When we arrived to the place, we walked into a hot condo, 75 degrees. There was a distinct musky smell to it, probably because it was hot. We asked the owner about it and he said to turn the AC down but not pass 72 because he was afraid the AC unit would freeze up. Something is definitely wrong with the AC. We could never get the condo below 75 the entire 4 day stay. The outdoor pool was under repair as was some other areas in vista cay. Had I known this to be the case, we would have chosen a different place. The condo itself was spacious and perfect size for the 3 guests in our party. Beds were comfortable. WiFi was a bit unstable, but did work most of the time. Living couch and TV area was comfy. I would consider staying in this place again if the AC problem was fixed and if the pool was open. This is my fourth stay at Vista Cay and I have always found the condo complex to be a great place to stay.
