The space

Villa Matthew Court offers a warm and inviting interior designed to make guests feel at home. The living area is bright and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Sarasota.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and ample workspace, making meal preparation easy during your stay. Dining areas are arranged for shared meals and relaxed evenings.
The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality bedding and sufficient storage, offering a peaceful retreat for restful nights. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. Outside, the private pool area offers a quiet place to relax and enjoy Florida’s sunshine, with optional pool heating available. Overall, the space is practical, comfortable, and ideal for a memorable stay near Siesta Key.

Other things to note

The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 85°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.

To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.

If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.

Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can
and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Pool heating – Important information 🌡️🏊‍♂️ We offer optional pool heating to make your stay even more enjoyable, especially during the cooler months. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $100.00 per week plus 12% tax. Please note that the water temperature of the pool is naturally affected by outside temperatures, weather conditions, and cooling during the night. After cool nights, especially in winter, the pool can lose heat overnight. Therefore, it is normal for the water temperature to be well below 85°F in the morning and it may take several hours for it to warm up again. The pool heater only works when the pool pump is running and automatically turns off once the water reaches a temperature of approximately 85°F. For safety reasons and to protect the equipment in extremely cold outdoor temperatures, the pool heater may not be activated at all. This is a built-in safety feature and does not indicate a malfunction. We ask our guests to consider the pool heater a comfort feature and not a guarantee of a constant water temperature. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a pleasant stay! If you prefer a higher pool temperature than 85°F, this can be arranged upon request up to a maximum of 89°F. An additional fee of $25 per week plus 12% tax applies.
