while most everything in Israel is quite expensive at the moment, there was certainly good value from this apartment. with a family of 6, we need enough beds and space which were provided. Close proximity to the beach, shops, pharmacy. off street parking for our van. easy check in and check out. we had a wonderful time, enhanced by the apartment. We'd stay there again.

The place is in the middle of Tel-Aviv and yet the location itself is quite and a walking distance from anything you would like to do in the city. The private parking in the building is a big plus and one of the reasons we choose the place. Communication and directions were great and the place worked best for us.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the sea and other relevant places, it can be found easily. The apartment itself is beautiful, not the cleanest but nothing extreme, just the bathroom is not so convenient to use, and a little dark in the main rooms. The booking and stay process was simple and we got a response to everything we asked for. There was a slight misunderstanding about an additional payment that was resolved relatively quickly. Overall, the experience was good and pleasant.

walking distance to the city center and close to Frishman Beach, very nice. It is well built and prepared to host a family. In my opinion, the issue of cleanliness is not managed seriously enough. Maybe it is a phenomenon of management companies that own several apartments, and there is no strict control over cleanliness. Maybe they only trust the cleaning staff and do not come to check their work. but I think cleanliness is the most important thing In the world of hospitality, more than anything else, in my opinion, they didn't put that first in this apartment. It has a lot of advantages and if they polish it to the highest level, and brighten it up more (it felt very dark to us in terms of design), it also needs to be more ventilated, it felt suffocating, it could smell much better. I'll end with a strong recommendation to put screens on the windows, it seems unreasonable to me to live in TA without screens, mosquitoes and flies come in.

Had a great stay here. Apartment was just like the pictures, was also very close to the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful.
