Dennis is an amazing host. Home was as beautiful as the pictures, It felt like I was home. We only used 2 bedrooms out of the 4. Home is very large & spotless. Only thing that can improve the home.. Swimming pool is very small. I visit FL a lot and usually invite family over 1 day for a family gathering. We usually grill out which I wouldn't of touched the grill that was in the pool area def needs an upgrade.. If owner converts to Pool/Jacuzzi 5 people can definitely enjoy it and it will make your stay perfect. Can use more lighting in the pool area. Outdoor bathroom was also a plus. Paid for heating pool never reached to a degree where the baby could enjoy an evening swimming with us. Wish they would've reimbursed. No bugs. Waterpark was walking distance, arrive early to grab loungers. Nice to socialize & meet new people. Humble staff. Uber & Door Dash both were available and also provided great service. This home was truly a home away from home! My family and I were extremely comfortable. I absolutely loved the kitchen and all of the many utensils and appliances supplied. The pool area was comfortable and I really appreciated the fenced off area (a great safety feature) with traveling with my toddler. This home was very spacious and relaxing! Dennis & his team were great hosts! I can’t wait to book another home with them!

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of space for our group of 8.The amenities were amazing! We spent a lot of time at the pool, which had a DJ from 12–3pm, a bar, market, bar & grille, and even a mini water park for the kids. There was so much to do all within walking distance. Disney parks were about a 25-minute drive, and there were lots of shops nearby as well. We would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Great place, very close to Magic Kingdom. McDonald’s , Starbucks, grocery are all minutes away. House was very clean and spacious, love that the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. Washer and dryer were a plus!! And the beach towels were very convenient.

From the beginning of the reservation there was clear communication and instructions which made everything easy. The property had lots of space, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The house is in good conditions. Our kids had a great time in the pool facility! We would stay here again in the future.

Amazing spot. So close to all the parks but in a gated community so it felt very homey and safe. Literally like staying at a resort without the high prices. 1000% would stay at any of casiola’s properties again and definitely plan to!

Great experience overall. The house was beautiful and the community was great. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and to be comfortable for the time we were there. The location was about 20 minutes from Disney and about 10 minutes from stores and restaurants.

This was the most perfect vacation house. Every single bedroom had a bathroom which is insanely awesome, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how the house was set up! There was plenty of seating and the open kitchen to the living room was ideal! I won’t forget this trip :)

A must stay! Quiet area near alot of places (gas station,Walmart,Publix,restaurant) The home was clean, spacious, has all the equipment needed in the kitchen, the Pool was the perfect size if you have smaller kids, if you have older kids they would enjoy the resort Pool pretty big, they also have a splash park, this unit was so close to the resort amenities, we felt safe in the home, there’s security at the entrance and the check in process was so smooth, also there’s an E.R a mile away down the road Will definitely book again!!

This property is gorgeous. The landscaping is beautiful and it’s a wonderful resort community. We loved just hanging out and enjoying what was available on the property. It’s also super close to the Disney parks and many many restaurants. We highly recommend it. 👍🏻👍🏻

Dennis’s place is very clean and nice and it was above what I expected. Also this location is very close to Walmart and Publix. My kids also enjoyed FunSpot and The H2O water park which is just minutes away. Also thanks for the Oreos Cookies Dennis I made Fried Oreos for the kids🤟🏾🤣

About 20 minutes to Disney. 30 minutes to Universal. We enjoyed the feeling of being in a home vs a hotel. Lots of space to make us comfortable.

I highly recommend this place! Dennis answered all of my questions I asked promptly before and during my stay. The townhome was clean, It is spacious and has more than enough room. Nice size tv’s. I have a one year old and there was a stroller, high chair, bath tub, and pack and play! Washer and dryer. Pool was a the perfect size. The amenities the kids loved and about a 2 min walk to amenities. They were also practicing precautions for Covid, that made it even better. Safe neighborhood and friendly staff. We also had 2 late check out options which we ended up extending our stay for a little longer. I have not one complaint and I’ll definitely be back.

The pictures don't lie! The home was just as described. Dennis was very responsive and quick! Instructions were easy! The security was on point with what needed to be done! The location was close to Orlando if you don't mind driving 15 or 20 minutes to attractions! House clean and cozy!

This place was horrible and nothing was clean or sanitized especially during a pandemic everything should have been wiped down like they said it was. Doorhandles were filthy ! light switches were worst fingerprints everywhere hair everywhere a used bar soap was in the bathroom. chip crumbs all over floors were not vacuumed and when I called to complain about it they said they wouldn’t give me a refund not enough of an issue even seen a snake and he told me that I was lying!! If you are looking for a safe environment for yourself and your family do not get this place. And do not expect them to wanna do anything to help you they will call you a liar!

Dennis’ place was located in a beautiful resort community with state of the art amenities including a pool and tiki bar and a gym. The house itself was clean and modern with ample living space. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested.

This place is very nice. The resort is handling social distancing well during the Covid19 pandemic by limiting crowds and doing sign ups for the splash pad so it doesn't get too crowded. The house was clean and tidy and comfortable for our stay.

You will love this place. It’s perfect in every way. My family and myself Loved everything the house was perfect. It’s In a safe and beautiful location. The club house is perfect for the family. They are operating on different hours currently 9-5 but you still have a nice size beautiful pool to enjoy at all hours at the house. The house has TVs in every room with cable and streaming options. And everything you need to cook in the beautiful kitchen and stores less then 10 minutes away. My family will definitely rent this place again.

The townhome was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It’s very close to the Disney Parks and many other Orlando attractions. We enjoyed the walking path around the small lake, the gym and the beautiful outdoor pool at Solara. It was also nice to have a restaurant on site. Dennis was great to work with, communicative and responsive to our needs. Thanks for a great stay! Be aware that the pool at the unit, although very nice, is really small and basically the size of a hot tub.

My husband and I were really happy to have rented this house. Not only was it sparkling clean but it was well furnished and very practical for my little family. It felt like home. This house was on the Solara Resort. It is conveniently located, ~10 minutes away from Disney World and ~30 minutes away from Universal Studios. There was a pool at the house and a another pool (adult and kiddie) and gym very close to the house, only ~1-2 minutes walking. There was also a volleyball court and a Flowrider ($30 whole day). This house was great, very clean and spacious. Thank you Dennis!

The place is brand new and sparkling clean. Close to the resorts amenities. Nicely furnished with lots of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen is functional but can use a pasta strainer and a garlic press/small blender. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house. Everything was nice and clean. About 20-30 minutes from Sea world and Disney. Only thing that wasn’t working was the WiFi. I contacted the host and he told me to unplug the modem and restart. But when I enter the password the was given to me it kept saying incorrect password to network. And host went MIA on last day of my stay. No response. But I give this place a 4 star for cleanliness .

We were the first to rent this newly constructed townhouse. As such there were a couple minor issues to overcome upon arrival. The place was great overall. Lots of space for our group of 7 to spread out. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the pool in the back of the house as the club house pools are only a minute walk away. They too were very nice. Would definitely return.
