The apartment itself is beautiful, well-designed, and in a great location. However, there are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment and there is no lift, which is important to be aware of, especially if you’re travelling with luggage and kids. For the price, we felt it was quite expensive for what it offers. We were also disappointed that VAT was added at the end of the booking process, after the payment, as it wasn’t clearly included in the listing price. This felt somewhat misleading and was an unexpected additional cost.

A nice apartment in a really cute building. I was missing a soul and objects. Everything was clean and empty. I simply took everything out of the kitchen cupboards and decorated the house to make it feel warm. I bought some candles and created a nice atmosphere. You could add a night light... damn... This apartment is absolutely perfect. And it would really be nice to add a potted plant or a beautiful piece of pottery. It would have been an upgrade. But we managed on our own :))

Sea N Rent were very responsive and timely. Also very flexible as I needed to make a few changes to my reservation. The apartmemt looked even nicer in person. Very central location to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place in a fantastic location. It’s up a few flights of stairs which is important to know. But the place was great and worked well for my family.

Thanks to our hosts for a pleasant and clean apartment Great location. It is evident that you put effort into the design of the apartment and in providing a pleasant and aesthetic feeling. Please note - not all body towels were clean. That can be easily arranged. The water flow in the shower is weak. Maybe it can be improved. In any case, we had a great time and wish you Happy New Year, with good news 🙏

I unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience during my stay here. The listing didn’t mention that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. This was a huge issue, especially since I arrived with luggage and had plans to have my mother visit. Not being able to have her over was a big letdown. If I had known about the stairs, I wouldn’t have booked in the first place. The host’s other listings mention stairs or elevators, so this felt like an intentional omission. On top of that, I encountered several maintenance/cleanliness issues that were reported on day one but never addressed: • The patio chairs were broken, which made outdoor not usable. • The dining table was unstable • The bedsheets were ripped, which just isn’t acceptable for cleanliness standard. Unfortunately, none of these issues were resolved during my stay, and it definitely impacted my overall experience. I’m really disappointed by the lack of response especially given price. Dont recommend it at all.

Very nice apartment Pleasant, bright 2 terraces, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets Comfortable beds Perfect The only negative point is that there is no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor so very hard for suitcases on arrival And there's no mamad Otherwise the apartment is next to Shenkin Street And 15 minutes from the sea 10 minutes from the Carmel souk

Loved this apartment! It's located on a quiet residential street in Tel Aviv but everything you want/need is within a 10/15 min walk. Across the street is a cute cafe called Cafe Balfour, with great coffee and fast wifi for working. The apt itself was very spacious and had a lot of natural light. We did have a few issues with the door code, but since we had 2 physical keys, it worked out fine. Would stay here again!

This was an amazing apartment to stay in for our visit to Israel. It was clean, open, lots of natural light, and was walking distance to just about anything in Tel Aviv. Would absolutely recommend this place to stay for a wonderful visit in Tel Aviv!

The apartment is bare bones, no pictures on the walls, no mirror in the 2nd bathroom or elsewhere in the 2nd bedroom. Not enough light in the kitchen. We requested for dishwasher detergent and were refused. The apartment is beautiful but needs more touch ups and accessories. The location is amazing.

The place is beautiful and spacious, the location is great. The only issue was the pillows. all of them were on the large and extremely stiff which actually impacted our sleep. I asked for a replacement but that wasn't an option.
