grateful. Beyond that, communication with the hosts was very complicated. We went through all kinds of representatives from the management company. There was no personal attention, no flexibility and no response to our needs. In addition, there was a broken air conditioner in one of the rooms, and we were not given a solution for this, and we had great difficulty sleeping in the room in the great heat of August. We were not offered any solution or compensation for this, even though we went back and asked (we stayed in the apartment for 3 nights!) For Israelis - it is important to note that there is an additional 18% VAT in the small print, which we missed and were obliged to add almost another NIS 500 after closing the booking. In conclusion, we would not want to return to the apartment with such poor service, despite the advantages of the apartment itself.

The apartment is very modern and looks great, recently renovated and with all the amenities you would need. We Just wish it was slightly more maintained. Our main drawbacks was a fairly consistent smell that (We think) came from the AC, to the point we were worried about turning on the AC and left it off. 2 bedrooms look great, the mattress on the master bedroom was jut very springy and uncomfortable for me, to a point where i slept in the second bedroom . While parking has no assigned/guaranteed parking spot - we never had a problem finding a spot.
