This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and Dennis definitely made it a wonderful experience! Everything was so nice, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The place was beautiful, and you could tell a lot of care was put into making sure his guests felt right at home. What really stood out to me was Dennis’s communication. Anytime I had a question or concern, his response was almost immediate—literally within 2–3 minutes! It honestly felt like I was texting an everyday friend rather than reaching out to an Airbnb host. He was friendly, helpful, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. For my very first Airbnb experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a nicer place to stay. Dennis definitely set the bar high! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place with an amazing host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was great. A very good stay. It's just that it's very far from the parks, an hour away without traffic, which is strange. There weren't 35 minutes, so I had to check. That's what I didn't like. There was no real clarity. We were coming from far away and wanted to get in earlier. It's an additional cost, I understand, and we were going to pay it, but after they said yes, it turned out to be no. It was very frustrating. You have to pay extra for the condo pool, so the photos make it look like you can see everything as shown in the listing, but that's not the case.

Our place was beautiful, very welcoming, having the out door space was so great even when it rained. The resort pool was nice but we did have to pay to use it and the closed within an hour of us being there both times. Having the pool at the house did make up for it a little bit tho! I would highly recommend this place to other people!

While we enjoyed our stay and it suited all of our needs and it was in a great community, I do agree with some of the other reviews that the floors were very dirty. I kept socks on, knowing I saw that in the reviews, and my socks are stained. The rest of the house was fairly clean though. This is probably more so something that needs to be discussed with a cleaners to make sure that they’re actually cleaning the floor. The bed we slept in was very uncomfortable as well as the pillow so I didn’t get a good night sleep but I guess that is relative to the person, other than that it was a great stay. As for the resort itself we enjoyed very much. It was very clean and everyone on staff was very nice! Not to mention the food wasn’t too bad in the resort either!

We were only there for a couple of nights, so we did not get to use the amenities much. The park was closed and the lazy river was not operating when we went. other than that, the house was nice and the host was very responsive.

To be honest, the house is wonderful. It has five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and the living room, dining room and kitchen areas are spacious and very comfortable. The patio and pool area were perfect for relaxing and using the BBQ. Check-in was quick and easy, and upon arrival, we found some very nice touches such as coffee, water and some cleaning products, which allowed us to start our stay in the best possible way. However, the next day we realised that the house had no gas supply. This meant that there was no hot water, so we all had to shower in cold water, and we couldn’t use the stove either. As a result, we had to go out for breakfast and were unable to use the food we had bought from the supermarket. This situation lasted for two full days. Although communication with Dennis was swift, the solution took longer than expected. Dennis offered us a partial refund for the inconvenience, which I am awaiting.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, just like the pictures depicted. While the pool was a bit small for our family to enjoy together, it had all the listed amenities, including enough pots and utensils for cooking. The only downside was that the floors could benefit from a bit more attention during cleaning. After walking around the house, my kids’ socks ended up completely black. The host was incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. The check-in process was very easy, and since it was a gated community, it felt very safe and quiet.

While the place is nice and the rooms were suitable for all my guests, we did not have hot water at all during the time we stayed in the Airbnb. I contacted the rental company multiple times to request someone come to the location to correct the issue. They would state someone would be coming, but no one ever did. It took a long time to get confirmation on receiving a refund due to the inconvenience this caused. I had to get Airbnb in on the case in order for us to finally be refunded. The process as a whole just caused a lot of issues. I was trying to celebrate my birthday. Would not recommend.

The good: Close enough to Disney for mid-day breaks. Felt extremely safe. Large space, very clean. The bad: No hot water for half our stay, I had to hound them about it. It never got fixed. Asked about refund and Dennis never got back to me. I had to go through AirBnB. Very poor cell service, both ATT and Verizon. Wifi struggled, but was fine for vacation, would have been a bigger issue if I had to work. Really wish they would have tried harder to fix the hot water, cause it would have been a great stay. Lesson learned though, if you have an issue go straight to AirBnb.

Dennis was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the lights around the pool that were out. It did not impact our stay at all, but wanted Dennis to know. He had them fixed the next day.

Dennis was a great host, very responsive, house was big enough for our group, welcome amenities in the kitchen and the many garbage bags was helpful. we had adequate kitchen utensils. we loved the jacuzzi pool, nice and warm and private but the jet wasn't working 🤔. outside of that, fabulous outdoor area to just relax. Area is quiet and easy access. 10/10 in my book. Thanks you Dennis for hosting us and taking so good care of us.

