The perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and a prime location for a memorable Florida getaway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and generous workspace, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Dining areas are ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings.
The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality bedding and offer excellent privacy, each supported by well-appointed bathrooms. An additional half bath provides extra convenience. Outdoors, the private pool area offers a peaceful place to relax and soak up Florida’s sunshine, with optional pool heating available. Overall, the space is designed to feel refined, comfortable, and perfectly suited to an upscale Bird Key stay.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.
To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.

Pool heating is optional and charges 100$+13% Tax per week. Dog must be registered and approved. Important: For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks. This will be charged to the guest. The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people (including children and babies). In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking. Important Notice regarding Pool & Lawn Maintenance: Pool & Lawn Care Access: To keep our property beautiful and safe for you, please note that our professional pool service and lawn care teams require regular access to the backyard and pool area during your stay. Gate & Pool Cage Policy: For this reason, all backyard gates and pool cage doors must remain unlocked and unobstructed. If you prefer to keep them locked for safety or privacy reasons at specific times, you must inform us in advance via the app/messaging platform so we can coordinate and adjust the service schedules accordingly.
