This is a great place to stay & was very convenient to the convention center where we were attending a volleyball tournament. Only complaint would be that the floors need to be cleaned better. Unfortunately when we opened patio door a lizard came in & went under master bed and had to be caught so once we saw under it also looked under the other beds!! Very comfortable & would definitely stay again!!

This is our second time staying at this condo, and it continues to impress with its spaciousness. The location is excellent, situated near the convention center, which is perfect for business travelers or event attendees. One of the best features is the convenience of having a Publix supermarket and several eateries just across the street, all within easy walking distance. Dennis is consistently a great host. We’ve had the pleasure of staying at several of his properties, and they are all very well managed. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the stay. We would definitely choose to stay here or at any of Dennis’s other properties again. The combination of a roomy condo, prime location, and excellent management makes for a truly enjoyable experience.

Dennis is an excellent host with great communication skills. The condo is spacious, clean, and conveniently located close to everything. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook. Overall, our stay at the Airbnb in Orlando was enjoyable, and we had a good time. The property had a nice atmosphere. However, one issue was the unstable bed frame, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, I would definitely return. Great location, great response time, super duper helpful. It was a really lovely stay.

The place is in a good location with great amenities, Dennis was incredibly responsive and helpful and overall the place looked like the description. I wil say it is lacking in supplies, specifically the kitchen was rather sparce and we had to buy mixing bowls in order to do much cooking. I would also recommend bringing extra blankets if you are planning to max out the capacity of the space, there's only 1 additional provided. Overall it was a good space for what we needed but it could use a few upgrades. Dennis was very helpful through and we appreciated his prompt response time, the pool is also delightful.

This condo was nice. We stayed here for a basketball tournament at the convention center. It was a 15-20 min walk that we enjoyed everyday. The path was nice. The Publix is a 4min walk which was awesome. We was able to cook & save that way. Nice stay!

Overall, a good place to stay. A issue we had that was unresolved is that the MBR king bed matress had a large depression (completely compressed) on the left sleeping area and it also had no box spring like the other beds in the unit. Very Uncomfortable. I called about 10am the first morning and again around 2pm before getting a callback to clarify the issue. No other action or phone call happened. We checked out the next day. I am disappointed that the issue happened and in the inability for the issue to be resolved.

I could not recommend Dennis any higher he made our stay at vista cay a great one from start to finish and went above and beyond for me and my family. When we were going through a very stressful time due to hurricane Ian we were delayed three days and he extended our stay for that period for a very good price and I am very grateful for that thanks again Dennis you are a top man.

It was a great place for a large family. It offered space and ease. We have a small baby, so there where a lot of things he could get into so that was tough. The patio furniture was also less than ideal. The location was great and we enjoyed our time there. Would stay there again!

The lactation is great, the condo is awesome,and the lake view is amazing, all around beautiful place for family and friends. The host is always making sure everything is great. At night sit outside in private balcony looking at beautiful light reflecting off the lake breath taking. My wife loved it.the apartment is big and spacious,kids loved it.thank for welcoming my family and myself we hope to be back again in the near future. 5 stars all the way

Best place we have stayed in Orlando, had a few minor issues that were unresolved but otherwise , it was a pleasure staying here for our family vacation. Dennis’ place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The space was larger than expected, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Topgolf, Point Orlando, and Icon Park. We didn’t use many amenities of the resort, but the view from the porch was great and the running trail was awesome!

Nice place, large rooms, photos were accurate. Great location! Only one problem: there's no blackout curtains in the bedrooms, which made it difficult for our party to sleep. Otherwise, a great choice!

I really like the place. You are doing a great job, but it is unfortunate that the pool and Gym close at 11:00pm. People who are visiting Disney May come late and would like to spend some time at the pool. I know it is the policy of the place and it is out of your control. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Dennis’s place was clean and quiet and the pictures were very accurate. It was a lovely space for a larger group - plenty of beds and room to hang out. Also close to a grocery store and a quick car ride to Universal and a number of great restaurants.

This was a really great place to stay for a family trip to the parks in Orlando. This was my first time using Airbnb and I absolutely loved it! The next time I am in Orlando I will definitely be staying here.

We arrived late at night to find out that they messed up our booking and already had someone in the condo we were suppose to stay at. The team was very communicative and moved us (with 16 month old) to another condo in the same complex only to find out it was not equipped with a pack-n-play. We were then moved to a townhouse in a different complex 20 minutes away. The new place was nice and had everything we needed but was in a completely different location than we planned with the complex pool not within walking distance which was one of the reasons we selected our original place.

Dennis was a great host and the place was exactly as advertised. A group of us went the PGA Merchandise show and it was a great location close to the convention center with shuttle buses running every 15 min for the show. I would definitely rent from Dennis again.

