Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.

We booked a "Penthouse • Terrace & City Views by Seanrent". Got a call from them saying it is not available in the end and that we'd be 'upgraded' to another. This ended up being a clear DOWNGRADE with wrong check-in information which left us stuck in the parking lot (later apologised for th mistake), poorly maintained interior, MOLD and DIRT. When we communicated this to the representative she left a series of voice messages on my mobile phone until I asked her to stop.

You can't get a better location and the unit had lots of bright light and great outdoor space. It was peaceful and quiet and so close to everything! The crib was brand new and in great condition. That said, there is room for improvement. First, I had to ask at least six times about where I could find a mamed before finally receiving a response (note: the closest safe room is about three blocks away). Secondly, the unit needs a very good deep clean. The floor was filthy and the bathrooms felt crusty and dirty. Third, the bedrooms need window treatments for the interior windows facing the atrium. Walking up 4 flights of stairs with all our luggage and young children was a feat! Stay here for the location and the porch but I would recommend that the owners update the bathrooms, provide more window treatments, refresh the towels and bedding, and get a better cleaning service

The apartment is spacious and bright. It is extremely well located, just a few minutes' walk from Bograshov Beach and Dizengoff Square, on a quiet, tree-lined street. You can walk almost everywhere in Tel Aviv, and the apartment is served by many bus routes. There are plenty of food shops nearby. You could hardly dream of a better location. The terrace is large and surrounded by greenery. The apartment would be absolutely heavenly if it were in better condition.
