Beautiful apartment, lovely large rooms and well situated. Only complaint was the noise at night. The bedrooms are adjacent to a popular thoughafare and hence late night noise filters into the bedrooms. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment in Florence exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious, comfortable and well laid out, ideal for resting after touring the city. The location is unbeatable: a few minutes' walk from most of the main tourist spots, which allowed us to get around without the need for transportation. We were very comfortable throughout the stay, with everything we needed to feel at home. We definitely recommend it and would choose it again on a future visit to Florence.

Francesca was fantastic from booking to check-out—quick to respond and gave detailed instructions for arrival. Check-in was smooth thanks to her thorough guidance. The apartment was huge and spotless, easily accommodating 8 adults and a toddler. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean—I’m quite picky and found it pristine. The terrace, accessed through a bathroom (a bit unusual), was a lovely space where we enjoyed drinks and card games. Francesca remained helpful throughout, answering all questions quickly. The location was extremely central, perfect for exploring on foot. Shops, restaurants, and bars were all close by, which was ideal for our short stay. If you’re a light sleeper, note that street noise could be an issue, but we didn’t mind, given the convenience of the location. All in all, it was a great stay, made even better by an excellent host—and the late check-out was a wonderful bonus. Thank you!

The stay has been magnificent, Francesca looking after everything, the location is unbeatable, a stone's throw away from everything. For putting a pega, a very noisy street until 12 at night, but still worth it.

Absolutely massive apartment! Beautiful and comfortable. We had a lovely stay. It is 2 minutes walk to the duomo, everything was amazing. Unfortunately a lot of noise from the street at night, not much soundproofing. Other than that it was amazing.

With 7 friends we stayed in this large house located in the center, with easy access to the activities in the area. Being on the first floor , the morning is slightly noisy due to the intense pedestrian passage right in the adjacent streets.

Clean, spacious environment with a great location. Can be noisy at night because you can hear essentially everything going on in the streets at night - no fault to the host. I wish we had a better experience as we really enjoyed the apartment itself. I feel it is fair for every future tenant to be warned; we were robbed during the first night of our stay. Over $8,000 worth of items/cash stolen. The belongings of the 7 of us were spread throughout the apartment. A designer bag was purchased a few hours earlier. Police could not determine how they entered. With just a 45 minute time frame where the apartment was vacant, the recent purchase, the whole thing seems very suspicious and as if we were being watched - but that is subjective! Our party of 7 felt extremely violated and was mentally/emotionally distraught. After the police left someone continuously called the unit begging to come in - host was contacted. We did not get a response or follow up. We were not offered any compensation.

Beautiful place in a great location in Florence. Walkable to many beautiful attractions, restaurants and shops. The bedrooms are very spacious and having 3 bathrooms was nice for our group. It has a very Florentine feel with the beautiful high ceilings and character of the apartment. It can get noisy at night but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

This was a spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. Perfect for our extended family of 7! It was easy to reach by a quick taxi ride and very centrally located to all of the attractions of Florence. we had a great stay and would definitely return!

Nice, clean, very spacious. Street noise is significant as other posters have mentioned. We stayed in December and during weekdays so I thought it would be less of a problem but no, the windows are very thin and the street below has incredible acoustics. You can literally hear conversations while lying in bed and there are often very loud (drunk?) revelers until quite late - 2 and 3am each night. Again, these were weekdays. Perfect location to be close to sites but if you’re a light sleeper or have a hard time falling asleep to noise, be warned.

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the photos, the stay has been very pleasant, Francesca has been available at all times. The location is unbeatable, two minutes from the Duomo. The area is a little noisy at night, but it hasn't been an impediment for us. We would definitely stay again without any hesitation. We'll recommend it.

The property is comfortable, large, but it is not as nice as shown in the photos is quite deteriorated, the patio was completely dirty, the communication is very bad, you talk to a certain Franchesca who does not speak Italian and lives in another country, we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman, we do not even know his name, the apartment is extremely noisy, if you have no problem sleeping in type 2 of the morning, it is ok! But in my case I could not sleep through the street shouting from the windows of the bedrooms, it is not a quiet street! I would not return and I do not recommend it unless you are not disturbed to sleep late

The pictures do not do this rental justice! It is massive and absolutely stunning. It is located in the heart of Florence so everything was about a 6-8 minutes walk but it was also located in a residential area so you are able to avoid all the commotion at night. The bedrooms are massive and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Two massive bathrooms on the main floor and a little outdoor patio in the back. If I had to make any complaints, around 6 am is when shops start to open and the garbage trucks come around; unfortunately, you can definitely hear it all but it doesn't last long enough to disturb your sleep. Also try setting up a taxi beforehand because myself, and it seemed like many other weren't able to track down a taxi and we ended up walking to the train station. Again- another plus as it was only a 15 min walk. The host was very communicative before, during and after. They also provided a bunch of recommendations if needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

The location was very near all the highlights of Florence. The place was very spacious,aircon in all areas of the house was working well. It is locates on the 2nd floor so at night you might hear people walking outside with loud voices that might be irritating when its time for bed . Other than that, it was such a pleasant stay.

