The space
Villa Pine Tree offers a bright and comfortable interior designed for a relaxed stay. The living area provides a welcoming space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Sarasota.The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation easy. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality bedding and storage, while bathrooms offer convenience for daily routines. The home is located within the quiet and well-kept Timberwoods community, known for its mature trees and peaceful environment, allowing guests to enjoy a calm and pleasant Sarasota stay.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, we cannot provide shower gel, hair wash or conditioner.To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can
and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. It was beautiful, spacious, and quite comfortable. The community is beautiful with pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. It was a pleasure to communicate with the management team who were very responsive. We would totally stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay in one of the most beautiful villas we have enjoyed in our many years of coming to the Sarasota area to escape the cold of Virginia!

Amazing place to stay! Wonderful hosts, and in a quite and very peaceful location! Close to Costco, Publix & Target. Pizza hut right around the corner. The hosts were amazing, and even surprised me wit h complimentary bottle of wine ad snacks! I can highly recommend this place to anyone! Great fully equipped kitchen, laundry, good size garage and beach items. Wifi is fast and reliable. Very comfortable beds, and lovely decorated. Thank you for a great stay, will definitely visit again!

Additional rules
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Trash: It is the guests duty to take all of their trash and recycling out to the curbside for pick-up the evening before collection day and back in, when emptied. In case guests do not get their garbage and recycling collected, we will charge a fee of USD 100.00 for extraordinary removal. Pets: Please ask for approval to bring your pet, if a pet is not registered with us before arrival and we find out during or after your stay, we will charge USD 500.00. Pets: Unfortunately due to 2 recent cases of guests letting their dogs pee and poo within the house on carpets, wood floors and pool decks, we have to add the following rule: If we find any pet poo/pee or its stains anywhere within the house, the garage or the pool area, we will charge USD 500.
