We chose this air bnb because it was convenient for being that it was close to the convention center where our girls had a Cheer Competition. Upon arrival which was 4pm, the pin to get in the unit didn't work had to call to get a new one, that didn't work either. by the 3 pin we were able to get inside to find out the electricity wasn't working. I called to inform them off the situation and they said someone would come to check it out but could give us a time. Now it's 6pm still no electricity with a 8 kids and a 2 month old. Maintenance comes to then tell us they needed their supervisor to come fix the issue. It is now 9pm still no electricity, they tried to tell us that they didn't have a unit to move us all into to then have us move from one unit to another the whole weekend. They did not give us any compensation for having to deal with the inconvenience on their part. We tried to make the best of the weekend and are glad it's over. NEVER again will we be using this air bnb again
