Loooveeed this home! Plenty of space for my party of 7. Kids enjoyed the game area. Pool was lovely. Everything about this home was giving what needed to be given. Dennis responded immediately to anything I contacted him out. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely adored our stay at this house! It was spotlessly clean and modern. The house was even more impressive in person, especially at night, with its captivating lighting. The themed rooms were fantastic, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The kids had a great time in the game room and pool. We decided to have the pool heated, and it remained pleasantly warm even in February. We also enjoyed the resort that was included for free. It was clean, well-maintained, and not overly crowded. Dennis, our host, was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future!

The place was more beautiful than I could imagine. It definitely has a artistic flare on top of that there was a hockey table and a video game. Everything was free. It was playing activities for the kids. The kids got into the pool room has the beds are super comfy. I could have not asked for more?

Dennis was very quick to respond to messages. Very convenient that the house comes with a starter set for things like trash cans, hand soap, laundry and dish soap. Loved the themed rooms, air hockey, and arcade game.

Thank you to Dennis for his hospitality and availability. House very well furnished and decorated for children. Ideal when you come for Universal and Disney parks, the children loved the rooms and the games offered. We did not have time to enjoy the water park, which looked excellent. Regarding the house everything is spotless and clean, the instructions are clear and for the slightest problem Dennis is there. The security service at the reception of the site are very nice. We will probably come back in a few months to take advantage of the site's infrastructure even more.

Things need to be cleaned better. Games need repair very wobbly, carpets need cleaning. I think a good cleaning and some repairs would be a 5 star place with a little TLC.

Dennis responded quickly most of the time. We arrived around 11 AM and check in was not until 4 PM so we utilized the clubhouse amenities. We did not have towels on hand so we went to wait outside the house around 3:50 and cleaning was finished at about 4:05. The house was cleaned up, but it is visibly older. There were limited kitchen tools; making it a challenge when we cooked. The can-opener was broke so we had to get creative with opening our canned tomatoes for spaghetti. I think they would benefit from spending just a little more money on nicer supplies. I was worried about the resorts security due to all of the comments, but we never had to wait to enter the community. We even came back just after 4 PM one of the days and there was no line. This may have to do with the time of year that we came. Overall it was a good time!

The place was great overall, but Dennis needs to be better at communicating and caring. We had a situation where Dennis didn't respond or handle a faulty door to where people couldn't get in or get out. I will leave it at that. He wasn't at all attentive and I wouldn't ever use a place to where Dennis was in charge of.

My family and I had a superb experience. The immediate area was quiet and peaceful and there are so many restaurants within close proximity. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the host was very accessible and accommodating. We are definitely looking forward to booking next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Dennis’ place in Windsor Island. It is walkable to the resort clubhouse and pool. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation, close to Orlando’s main attractions.

The listing was true to pictures. However, the furniture is beginning to show its age due to use. As well as the beds in "cars" room. But this was not a deal breaker. The resort was very well kept. The clubhouse is literally across the street. We stayed July 4th. The resort got pretty crowded. But overall I would recommend.

Me and my family loved Dennis place, the kids especially enjoyed the rooms, my daughter loved her race car room, she was very happy and calm, she’s level 2 autism so she enjoyed time looking at the Nemo wall when she was over stimulated, I would definitely recommend Dennis place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Dennis vacation home looks exactly like the photos. Dennis was prompt when it came to questions I had during my stay and also was very nice in allowing us to extend our stay due to flight issues. If you looking for a peaceful vacation in Orlando with the kids and close enough to water parks and Disney, this is definitely a good choice.

What a treat was this stay. Beautiful place, all spaces are very thoughtfully designed. It was a 2 minute walk to the resort amenities, where kids had a blast. Dennis was very quick to respond to any questions. We cooked all our meals, so used kitchen a lot. One recommendation to the host is to add couple of mixing bowls and plastic or wooden spatulas to help with cooking, everything else was great.

Had to wait at gate to get him and security guard rude and not helpful, pool not heated!!!! We paid extra for the service. The clubhouse is the worst part!!!! We got kicked out because of a small Bluetooth speaker and a Redbull drink that I had with me, unacceptable how they treated AirBnb customers. Load speakers noise at night…. Not what I expected. Plus it was my son bday weekend gateway.

the house, the location, the proximity to the social center 100m, everything exceptional. Highly recommended. 30 minutes from parks . Too bad we couldn't enjoy the house and condominium more, heated pools , water park, etc. The only thing to note is that the pool in the house only gets sun in the morning, if you want to enjoy it at night, heating is necessary depending on the date you are traveling on the first week of November, the temperature is good but at night it cools.

Great place to stay at! It was very accommodating, clean, spacious, and enjoyable. Dennis and his team made sure we had everything we needed. Our plane arrived a lot later than check in, and Dennis was very understanding and accommodating for this! The only negative I have, is that the amenities close early (pool, basketball court, etc). But it is understandable as it’s getting dark earlier. I would definitely recommend staying here, great location.. especially for Disney!

