This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vista Cay resorts and it’s perfect for our needs. Dennis has a great place and made it feel welcoming from the start. Great communication and easy to work with. We’ll be back in 2 years!

Excellent service what Dennis provides in this condominium, there are others in the same place that I don't.. I say it from experience. For the location it is excellent with quick departures to the parks, outlets, shoppings and even gas station in front and a Publix! Keep it up, Dennis!

Really nice apartment in a great location, close to theme parks and restaurants. The resort has an on-site pool and gym which was really welcome. The hosts were great, very quick to response and helpfully organised a late check out for us which we really appreciated.

Dennis was so great to work with and the condo was the perfect respite after each day at Universal. Super easy to get to, fast drive to the parks, and the condo itself was beautiful and spacious!

Pros: Great value and good location. The layout is excellent and the unit is thoughtfully decorated. There is a Publix and some decent dining options within a 5 minute drive. It is a vacation rental property and the company managing the unit seems to care about the experience of its guest. Although it is self-catering a single-use package of detergent, dishwashing soap, bathwash, etc., were left which was both thoughtful and useful. There were lots of children and families enjoying the onsite amenities such as the pool and gym, yet as a youngish gay couple my boyfriend and I didn't feel out of place. Cons: That gym I mentioned, while appreciated, has no ventilation and is the size of a large master bathroom. Not even a fan was running which seemed a little irresponsible during this time of Covid. I took a dumbbell outside to break a sweat which is apparently against the rules and for which I was admonished. I suggested that perhaps they move some of the weights outside (it is Florida where the weather allows for such a solution) or leave the door open as the gym felt like a super-spreader event waiting to happen. The person I spoke to at first seemed dismissive but the next time I went to workout, not in the gym of course, I did notice that the door was propped open. Not a big deal in any real way but something to consider if you like to exercise. Additionally, when I checked-in on Sunday afternoon I realized that the person I was communicating with did not actually live on-property and that the unit is managed by a company. This leads me to believe that they keep normal working week hours with minimal or no staff on the weekends. Not a big deal as there was a call-center that helped me troubleshoot some internet issues I had but it was still a bit of a surprise. My contact person was was very prompt and helpful in replacing a broken television but I had to wait for these solutions until the next day. It was a minor inconvenience and although you are dealing with a property management company they seemed to really care about my experience and comfort. All in all would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Dennis's place to attend a conference at the Hyatt Regency. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. It has a washer/dryer in the unit which made our week-long stay so much more convenient. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Orlando.

This was the best stay I ever had with an Airbnb property. We had to find a place last minute and luckily found this property. The property was in immaculate shape and very spacious. The beds and furniture are very high quality as well as all of the appliances. Location is perfect for universal. Communication with Dennis was 1st class. I can't say enough great things.

This apartment was a disappointment. It was not clean when we moved in, sofas are dirty, blinds are broken, and there is no view all you see is the windows and wall of a building 35ft away. This apartment is not what you expect.

The pool was great (large, warm, regular), beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, and kitchen fully-functional. All-in-all, it was a great deal, especially if you plan on going to Universal Studio.

Host is nice and responses the questions quickly and patienctly. Near to the Disney and Universal~! The kitchen is awesome and all the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The house was just as pictured, clean, and spacious. We had a small issue with the door code that was resolved immediately when we got in touch with the front office. The location was also ideal for getting to and form the airport, Disney, and Universal. There is a Walgreens & Salon in the complex, and a Publix supermarket less that 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend this condo to stay!
