The first unit we were in had mold in the HVAC system. Dennis/ Airbnb worked to promptly move us to another 3 bdr unit within the same complex but it was much smaller, crowded and outdated. The pool was under construction ( you could hear the noise from inside the unit) which should have been noted in the listing, so they had us using another pool which was not within walking distance having to cross a major roadway or wait for a shuttle. The parking lot was filled with front end loaders, piles of dirt and broken-down pool slides and parts. When we turned the heater on ( 40s at night) all we heard was a constant rattling sound. Overall, I don't feel it was worth the original price I paid but I did receive some compensation for the issues that arose during our stay which made it fair. From what I understand Dennis manages over 300 units so I do feel that given the gross number of units he has to manage that he handled the situation the best he could.

Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and saggy. Need to be replaced. The floor space for the dining room and living room was very tight. Felt like a hodgepodge of mismatched furniture. There was an oversized recliner (which was not in the pictures of the condo) blocking the patio door. The bathrooms need some serious updating as well. The pool and clubhouse (next to the condo) are under construction and closed. No mention of this prior to check in. There is another pool that is available, but you need to drive to it by leaving the gated property, and then reentering through another gated entry in the Publix parking lot entrance. You can get there by walking 8-10 minutes and crossing a major road, but I wouldn’t advise letting your kids do this.

Our family came down to Orlando for a quick weekend trip. The location was perfect! The rooms gave everyone the space we needed. And it was just really a beautiful place.

We were in Orlando for the AAU Girls Volleyball National Championships held at the Convention Center. The location of this unit was fantastic! A short, quick 5-6 minute drive to the courts! Pool and hot tub were great! The unit itself was clean, quiet and more than enough space for our party of 3. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Dennis’s place is in an ideal location if you are needing to be in close proximity to the Orange County Convention Center. Plenty of convenience surrounds the property, from grocery stores, restaurants, and of course popular entertainment in the Orlando area.

Had a great stay for a week. Close to the OCCC and theme parks. Walkable to multiple restaurants, a bar, Walgreens only a few hundred yards away, and the place was very clean and well kept. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom, but no big deal unless there is a teenager involved!

I stayed at this location from August 5-12 2022. My family and I were extremely happy with the location. Dennis made the process very easy and hassle free. From check in to check out. The place was very well kept and clean. The resort was well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pools very much. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAY! We celebrated our daughter's 6 year birthday. She even loved the stay and was in tears when she realized we were leaving. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and more. I felt like our host was there every step of the way. The compliment gift, post note and emails made it all a breeze! I highly recommend the stay! I will be back. The place was amazing for 3 kids and 3 adults. Everything you need is equipped in this place and I highly recommend this place especially for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t use any amenities due to the weather but the place was beautiful. They communicated quickly if you had any questions.

The place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and loved the layout making in comfortable for the 3 of us to enjoy our time in orlando. Close to everything and just far enough away from the noise. Our group of 6 had a good stay at this unit, which is within 10 minutes of the Sea World parks. This unit is one of many owned/managed by the same owner, so there isn't a lot of personal interaction. This was fine for our group, since we didn't need any support or advice during our stay. Although the unit is super clean and exactly as represented in the description, I would just point out that you will need to do a grocery run for even very basic items (salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc.) if you plan to cook at all in the unit. With that caveat, I would still highly recommend this condo or another one in this complex.

Pros: Close to Disney and malls, large rooms. Cons: ants around kitchen and unstable Wifi. The internet shut down after 1 hour we moved in (7pm) and the service is only available between 9 am to 6 pm unless it's emergency, so I had to wait until the next day. Then we found that Wifi shut down again the morning we moved out... Because I needed to use internet very often, this was not very pleasant experience overall.

A great apartment in a perfect location for all the Disney parks. Very quick and clear communication from Dennis, check in & check out was easy, the apartment was very clean & spacious, kitchen was well equipped and our kids enjoyed the pool. As first time Airbnb users, we were totally satisfied with the services. Everything was easy! Great location with just a 10-15 minute drive to Universal and close to many other attractions. The unit itself is close to the clubhouse and pool. Kitchen & bathrooms were very clean. Walking/Running path behind the property that circles the large pond. Grocery and drugstore within short walking distance. Nice gated community.

Highly recommend this Home. Location was perfect (not far from the parks- but you need a car) and the house was spotless clean. The pool was Awesome (nice and clean). We were a group of 6 and loved this home. Dennis was AWESOME- Thank you! We will definitely book again!

Perfect location for events at the convention center. Ample living area and large kitchen. The bathrooms are awesome. We didn't check out the resort amenities, but this place is a quick two-minute walk to a Walgreens. Highly recommend if you're attending an event at the convention center.

Great place! Was in town for a conference, so didn't get a chance to make use of any of the "community" features of Vista Cay, but the condo itself is nice. It's on the top floor of the building, in a corner and separated from other units by a hallway, so overall was very quiet. There are a few restaurants within easy walking distance, plus a grocery store and a few other shops. Note for convention center attendees: If you're up for it, you can walk to the convention center as well, but I wouldn't recommend it during hot periods. Note also that the only reasonable route for walking to the OCCC is along Universal to the north building entrance... otherwise you'll be cutting through parking lots and other places not meant for pedestrians, and walking on roads without sidewalks.

If you're looking for value this is the place for you. The location is perfect, resort offers great amenities, easy walk to grocery store, excellent access to turnpike, overall a great place to stay. For the price I would recommend a stay here, especially if you have anywhere from 6-8 guests in your group. Everyone should fit nicely.

I found this place after searching high and low. I wanted a clean and well kept 3 bedroom home in a great location in Orlando. I found this property and a great deal and I wondered why it was priced so much cheaper than the rest. I took a chance and booked it right away because Vista Cay seem like a very well kept place. Vacation rentals are a hit or miss. My thing is, if I am staying in a home for a week or shortly under, I want to be comfortable. If I need assistance I need either the front desk or someone to help me immediately. I read reviews about Dennis and he seemed to be that person. I message Dennis 3 hours before I got to the property and he responded promptly. It was so easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. This property is just like the pictures online. Clean Clean Clean. The Bathroom clean. The kitchen clean. Everything was clean. I can not stand a dirty place so this was a big deal for me. We love the home right away. Very close the front desk and pool area. Huge Plus. This is the property to get especially if you do not have a car. Location is perfect. We realize how close we were while we were driving places. No where we had to go was more than 20 minutes drive so an uber or lyft will be great. I haven't seen much restaurants around but we didn't care. we cooked every night. The kitchen is well equipped. There was nothing negative about this place. I would definitely be back.

Overall, it was a very good homestay experience, the environment and transportation were very good, the only thing that I felt was that the wifi problem was feedback twice. In the end, the knife was not solved, and the knife was not handled when cooking!

The place is comfortable and spacious for a family of six. It was immaculately clean. Publix and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. Check in and out is great, you get an email with the instructions and you are in. I will definitely stay there again.

Host provided very clear instructions on the check-in process in advance of arrival and the condo included a physical book containing additional details on the unit, property and other helpful information. We found the listing description to be accurate and it met our expectations. The location is very convenient with a Walgreens and Publix within walking distance and it is particularly convenient for those planning to visit Universal Studios (<15 min. drive by local roads). The property is situated next to a lake with a nice walking trail surrounding the lake and the property includes a sizeable pool on site. The unit provides a nice view of the lake and pool area from the outside deck and 2 of the bedrooms. The complex provides plenty of parking within a secure gated area.
