Luxurious apartment on the main floor of an important Renaissance palace. Furnished with classic taste revisited in a modern key, it has fine and very high ceilings, large windows, spacious rooms, large bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a very pleasant outdoor space. The style of Italian luxury within walking distance of the Duomo.
The decor is a clever mix of restored antique and modern furniture, pieces of Florentine craftsmanship and handmade decorations, so you can breathe a very authentic atmosphere of an Italian noble house, without giving up the comfort of the modern, especially in the kitchen. Each room has a closet and some even a chest of drawers. There is also a storage room for cleaning products.
The first is a double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a two-door wardrobe; the second is a very large bedroom with a double canopy bed (160x200), a single bed, a two-door wardrobe, armchairs...; the third is a very spacious double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a two-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an armchair; Finally, the fourth bedroom, on the upper floor, has a one-and-a-half square bed, a wardrobe, a balcony and a bathroom on the floor.
In the main bathroom you will find a Jacuzzi and marble coatings, large spaces and direct access to the courtyard with sun loungers for a SPA at home.
The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower;
Third bathroom with shower. All bathrooms have a radiator and mirrored lights.
The apartment has a large courtyard with terracotta flooring, shade sails, a sink, and furnished in the summer with sun loungers and benches. It is accessed through the main bathroom.
From the street to the apartment, however, there are about 6 steps to take, even using the elevator.
You can request that the Jacuzzi be prepared upon arrival, and you will find a bottle of Chianti as a welcome gift.

Then a staircase leads to the first floor, with a bathroom and a bedroom suitable for children, with a small terrace overlooking the courtyard. This apartment is absolutely beautiful :) Just like the pictures! Check-in was easy. Our host was very friendly and quick to answer any calls and help with any requests. The apartment is classy, cozy, comfortable, beautifully furnished and within walking distance to everything. Just bring your noise canceling headphones if you want to get any sleep at this apartment! Sounded like a street party until about 4am :( I like to party myself but you need to sleep sometime ;) The apartment needs to update their glass widow panes to accommodate for that level of noise. These were just people on the street below talking so loudly that we felt we were in a nightclub! The daytime noise was much quieter! No exaggeration! Be prepared! So unfortunately we would not stay here again. And that's a same cause this is an Airbnb you'd love to live in.