Everything about this townhouse was amazing! Being a corner unit made it even better, and we loved sitting on the porch by the pool, enjoying the peaceful view of the trees and the refreshing breeze. The decor, the spacious layout, and the well-equipped kitchen made our stay truly enjoyable. This townhouse was the best, and my family and I had a fantastic time!

Although I did have some trouble checking in upon first arrival , I was able to get in and the home was beautiful . The rooms were spacious and my extra guests really enjoyed the room . There is a lot of traffic at this specific resort but once you check in for first time and for your stay you don’t have to sit in traffic to get in. Just pass through gate as a normal resident .Other than that stay was amazing and I would love to come back for another stay . No complaints and all thumbs up.

This place was amazing… the house was as described. Dennis was very friendly and responded me super fast every time I had a question. We had a minor inconvenience with the washer machine that was not working but they sent someone the next day. They could not fix it but it was ok it was not something that was a big deal. The house was beautiful and very well kept. We loved our stay and will definitely will consider for my next trip to Orlando.

We had an amazing time at this home. It was a townhouse but yet private. It was clean offered alot of amenities. The kids loved the pool as well. Dennis was very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The house is large, but it needs maintenance (mainly cleaning, including at the front and at the pool area). The household utensils (dishes and mugs) are mostly chipped. There was a broken glass and some basic cooking equipment like plastic bowls with a lid, sieve, funnel, fruit juicer. The alarm rang several times while we cooked. The sheets are not the size of the beds and the mattresses are not adapted to the size of the beds. In the bathrooms there is no preparation for the elderly or people with difficulty in locomotion. The condominium is quiet and quite far from the amusement parks. The host responds quickly but some basic information about the house and the condominium is missing. He himself assumed that he didn't know all the information I asked for.

This place was a no frills location. What he describes is what you get. There is nothing extra like additional blankets. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were hard. What he does not say is that if you want to use the BBQ you have to buy your own propane. If you want to use the splash pool you have to pay $30 (might be more but I can't remember) a day to heat it. If you want to use the resort facilities you have to pay a resort fee. It was an okay place but for the price I could find something a little more convenient.

The place is plenty roomy enough and was a relatively accurate description. Our main concern is cleanliness. To start, there were cockroaches under the kitchen cabinets and crawling on the counters at night time. The bedding contained long hairs left behind presumably by a prior resident. The ceiling fans had cobwebs hanging down and the barbecue grill was filled with grease and we even spotted a few fleas on the furniture. Other concerns were: the air conditioning would not cool the house below 75-78 degrees making for some very uncomfortable nights. An upstairs bathroom was locked in one of the bedrooms and we had no way to get in. We chalked a lot of this up potentially to cleaning crew or management not doing their job, so when we received an email asking if we wanted to stay late or stay an extra night for half price, we extended our stay and decided to go to the parks an extra day. The next morning, however, we were not charged for the extra day so we reached out to the manager on AirBNB. He responded in cryptic one word or few word answers and would not help with extending the stay. We ended up having to send him a full day's price for the extra day only because we were under the gun and had to get to the park - and dealt with three visits from cleaning staff trying to come in even though we had already sent funds for another day through the Dispute Resolution channel. Then, we returned home to sit down and eat dinner and were greeted at the door by a pest control specialist wanting to spray for cockroaches with us (and our two children under two years old) there. This was a really messy experience and we would never, ever rent a home managed by this company again. The icing on the cake is that 'Dennis' promised to refund the difference in the extra night and did not keep his word. Please, please stay away. We have stayed in ten or eleven AirBNB's in Orlando in the last few years and this one ranks the very, very worst.

This was a great home and the location was easily accessible to retail food and parks. I felt like the home had everything that I would use at home available to me. It was clean and roomy and I would certainly stay again if in the area vacationing. Parking spaces were limited. You are allowed to have up to 5 passes for vehicles but there is only two spaces in front of property. There are maybe 5-6 more in cul-de-sac shared between all properties. We had an amazing comfy stay.

Dennis was very responsive home was comfortable and welcoming. Home was spacious which allows for privacy and less crowding when accommodating the maximum number of guest. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking large family meals. Also we loved the open concept. Children loved the pool. Check in was swift as was check out we enjoyed our staycation here and would recommend this villa. Accurate we were a family of 10.
