This was my first Airbnb experience, and oh boy I love it 😍. The place was homey, clean and secure inside the resor. And its location was as fantasticc to go to any place in Orlando. The host was amazing, he was very responsive and prepare the house with aminities even we was welcomed with a box of Oreo 😋

The unit was noisy all night long, the water heater was small and only enough to shower one person at a time when the unit is advertised for 6 people. We had two cockroach incidents upon arrival - one dead in the kitchen and one very fast and alive in the master bathroom at night. The plates left to “decorate” the dinning table were stained and dirty. The water filter was not working and it was full of dark built up mold. The carpet and kitchen table chairs were stained and dirty. The master bed was falling apart from the bottom end. When we called about the hot water we were told someone will come out the next day and that there was no manager on duty (it was a 1-800 number). When I texted the manager a bot replied with unrelated messages to my request (something about buying discounted Disney tickets). The unit is basically trashed and not cared for. We’ve stayed in many Vista Cay units and have not had any of these issues and the managers were responsible and responsive. This is not a Superhost unit or a super host. The only positive thing I can say is that some maintenance people did show up when we were checking out the next morning.

Place was great, clean and spacious. Very convenient to major attractions! Some construction going on the resort complex and pool that was in walking distance to our room was closed during our stay. They were minor things and not in control of our host. Dennis and his team were very responsive to our questions - 5 star stay overall!

Was overall a great stay and I would stay again .Was very close to the Rosen Shingle where my conference was. Like everything else in Orlando you will need to uber to get around, it is not walk-able to anything other than the pool and the strip mall with the grocery store.

Clean and spacious rooms, kitchen is well equipped and great communication from the host regarding check in details. There’s a nearby supermarket and range of restaurants within five minutes walk and convenient to Uber to theme parks in about 15 minutes.

My family and I loved our stay in Orlando! This was a perfect location and had great amenities. Less than 5 minute walk to Publix, which was very confinement! My daughter loved the pool. Definitely recommend!

This condo is newer and large with nice appliances. I travel for work and often use this app to find places to stay. This one was pretty good but I do have a few things I wish were different. I would recommend this condo however I hope the manager takes our advice on a couple items. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned all the way and we had to clean some leftover food off the stove. The master bath shower also needed some cleaning. Each day we had to park a couple blocks away due to limited parking spaces. The main clubhouse with the pool, game room, fitness center and bar is not in walking distance. You have to drive to get there. There is a smaller pool you can walk to but it does close earlier. I wish we would have had a heads up on these items since we had our young kids with us. All in all it was ok though.

This is a very nice place to live in Orlando, very convenient to go everywhere, especially if you're going to Universal Studio. It takes less than 15 minutes to Universal's public parking, rarely any traffic jam.

Location is good , in general the apartment space is good. Dishes were not clean and stacked with stains. No condiments such as coffee ,salt,sugar etc.

Thanks to Dennis for a great stay. We travelled to Orlando with my mother and two children for a few days at Disney and Universal. The condo was the perfect size for our group. It had all the amenities, felt safe and quiet, and was very comfortable. The best part is the location. It was less than 20 minutes from everything, and very convenient. There is a Publix within walking distance to get extra supplies if you need them. But it is set off the road enough that it is not noisy. A great value and great option for a family trip to Orlando.

FANTASTIC location! Grocery store with walking distance, in the same shopping center with a burger restaurant, donut shop, and great taco place. The complex (at no fault of the host) does not have a basketball goal though, which was a disappointment to my sons. Two pools in the complex, and this unit was right next to the smaller pool, which was nice because it was less crowded. Any issues we experienced were addressed within 24hrs. Absolutely loved having a washer & dryer!!! We went home and didn't have to do any laundry at all. Will definitely stay at one of Dennis' units on future trips to Orlando!

