Great place for a couple of families to stay together. There’s a whole area of the house for the kids bedrooms and their own living space and bathroom. All three of the other bedrooms have their own bathrooms inside as well. The pool with its lazy river was incredible.

We had an 11 day stay and pad for the pool to be heated. We have a 2 year old and were there for the placement of our adopted newborn. We booked specifically for the private pool for our 2 year old to use. With the paid pool heat, the pool was 72 degrees for several days. We had repeated communication with Dennis, where he continued to state he would have to get with his team and would follow up ASAP. He never initiated conversation first, we always had to check back with him. Finally, on day 6, we learned the heater was broke and was being fixed. Then the pool was 95 degrees (bath temp) and the water was below the filter so the pool was dirty. We asks repeatedly for a refund regarding the pool heat, still have not received any compensation. We were able to use the pool on the last 2 days of our stay. I would highly reconsider booking a place with Dennis if the private pool is a high priority for you. If we had known we would have passed.

Excellent stay! Very active community setting with beautiful community pool and fitness center. Walkable area and close to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds and very adequate kitchen with BBQ by the pool. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Cleanness stood out. Very minor hiccup with access code provided, but Dennis sorted it out in 30min, which shows effective communication. I would definitely stay again at this location when visiting FL again. House is beautiful and big! cleanness was top notch, kitchen was well equipped.

The house was a beautiful home, pool was much smaller than pictures make it look. The showers have horrible water pressure and horrible shower heads. I would expect much better from such a beautiful home. However everything else was great! Coming from a front office manager of a Gold Crown Resort and prior housekeeping inspector, the house was very clean, minor things missed. I would definitely stay again here and under Dennis again!

We will breakdown the review in sections as there is a lot of positive and some negatives. location: good location, many stores close by to get what you need. Not too close to the resort amenities so not too loud which is nice. bedrooms: comfortable beds, but, they have a plastic cover that makes it super loud when you turn. the bedrooms are all spacious with ample closet space. living rooms: the couch in the main living room is very worn out & should be changed. the couch in the secondary living room is great, and clean. bathrooms: they were all clean and no mold however the water pressure in the showers were incredibly weak, barely enough to wash out shampoo but appreciated the amount of hot water. kitchen: beautiful but not very equipped. There werent any oven mittens or large serving trays (cant list everything as limited characters but we bought & left everything for future guest) caution: host does not have keys to the house, dont get locked out or it will cost you loads

Dennis was a great host. He always responded quickly. Walking in the house, it was a very nice setup, very clean. Everything my family needed was there. Overall it was a wonderful stay with a beautiful house, and a host that always responded when needed. I would definitely book again.

We loved the place. Everything impeccably clean. Very comfortable, we felt right at home. Maybe the only thing I recommend changing are the mattresses on the two main bedrooms, they make a lot of noise and are no longer firm. Outside of that, my family really enjoyed the stay, the very comfortable house, the amenities and a very parent water park. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home on quiet street, traffic in and out of the gate is insane so never be in a hurry to leave or come back “home”. Everything is exactly as pictured, we didn’t find the pool heat that we added to be worth it as the water was still quite chilly until the sun got out and at it but Dennis said he would look into it for future guests!

We had a great stay at this location. Dennis was very responsive, especially with a few hiccups we had during our stay. The house was clean and spacious — lots of room for the kids to play! We really enjoyed the resort space. I did initially pay the $37 fee but Dennis very quickly refunded the money to my account (as discussed). Thanks Dennis and team!

Beautiful house but we were disappointed with our stay. It is clearly a house managed by a large company and Dennis has too many properties to care about each. I had requested the pool be heated after booking but Dennis clearly didn't read my message as he sent a pre-written response and then on arrival (2 days late due to flights - not his fault) the pool had not been heated and was then not worth heating for the remainder of our stay as they couldn't turn it on until the next day and it takes a day to heat up. Also $37 fee to use the amenities of the resort (pools, etc). Heavy traffic getting into/out of the neighbourhood - 40 minute drive to Disney. House is large and clean but self catering so must supply your own laundry soap/kleenex/toilet paper etc. There is a pack and play, booster seat and umbrella stroller available.

The house was clean and with everything organized! We like the house a lot. Only the security personnel at the entrance that could have given the entrance authorization paper to the condominium for the two cars we rented. It was given only to one and then they kept asking about the role. I thought that more covered could be made available, as it was winter and we spent cold in the house, even putting the thermostat in the heating. The bathrooms lacked a place to place the shampoos and face towels. Everything else was great!

Me and 6 other friends needed an place to stay while in town for a festival. I can tell you first hand that coming back to a spacious, clean, comfortable and overall beautiful home after standing, walking and dancing for 12 hours straight is something that provided me and my friends with a profound sense of joy and comfort. Knowing that I get to relax in such an amazing place after a long day made this stay even better! The amenities provided were great as well as having a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil, pot and pan under that sun was a HUGE bonus not often seen from what I have seen in the past with other places. Having access to a private and enclosed backyard pool/patio WITH a grill made for great memories with my friends. The location, the atmosphere and the overall sense of safety in the neighborhood is also a great addition. Could not recommend this place enough!

We loved this Villa. It was very spacious and the neighbourhood was very quiet. It had all the amenities in the kitchen and the pool was a good size. Dennis was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. Lots of towels were available for the pool as well, would definitely stay again

Stayed for 2 weeks, it’s a beautiful home! The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and utensils to “get by”, but there aren’t any measuring spoons/cups, and very few storage containers. There was no hot pads or kitchen dish towels/ wash cloths. (Once I mentioned this to them they did bring hot pads that day). I bring food and cook every meal each day so it was tricky to work with the limited kitchen supplies and flimsy spatulas and cooking spoons. Tables and counter were beautifully staged and set with nice dishes. Would be been great to have a bigger supply of family friendly plates, cups, bowls etc… this is a personal preference. Overall we loved the space. Couches are comfortable, resort area is nice. Some of the beds were really loud (maybe the mattress protector?) if you are a light sleeper or tend to toss and turn you’ll notice. Response time if we had questions or needed anything was typically very quick and accommodating. Expect traffic to any attractions.

Location of this place was great. Close enough to Orlando and the attractions there but far enough away to not deal with all the traffic. Also a lot of good places for food and necessities close by.
