This home was perfect. It’s on the fourth floor (there is an elevator) overlooking the lake and the clubhouse with the pool and splash pad. It was clean and very comfortable — the kitchen was well stocked. The location was great — right near the convention center and universal studios. Great restaurants very close by. Gated community. Amazing washer and dryer. The highlight, though, was the balcony overlooking the lake with the amazing bird cage chair swing. We would definitely stay again!

Place was awesome for everything we needed. The only negative feedback I have is that both the bathroom shower doors were leaking water on the floor and we had to mop the floor after every shower. This made showers little stressing and frustrating. If one of the bathroom was ok, we'd have been fine but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I reported this issue as soon as I took first shower. They were very responsive with the communication but it took them 2 days before they could send someone to repair but he couldn't repair it upon arrival. Anyone looking to book this place I'd recommend to connect with the team and absolutely making sure that bathroom showers aren't leaking anymore. It's a great place otherwise and close to most of the amenities you'd need.

My husband and I stayed a month at this unit and loved it! The unit was exactly how it was described. Very clean and furnished well. The upscale design and furnishings were really appreciated. Dennis was good host and very responsive with anything we needed. We are looking forward to returning to this unit again next year! The only small negative had to do with Vista Cay rules rather than the unit. Since the resort doesn’t have quiet time until after 11;00 pm that allowed kids to be at the pool very late which at times was really noisy.

Place was beautiful and spotless ! Super easy to get to from the airport. Dennis was great. I loved my stay!! The resort has a beautiful pool and bar outside! Would happily go back!

Dennis’ place was beautiful. It looks just like the photos, right down to the table settings when you arrive. It is close to Universal and the many restaurants that Orlando has to offer. There was a slight mix-up with the entry code upon arrival and Dennis was quick with a response and made sure it was corrected quickly. We look forward to staying at Dennis’ next time we are in Orlando.

Stunning condo centrally located. It was absolutely pristine! I've never encountered a cleaner Airbnb. Also had colorful and tasteful decor — really well done! Made us very comfortable during a stressful work trip. Highly recommend!

Great home, in a central area, resort has lots of amenities. Beds were comfortable, clean, and cozy. I felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. From dish soap, to coffee filters and coffee grounds. Very convenient. Early check in is an extra charge. Otherwise, it was truly a great pick for my work trip!

I had such a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed (Convention center, theme parks, Restaurants), yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home from start to finish. I really appreciated the thoughtful welcome snack! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great host.

Had a great stay with my family. There was also some baby items in the closet (pack and play, feeding tray, and baby bath) which came in handy. The view from the balcony on 4th floor of the lake and SeaWorld rides was amazing. So close to Epic Universe, SeaWorld and Disney also. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay in Orlando. Here for a work conference and my daughter was able to join me. Only complaint was the pool construction next door and not able sit on the porch during the day, very loud. Other than that, felt like home and hope to come back one day.

We were in search of a comfortable, dog-friendly place convenient to the convention center as we were attending a national dance competition for the weekend. This place was perfect for our needs. The condo is very attractive and comfortable. The balcony was a big plus. The grounds are dog friendly and there is a walking path by the lake that our pup enjoyed. The unit was easy to find, park in, check in, and check out. There was plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We were able to walk to Publix. The pool is currently being redone, but that was fully disclosed so it was not a surprise. Dennis was very communicative and helpful. We would come again next time we are in town for an event at the convention center.

We had a wonderful stay at Dennis's place! The apartment was perfectly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were impressed with the attention to detail in the apt. It was nice that Publix was nearby and parking was available in front. Dennis was very responsive, the communication was smooth at all times and he was helpful with any questions we had.

The place was beautiful, very clean and just as seen in the pictures, very conveniently located, Dennis was easy to communicate with and responded really fast, we took our dogs with us and loved the walking trail around the lake behind the apartment complex, we would definitely love to be back next time we come to Orlando if the place is available. I think this place has high potential but it is outdated. The rug needs to be replaced, the chairs on the patio are dirty, the bed had sand on it. When I notified Dennis of the sand he asked for a picture of proof and stated the place was professionally cleaned and already inspected. It wasn’t the response I had hoped for. We ultimately ended up leaving and staying at the Ritz Carlton up the street instead. Very unfortunate stay.

Amazing! The unit was exactly as presented in photos and description . Very stylish clean and extremely well equipped! Loved the little touches of bath products, kitchen amenities kit, and a special treat. Beds were comfortable! Will definitely come here and stay again! I have been to many Airbnb's and was very impressed with this company. The only suggestion I have is a kcup coffee maker. Otherwise perfection.

Perfect. We had a conference at the Hilton Orlando and played golf at Shingle Creek, and this Airbnb was right in-between, about 3-4 minutes from both. The view of the Lake and pool from the balcony was a huge bonus. The living area has a nice couch and big TV to watch the game. The bed/baths are on opposite sides from the living area, which is great for privacy. The walkable Walgreens and Publix nearby is super convenient. Ubers were never more than a couple minutes away. Check-in, communication, and access is seamless. Big pool/hot tub with a bar and game room. Easy to find off the freeway, and gated parking area were ideal. Basically exactly what you're hoping for from an Airbnb, and half the price of getting two rooms at the Hilton. If you're debating between the numerous options available in this complex like I did, just get this one.

A very clean and spacious place near most of the theme parks. The lake view is breathtaking and the amenities like pool and gyms are awesome. Definitely beyond my expectations. Will absolutely come back to this place if I visit Orlando in the future!

Loved our stay!!!! Very convenient located; the unit is just 5 minutes from Universal and 10 minutes from Disney!!! International drive is very close with so many restaurants and so many things to do!!! This was the first time we visited the theme parks and did not stay at a Universal or Disney resort and will GLADLY do it again!!! The unit is very well equipped and my son loved the little surprise that was on the kitchen.. smart TV’s in every room and the pond view was very relaxing… The property is spotless and very well maintained. Dennis and his team was extremely helpful and a great host.. Till next time!!! 👍😀✅

Absolutely first class. The images on Airbnb are excellent; however, in reality, the suite is more amazing than you can imagine. The furnishings are of a superior standard; not only do they look good, they are comfortable. The suite is spotless. Nothing out of place. First class. The balcony is spacious with comfortable patio furniture. Great view of the lake. Fireworks from Universal Studios most evenings. This suite and the resort receives a 5 star rating. Best suite for cleanliness and quality we have stayed in thus far. We didnt want to leave. Thanks to the entire Team!
