It's hard for me to write this review. The location was amazing and the apartment was as described. The issue started upon check in, when we noticed a puddle on the bathroom floor. We got in touch with the hosts immediately, they were very responsive. The issue is that it continued to leak and flood the bathroom and after a few days, the hallway was leaking and flooded. Although they sent techs twice the issue was not resolved and ultimately we were forced to leave early. The host refused to give us a full refund, and offered only a very small percent. Our entire vacation was impacted by this and we had to cut our vacation short. Thank god we were able to resolve things with Airbnb directly. If not for the leak, I'm guessing our experience would be wonderful.

The surprised me with 17% vat, refused to let me check in before I pay it!!!! Place is dirty!!! Windows were never washed, kitchen was cleaned very sloppy. Crochets in bathrooms

The experience in the apartment was good. It's a spacious and large apartment, the location is excellent, and there is parking for the car. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the responses to our questions were satisfactory. Highly recommended. We will definitely return to this apartment again.

Very close to the beach and very central. Doesn’t quite have a neighborhood feel, but we knew that ahead of time. The apartment is spacious, lots of light and has large windows you can open. Good balcony as well. Kitchen is not as equipped as other places I’ve stayed, but manageable.

It was excellent, good communication, and flexibility in entry and exit. An important tip for parking for those who arrive with more than one vehicle. Since there is one parking space for the apartment, it is advisable to meet in a public parking lot and arrive with one vehicle to the apartment, saving the high prices in parking lots in this area.

Excellent apartment, clean and well maintained, just like in the pictures and even more. The location is convenient and quiet, and everything was available and arranged from the entrance to the small details. Communication with the hosts was excellent, available, courteous, and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. A very successful experience, we would definitely be happy to return and highly recommend.

GREAT location for beach and amenities in the area. Parking was a real plus. We struggled the first night getting in as the exterior gates to the building were locked and no key provided. Luckily the three times we were locked out, there were others exiting and they let us in. But had we arrived very late at night, this would have been a problem. Company responded and had someone tape locks the next day. Main room/kitchen were fine and as pictured. Nice to have a sea view from the corner of the flat and from the balcony. Bedrooms were fine (though lacking in personality/decor). Beds comfortable. The lighting was horrible though----just cold LEDs and light flickerings. Not a warm atmosphere, but we were not there much at night. Some new lamps would be welcomed to make it more homely/cosy. The bathrooms though were quite dated and finishes not as nice as it would have been 20 years ago----updating these would justify the price paid. But overall a nice stay. I'd use this company again.

Beautiful apartment, very confortable beds with lots of clean linen and towels. Extremely well located , meters from the sea and Dizengoff street with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Location of this apartment was perfect, a view of the sea and a 15 minute walk to Nahalat Binyamin where there are fab bars and restaurants. The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable. It was exactly as the description had said.

Truly special place to enjoy Tel Aviv. Right next to the beach and shopping on Dizengoff. We walked all over the city for five days and each time we felt like we were coming home when we reached the unit. Relaxing social space and very nice kitchen. Great luxury apartment! I highly recommend.

The descriptions and photos are accurate and was perfect for three people. We appreciated the third toilet, the air conditioning, and LOVED the big windows, all the light and the view from the balcony. The location is perfect! Close to the beach and to Dizengoff. We would stay again!

Beautiful, clean and superbly equipped apartment. The location is superb, 3 min from the beach and walking center to many locations in the city. Amazing views from the terrace. Suitable for a family or group of friends. Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment in the best location! Plenty of space, checking in was very easy, and really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great and you can see the water. We were happy there was also a shelter in the unit, which is where our baby slept in the crib. Only thing was that our car was 1.9m tall and the parking garage was too small, so we had to pay at a lot even though the reservation said parking was included and they gave no reimbursement. Other than that this was a perfect place. Would definitely recommend.

We were originally booked in a different apartment. A few days before our arrival to Tel Aviv we were notified that the original apartment was no longer available and they were moving us to a different location. It turns out that the new location was perfect. Very close to the beach with the same amenities as listed on the original apartment. There were a couple of items missing in the apartment, but as soon as I contacted Sea N Rent they sent someone over with some extra drinking glasses, a cutting board and knife as well as a brand new iron. Parking was also included, but we did not rent a car so we did not use this very valuable asset. The washer/dryer in the apartment was a lifesaver. All in all I would be happy to rent from Sea N Rent in the future.

The place is perfect for a family vacation in Tel Aviv . Perfect location , you can park your car and walk everywhere. One of the best Airbnb we stayed in TLV , we hope to be back soon .