The place was perfect for us - a family of 6. The warm well with a guide to the apartment amenities put us at ease. The apartment was full of charisma and very spacious in the heart of the historic part of Florence. The place more stunning than the photos could convey. Everything was in walking distance from famous landmarks, restaurants to delicious bakeries and coffee shops. Definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommend.

This apartment was great for our stay in Florence. We were a group of five adults and two small children, and it never felt like we were crowded, even in the kitchen . It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is in the heart of the city, walking distance to all the major attractions. Just downstairs from it are restaurants, bars, cute shops, and even a small supermarket. The only draw back is it seems to be a busy pedestrian street which can be noisy at night (with the partygoers) but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would gladly stay again.

Very central location, elegant and very spacious. Host always available. Everything was perfect, including the support service. The only small suggestion is to enhance the wifi, as given the thickness of the walls, the connection does not reach all the rooms. In short, a highly recommended location.

Loved this apartment! Close to everything, and big enough for our family of eight. Washer and dryer worked great, and the apartment had all the basic amenities to feel right at home. Our hosts left us plenty of great recommendations around the neighborhood. We didn’t have any issues during our stay other than the street below can get a little noisy some nights. I would definitely stay here again!

This Florence house was an absolute beauty. From the 16 foot dealings to the beautiful accents antique furniture the house was beautiful ! The pictures did no justice. Extremely roomy home, the kitchen was fully stocked with all you needed for cooking. The giant antique windows made the house feel so airy and gave you that authentic Italy feel. I want to mention the outdoor space the house has as well with nice outdoor patio furniture, and a hammock to relax. They had a delicious bottle of wine to toast to our arrival. There is a market about 3 min walk from the house. Everything is walking distance from you. Duomo is maybe a 5 min walk from the home. Ponte Vecchio is maybe 10 min walk. There is a huge outdoor market place about 10 min walking distance. Train station to take anywhere in Italy is also. A 10 min walk from the house. Out family were extremely please with our stay and very comfortable. Highly recommend this home and look forward to returning soon.

Everything was as described as it is. Location perfect and apartment was spacious and clean. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. The only downside is the location during weekends, due to loud noises and parties, but obviously that’s beyond the hosts control. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return back!

I highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in a spacious place in the heart of Florence. We were able to do everything we wanted to and coming and going from this Airbnb was great for us. The one downside is it is close to a club and at night is very loud every night because the windows are very thin so if you’re a very light sleepers watch out but other than that nothing but good things to say. Thank you for having us

Other than challenging check-in and communication issues the night of our arrival, we enjoyed the great location and spacious home. This place isn’t for light sleepers as there is a club downstairs with music and socializing all hours of the night.

Although the location of the apartment was amazing and the hosts were very nice the noise at night was unbearable and two out of the four bedrooms had problems with the air conditioning. There was absolutely no sound isolation on the windows and we were up all night.

Beautifully decorated and very spacious apartment in a very convenient location to all the sights. One thing to note is that sounds coming from the adjacent street can be echoey in the 3 lower bedrooms. This is very apparent at night and can run in the early AM hours. Keep this in mind if you’re anything but a heavy sleeper. Overall, everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed the experience of staying here.

BUT there is a big issue: noise during the night : we hear people speaking in the street, there is a bar in the street with noise very late and early in the morning we hear trolleys pulled in the street

The apartment is in a great location and our group of 8 found it very convenient! Check in process was easy and it was nice that our host was a bit early and waited for us 15-20 mins. The apartment itself is very stylish and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The washer was a big plus for us as we’d been traveling for some days. The apartment had everything we needed including hair dryers for the ladies and we were all quite happy with our stay. The only potential downside was that the noise from the street was pretty loud during the night, through around 3-4am. But we we’re pretty tired so it didn’t keep us up. We also stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and wouldn’t think there is the same type of noise level all the other days. But this is expected given the proximity to restaurants and bars which we wanted to have. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect space! Location is amazing, walk to everything possible. To your right there is a grocery store which will come in handy to stock the fridge with water, eggs and fruits for the morning prior to your day stroll, at night there are local places open till 2am, not many but just the right ones like Fishing Lab. As far as our host, we couldn’t ask for better communication and service. Thank you Daniele and Scott!!
