The apartment is spacious and bright. It is extremely well located, just a few minutes' walk from Bograshov Beach and Dizengoff Square, on a quiet, tree-lined street. You can walk almost everywhere in Tel Aviv, and the apartment is served by many bus routes. There are plenty of food shops nearby. You could hardly dream of a better location. The terrace is large and surrounded by greenery. The apartment would be absolutely heavenly if it were in better condition.