The place is great for families with kids that need space. Everything is clean and very close to the awesome waterpark. If you plan on cooking Publix is .5 miles down the road. Disney is about 30 mins and most food places are about 20-25 mins away. Other than that it was great having the waterpark and the dip pool right in the backyard. Easy parking and safe place. Security was on it.

The place looks exactly like the photos . Nice quiet area . I love that the Airbnb was walking distance to the resort’s swimming area and bar and grill . It felt comfortable like home . Only thing i would say is it’s a drive away from many attractions and good restaurants but worth the stay and amount paid!

My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. The entire place was spectacular and was exceptionally clean. The host was very responsive and understanding. The only con was because it was a holiday and the front gate process was horrible. If staying at this resort, I would advise everyone to pre-register their guests (unlike I did). But Dennis was very helpful and was able to help me out. Would definitely stay again. Keep up the great work!

The house itself was as described. The themed rooms were great. We were stranded due to the hurricane and were able to book last minute. The pool and bar/ restaurant area and staff were amazing. The guards at the front were the worst. Because of the hurricane people were “just let in” and after the hurricane whenever you left the premises you were harassed by the guards even though we had a key card that opened the gate. Instead of telling people to register you were screamed at and harassed. A line of cars all trying to call management to be let into their rentals at the same time. It was a mess. Management was at least responsive and were eventually able to get back in.

We just returned home from an amazing stay at this location. The rooms were incredible and so much fun for all. It was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family. Loved having our own pool to hang out in at the end of the day. The club house is amazing. Feels like being on a tropical vacation. Great drinks and something for everyone there. We highly recommend this property.

only issue was the first day getting checked in, no where in the listing does it say you can't have trailers. Finding this out at the time of check in was a shock. we ended up having to spend an additional 600.00 dollars to store our trailers offsite. other than this the place was absolutely amazing. no other complaints whatsoever.

Great stay! The pictures does not do any justice, such an amazing set up and very spacious! My family loved the themed rooms and the private pool. We were just walking distance to the resort amenities and the staff were really nice. Not a bad drive to get to Disney or Legoland. I would recommend they put usb chargers in the home for convenience but everything else was well equipped. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and home has plenty of cookware but also in great location to grab a bite to eat within a 15-20 min drive. Overall a great experience and we're already look forward to coming back next year!

Host made me pay for damages me or my family did not do me and my boyfriend came with two girls and neither one of them slept in the room with car bed for boys. It was the host’s word against mine but in the future I’ll be taking pictures of every room and every Airbnb that I stay in as to not have to pay for damage that was not done by me or my family. This is the first time there’s ever been any damage at any Airbnb that I ever stayed in and I’ll be the first to say that they were not reasonable at all. It was a hassle getting in and out of the Airbnb that we paid for I waited 20 minutes outside of the resort because of a malfunction that the house could not really explain to me and we had to enter with a different address than the Airbnb we purchased just a lot of confusion and frustration was not able to get a hold of host immediately had to leave a message

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! The presentation was awesome - we applaud your team for how they prepared the showing in the kitchen! Everything was as described and the heater in the pool worked great! Having the air hockey and video game was a huge hit with our three kids. They loved their rooms and we the parents loved that huge King bed with a very nice master bath. Love the fact there is that shopping center with food outlets a half mile away! Overall, a great value and so comfortable.

Beautiful resort. the townhouse was mostly like the photos. Was in good shape and kids loved the themed rooms. plenty of space and was clean. Carpet is a bit dingy and needs shampooing. we had a decent amount of ants also coming in during our stay. we kept the kitchen and floors swept regularly hoping to eradicate. floors counters and bathrooms all had them. the air hockey and arcade didn't work great but kids still enjoyed. all relatively minor issues and would go back. the resort pool and grounds were awesome and kids really enjoyed that. that made the place 5 stars as it was only 2 months old. restaurant and bar on site was great too. would recommend

It was amazing! Great location, super close to parks. Only one gripe the air hockey table had no puck and didn’t really work, and the other machines controls didn’t work very well either. But other than that it was an awesome place to stay!

The house was overpriced for the location. I’ve stayed in better homes closer to Disney in complete resorts for less! The communication was also horrible and unprofessional. The host did not know there was construction at the resort and communicated that it was done and able to be utilized which was untrue. The host then adjusted the description of the listing to indicate this and stated that the home price would be reduced to reflect this but would not refund me the difference especially since I had to find other entertainment for my children which caused me more money. The host have not been communicating well with me or AirBnb as I filed a complaint and they denied my request. I would not utilize this company as they do not care and even stated that the construction was out of their control and the resort handles this. If they do not know what is going on in their homes then they should not be charging like they do.

First and foremost thank you for allowing my family to share your home. A few things to consider the games were not working well, the air hockey table was missing a puck and wouldn’t turn on which was disappointing for our kids. There’s something between the bathroom and bedroom in the carpet that’s impossible to find but kept sticking us in our foot!!! 😫 (ouch) the downstairs bathroom shower water did not get hot nor warm stayed cold other than that the home is good.
