Dennis’s home was good but could benefit from regular upkeep. The house was clean & accommodating but the furnishings were very old. My key notes are as follows: 1) Many of the beds frames were broken, squeaky and caving in. 2) The upstairs couch was half collapsed. 3) The pavers surrounding the edge of the pool were broken which can easily cause someone to fall in unexpectedly. 4) The pool was set to a dangerous 106 degrees. One jump in and a person can burn themselves. 5) The refrigerator isn’t cold enough which caused the milk to spoil. 6) The pool literally exposes the main road where everyone walking by looks right at you. A simple evergreen hedge can solve this problem. Most of the neighbors have them so I don’t know why they wouldn’t plant one on the corner property. 7)The game room is cool but the pool table is on the verge of collapsing. Overall the property is as expected. The pictures are accurate & it’s worth the price. It’s a noisy corner so expect noise till 2am.

Everything was great. Very responsive to our needs. We paid for the heated pool in advance but the pool was not heated when we got there. They responded immediately and sent someone within a reasonable time to rectify the issue.

Dennis was amazing! A small thing that would make a difference, having tissues available. Also, there’s some mold and in area by the front door on the ceiling. It did bother one of our guest. Sneezing, watery eyes.. flared up his allergies.

All guests enjoyed their stay and room. Lots of space and room to roam. Close to theme parks, food, and water park. They were very responsive in helping us with a checkin problem that was a mistake we made. would definitely stay again in the future.

pictures were excatly how the place was. Area was great. a few minor issues some of the tvs did not work & the fridge did not keep up to temp. Dennis was quick to respond & fixed the issues or put in a work order. place was very spacious!

place was great. The need for more kitchen cooking ware was an issue, a larger dinning room table for our group would have made it perfect for our family. There was a problem with the pool, however, Dennis did his best and a solution was reached that satisfied our group. We really enjoyed our vacation and the fact we could bring our support dog for my 90 year old mother made it especially memorable. We look forward to staying in this property again. Mrs. Fields. The home was very spacious and clean. We had more than enough room for everyone. The host Dennis is very prompt and responsive. I really enjoyed staying at the home. If you are visiting Disney with a group this is the perfect home. The location is not to far from Disney and the house is beautiful. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Stayed here with my mom, children and grandchildren a total of 19 people (6 kids ages 3-6; 13 adults) with absolutely no hot water for the entire 5 day stay. Communicated with Dennis beginning the very first day to no avail. Also made him aware that the tv in the children’s common area did not work. He sent a technician who advised that it needed to be replaced to no avail. Missed out on planned/ paid for events because no one could shower. This is totally unacceptable. I paid $2700 for a family vacation that was ruined because cold showers were not an option for the adults nor the children. I am frustrated and feel that I was taken advantage of. This was a total nightmare for my family. They depended on me for this family vacation. I feel that there should undoubtedly be some kind of compensation for these extreme inconveniences. As of now I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this property.

Overall we had a good time because we were with family but the home had a bad smell, especially upstairs, the floors were not very clean, the walls were dirty, beer bottle caps left outsude by the pool and the carpet was not clean.

This home was awesome the accommodations regarding the bedrooms and bathroom matched the description! My entire family was able to be comfortable and had their own rooms. Only confusion is regarding the property and not the host. If you have rental cars the names of the drivers must be added to the registration so the vehicle is not considered to be trespassing. The original gate attendant didn’t clearly state that and made it seem like the guest passes were for the people whose names are listed for the address and not the car. Minor hiccup in the grand scheme of things but Dennis resolved this issue quickly for us

Dennis was a great host. Only issue we had was pool heating for the 1st 3 days but outside of that everything was great. Anytime I reached out Dennis responded. Even with my 2am outreaches etc. great host great place.

Dennis‘s Place was amazing. We had a large group to stay here for a few days. There was things for everyone to do in the house. Dennis was super responsive took the time to solve every issue immediately! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location place was well worth the money grocery stores close by keep in mind all adults must be added on the reservation upon arrival when driving multiple cars to be let onto property had that problem but Dennis had it fixed within a couple of minutes definitely would come back and rent again

Loved the space!! Sleeping arrangements and multiple bathrooms adequate for large families!!! Great location and easily accessible to i4!! My only gripe was the cold hot tub and having to purchase your own propane to use the grill

Amazing house for a big family. Clean and comfortable. The house pool was amazing. The amenities to the clubhouse was wonderful. Kids enjoyed the clubhouse pool. My family and I overall loved this house and will be returning soon. Thanks to the host for an amazing stay and great communication. Great location and about 20 minutes to the Disney Parks. We love Champion Gates.

Dennis’s place was great. It fit our group of 18 nicely. The house was clean and as described. There were some items that were broken on arrival that need replaced but overall it was a great spot. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

I do not recommend renting this house unless the carpet has been replaced and the horrible Smell in garage has been addressed. We paid for the pool to be heated for 20 days and the property manager did not ensure this occurred until 4 days into the vacation and was unclear about if or when this would happen. The house was not properly clean when we arrived and 2 of the beds clearly did not have clean sheets. I spend the first few days of my trip cleaning, doing laundry and texting Dennis to try to get pool heated. Overall not a great experience. Also the community pool does not allow any outside food and drinks but is so under staffed it is difficult to get any there. Also, you have to get to the pool early or you may not get in and will for sure not find a chair. The house is very large and the beds are comfortable and once the pool was heated it was nice.

Make sure that all amenities can be used before the tenants arrive didnt like the fact that I couldn’t use the pool or hot tub due to mechanic issues also some of the tvs wasn’t connected to the cable or the games in the game room didn’t work they was just decoration And if your trying to have something big and it’s more than ten cars been reported visited the house you will have problems so limit the number of guest you and you guest has cause once a car is checked in they won’t remove it even if they were just visiting guest and they were racist towards minorities

My family and I stayed in Dennis’s home during the Thanksgiving holiday. He was prompt with communicating and directions were easily accessible. The home was in the Champions Gate area and there is so much to do for adults and children on the resort. There was plenty of space in the house and I liked that there were two different areas with TV’s and sitting space. The home itself had some concerns. We were unable to use the game room due to the horrible smell. We purchased febreze plug ins, spray and opened the garage door but nothing helped. There was a seafood boil the day before and some of the shells were left on the back porch. The pool and spa tub was cold so if you are going in the cooler months be sure to request the heater. I was unaware it needed to be requested and purchased ahead of time. The rug was dirty, therefore, some relatives were not comfortable placing there infants on the floor. There was also a safety concern as the leg to the coffee table in the living room was broke. The table top was simply placed on top of the leg. There were also several blinds missing from the deck door so the neighbors could see right in as the homes are close together. The couch on the second floor had holes covered with duct tape. One room had issues with ants and another had a couple roaches in the shower. I discussed the concerns with Dennis at the end of the stay and he was polite and encouraged me to discuss concerns immediately in the future. Overall the place was okay. The host was polite and with a few minor repairs the home would be perfect.