This place was so beautiful! Amazing location for Universal/Islands of Adventure and close to Walgreens and Publix. This place is so clean and so well decorated you would think you were the first people to step foot in it. We had an incredibly comfortable stay and I would recommend it to any group who wants to have an intimate vacation while still having your own space.

Beautiful place! Great location right next to I drive, convention center, and attractions. Bigger than I thought with an amazing master bathroom. The beds (at least master bed) was not comfortable in my opinion, both of our backs hurt and the house was really quiet and echoed throughout because there is no carpet so you can hear EVERYTHING lol. Mystery stain on decor pillow and clogged sink in master bedroom. Honestly, I would book it again though, it really was a nice place!!!

The location for this air bnb was great, but unfortunately there were many things that made this stay simply disappointing. For starters, our fridge did not work, and though apparently Dennis sent someone to fix it while we were gone, the fridge continued to not work and as a result we lost food that we had purchased for this trip. Also, there were no pans for cooking though Dennis said that there were. Also, he only provided 2 rolls of cheap toilet paper for both bathrooms, even though it is a place where 12 people can stay. We stayed for one night (2 days), and our last day there we had already run out of toilet paper. He also only provided 1 roll of kitchen paper that also did not last. There were absolutely no cleaning supplies except a little bit of dish soap and laundry detergent. All air bnbs where I've stayed have provided other BASIC amenities like lysol/disinfecting spray and salt, pepper, and canola oil. Though the location was great and the place big and clean, the lack of basic amenities made our stay difficult to enjoy. The stove also had a difficult time heating up. It was not what I was expecting, and I don't think Dennis was very clear in his description of what is provided at this air bnb.

My wife, 1 year old baby and myself really enjoyed our stay at Dennis's place. It was very clean, accessible, comfortable, spacious and with lots of amenities. Location is great for visiting parks, going out to eat, shopping and enjoying the view. Place exceeded our expectations. Dennis was good host, responded promptly via email and provided suggestions relative to local parks. I recommend this place and I would stay again.

I just came back from an OCCC convention in Orlando. I had a great experience staying at the place. The place is exceptional clean and modern, exactly as what it is described in the pictures. I thought the toaster wasn't working, but actually I didn't turn on the switch of the power oulet. I've texted the host and he came with a new toaster after 5 minutes. I rated 5 stars for overall experience. I will stay at the place again, if I have another chance to go back next time . Thank you.

I rented this place as home base for my group of girlfriends on our vacation to Harry Potter world. We were cautiously optimistic based on the photos and reviews and were very pleased to find the home did meet all the expectations based on those standards! The location was even more convenient than we realized, and we were very comfortable there. It was definitely everything we needed! We didn't really get time to check out any of the resorts' cool amenities due to our schedule and rain, but we found our stay very pleasant and all our needs met!

Dennis and his company are top notch. The place was amazing. Very well decorated - the pictures do not do the place justice...it is better in person. We loved the pool and we are so close to all the Orlando attractions. Publix was an easy walk away as well as other restaurants. Let's get on to Dennis... He was wonderful. He is quick to respond and was able to easily handle a last minute reservation request because of user error on my part :D. It was very easy to work with him and I think that is what all of us want: ease of doing business with a person. Especially for a vacation. Now onto to us - my family - Since I had to leave very early in the morning, I'm hoping my family left everything in a beautiful state. There was one clean freak left till the end, so hopefully he dictated that the house was left in order. (Crossing my fingers) I cannot recommend Dennis and this vacation home more. You will love the place better than your own house.

We loved our time at Vista Cay Resort. The condo was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was minimally equipped, so if you intend to cook your own meals, you'll want to bring things like cutting boards, extra dish cloths and dish towels and extra silverware if you have a large group. Things were clean and kept up nicely and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Just returned from amazing vacation in Orlando. Beautiful weather and great theme parks. Condo was clean, large, and all furniture was top quality. More than enough room for a large family and in a great location. In prior visits to Orlando we have always stayed at Disney properties but found this specific condo location (Vista Cay) as a great alternative if you have a car available. The condos have a nice pool and is centrally located near all the parks we visited (Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, SeaWorld). We did however have an issue with this specific condo. After the second day we ran into issues with small ants in the master bedroom and bathroom. The management was responsive in trying to resolve issue but after a couple attempts and days the problem was better but was not fully remedied. Florida is known for bugs and being on the ground floor did not help. If it wasn't for this ant problem I would have given this condo experience 5 stars; however I'm only giving it 2 stars. My wife was very upset over seeing the ants in our bedroom and I had to cleanup ants nightly before going to bed.