After arriving into Orlando and realizing our family would not fit into the accommodations we had booked, we found Dennis’s place and were able to book it and get in within an hour which was pretty amazing! 15 minutes or less to Disney(super easy drive!), close to grocery store and yummy pizza place, AWESOME pool area with a bar and hot tub. We had so much fun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Orlando it's a place where you have to do everything by car, and despite this fact, the apartment was relatively close to all the theme parks we went, malls and outlets as well. It is even better because there is a really good supermarket near the building where you can go walking. The apartment it's very clean, good and beautiful, all the rooms and spaces have good sizes - we were in five people and the three rooms were perfect. Dennis is also really helpful. I will definitely recommend it to everyone who is going to Orlando, and when I come back, I will stay there again, with no doubt.

This was a great place, very comfortable and so close to SeaWorld, Disney World, and Universal parks. It was nice to come home every night to a quiet, spacious apartment to unwind after a hectic day. The kitchen was convenient and easy to use. I especially liked having a washer and dryer on the premises.

This is a professionally-maintained vacation home. Very much like a hotel, but way more spacious. Everything is super clean and just as described. The host communicates very fast. About 10min from restaurants and 20min away from Disney. Cons: if 4 persons take shower one by one, the water goes cold by the end. The floor is kinda thin and I can hear neighbors from upstairs. The headboard of the king size bed makes noise easily. The bed itself is very comfortable though. Overall it is an affordable and nice apt for a family get-away.

The unit was roomy and very clean. I would say considering the beds, the place is ideal for 6 people. Other than too plush mattresses for my taste, everything else surpassed my expectation! Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

We had a great time staying here! The location is super convenient, only about 10-15 minute drive to attractions and theme parks. Even though it was so close to the theme parks, etc. it was very quiet. Was so nice to have the Publix grocery store complex with restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed both pool areas with our grandkids. The one closest to us was less crowded and convenient. The larger one was an easy walk down the pathway and had the game room, restaurant, etc. We went there on Saturday night for the pool party and was fun for the kids with pool game competitions. The beds were comfortable and clean with tvs in every room which made it nice for all. The furniture, carpeting, furnishings, etc. aren't real luxurious and a little worn, but not enough to be a problem. We would definitely stay here again if planning to go to the parks & Orlando attractions.

Place was as described. Very quiet and comfortable to sleep 6 people. It is located so close to everything I could not imagine a better location. We have also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after coming back from the park. It was a little extra bonus. Would definitely come back and stay again!

It is absolute a best choice to stay if you want to visit Orange County Convention & other attractions nearby! We always feel the sense of home every time we return back to the room, and we love spending time in the unit! It is just too comfortable! Very highly recommended! The only thing is if you are staying more than 2 days and above, you might want to prepare more toiletries yourselves. I even extended 1 more day stays a day before checkout as it is just so cozy and comfortable, that we want to enjoy the stays longer! Thanks Dennis for the clear communication and providing such a lovely home & make our memories unforgettable.

Dennis's place was actually bigger than imagined even though it's an apartment. The place fits the 6 of us comfortably. Conveniently located in the middle of Orlando by I-Drive and other tourist areas. I was very pleased with the apartment. The only complaint I have for this place is that the furniture are quite dated, the couch for example, is slumped and probably needs to be reupholstered. Other than that, still a pleasant stay and have recommended for other friends.

I felt that Dennis delivered exactly what he promised. His emails gave all the information I could have wanted and everything went smoothly. The only issue we had was there was no Pack and Play there when we arrived, but I know that issue would have been handled immediately had our flight not arrived so late. The issue was handled promptly the next morning.

I would highly recommend staying here if you're going to Orlando. My family and I stayed here while we visited the parks. It was SUPER spacious - we even had room for an air mattress. there is a super market at walking distance which was super convenient. It's about a 15 minute highway drive to the park. I was given a code through email after making my reservation and it was used to open the door. No meeting with host necessary.

Dennis sent us clear instruction on the day of our arrival so we found the place easily! It is in a great location, close to theme parks, just 10-18 minutes away driving! There is a huge groceries store on the property, just a minute away where we found everything we need! The apartment was quite, had a beautiful terrace, so specious and equipped with everything in the kitchen! The pool was 2 minutes away walking, also clean and quite! We will definitely recommend this place and we got a really good price for what we got!
