In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to your arrival.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions
By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law.
Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.
3. VAT Payment Process
If the 18% VAT applies to your reservation, it will be collected either through the booking platform's payment center or charged directly by our property management team, depending on how your reservation was processed. We will provide you with the exact payment steps if this applies to your stay.

An excellent apartment that is spacious, pleasant, clean, very comfortable and well-equipped, and in a perfect location - a very short walk to the sea, the port, and the bustling streets of Tel Aviv. Another important advantage: there is parking and a lift. The management company was courteous, but in our opinion, they could have been a little more flexible with the check-in and check-out times and made the experience perfect. Nevertheless, the apartment is recommended.

We had a great time. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the sea. The building is above an am-pm shop, where you can find everything you need. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We came in from the August heat into a clean, air-conditioned apartment. The instructions were clear. We would love to go back there.

Great location - just a few block from the beach and surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Well stocked 24 hour market right next door. The unit and amenities are as advertised. The apartment was a great home base for our family trip to Tel Aviv. We would love to come back in the future.
