2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions

Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.

Comfortable apartment, fairly clean, easy to check in. Host was nice and easy to communicate with. Place needs some maintenance- there are some cracks in the walls, rusty shower head, old bath towels, backyard isn’t organized and full of old furniture. Location is ok.

We live in Ramat Hasharon and have stayed in this apartment twice due to renovations at our home. Both experiences were excellent! The hosts were always welcoming and attentive, and the apartment was spotless and cozy. Everything we needed was provided, and we found parking easily near the apartment each time. I highly recommend this place and wish the hosts all the best.
