We always enjoy staying at Vista Cay because of the Great location and the terrific amenities. We enjoyed the new pool and fire pit and the walk to the fitness center was only about 7 minutes. There beds were very comfy and we appreciated having Disney plus on the tv.

We visited Orlando specifically to spend a few days at Universal with our kids. This location was 10 min from the park, very convenient. The condo was adequate for our needs, enough beds, towels and dishes. The pool was large and right across the parking lot, there were plenty of pool towels provided. There were a few downsides; the beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, and there were very noisy neighbors upstairs which made for a horrible night's sleep the first night, they were noisy until 3 am. The dishes were not very clean and I noticed inside the dishwasher the filter was caked with grime. I spent a while scrubbing the filter as well as the inside of the dishwasher to get all the grime and food out. Otherwise, this location and size of the condo were perfect for our short visit!

Place was very spacious with plenty of room for the whole crew. Came for the parks but was great to have a place to wind down and enjoy some of the amenities (pool, spa, gym) available just a short walk away from the condo. We were just a short drive away from the parks which made it easy to get up and get going in the mornings. Location was in a gated space and was safe and quiet. Dennis was very responsive during our stay. We had a minor plumbing issue when we arrived on our first night, but Dennis had someone by the next morning to get it fixed right away. Highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel like experience with a homely feel. Will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Walkable distance to Publix and a small strip mall with restaurants and other shops. Amenities were great as well! The pools were so nice along with the bar! Truly enjoyed our stay for Megacon 2025. Everything was squeaky clean and check in was smooth!

This is my second time staying at one of Dennis’ listings and it is always a 10/10 experience. It’s our favorite place to stay when visiting the Universal Parks. Everything we enjoy doing is a quick 10-15 drive from this place & it’s in a great area

The place is very good, clean, spacious, has good facilities, supermarket nearby and parks. They should fix the refrigerator that stays open, I don't know what was happening with the air conditioning but it was hot during the night when I slept. I would stay at this place again.

Great property, clean, well stocked, great pool, parking. Close to universal, Disney, downtown Orlando. Grocery store within walking distance was a great plus. The only reason I didn’t go with 5 stars is the creepy third party check in process. I strictly adhere to the policy of only communicating through the AirBnB app for privacy reasons. This rental uses a third party for check in who requires entry of some personal data outside of AirBnB.

The place is exactly as it appears in the photos. Cleaning is generally correct. We had a problem with the crib. The listing said I had, when we arrived we found it but the crib has no mattress, we thought it was a mistake and when talking to Dennis he told us that there was no mattress for the crib and that they were not going to provide one either since the administration or the owners wanted to buy one. Instead, they brought us a blanket believing that we could fix something with that. The truth is that we felt very disrespected as we consulted this with the host prior to booking and confirmed to us that I had but it was a lie. We would not come back here since they did not respect what was agreed in the publication, be careful because this can happen to you with any other object in the apartment.

this was a great place to stay my group loved it. we were able to walk to publix right next door and also to the dunkin as well. it's a great location for not having to drive far to grab food at all. defintley would stay again.

Everything’s was as described. Very convenient to the Orlando area and super close to university studios. Easy check in and out, we experienced not problems with our stay.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. We did have an issue getting in when we first got there, but they have an emergency line you can call and they were able to open the keyless entry for us remotely which was great. From there on out, we did not experience any issues with the keyless entry. The house was clean upon arrival and equipped with basic necessities and kitchen utensils. The location is awesome and was central to a lot of things to do in the Orlando area.

The condo is clean and convenient. I love the shopping center next door. It was nice walking around with our dogs. The kitchen has a lot of dishes. The cooking utensils are a little random. We did run out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

It is a great place to stay, we were there for five nights, just felt like home and it is close to attractions! Dennis is a great host, always responsive and proactive. We will definitely come back in the future.
