My experience at a Casiola Property was terrible. We stayed at the property 3 weeks. They promptly responded to texts, but repairs were never made and we had to have multiple people come for every issue...with nothing ever happening. I hope whoever owns this property knows how terrible Casiola is from a property management standpoint. -Upon arrival I found the master bedroom walls and windows with red goop. I reported this and it was never cleaned in the three weeks we were there. -The remote in the master had no back on it. Reported and never fixed. -The side table lamps in the master were falling apart. Reported and never fixed. -The chairs at the dining room table were coming apart. They fixed this pretty quickly by screwing them together. -The water from the fridge had a film to it. We had 3 people come to get the model number before water filter was replaced. This didn't fix the issue and they had 2 separate people come to check on it. This was never resolved and we drank tap water the entire stay. -The ice maker on the front of the fridge didn't have a plastic piece to keep the ice from going everywhere. This was reported to 5 people and was never fixed. -The drawer in the fridge was broken, this was reported to 5 people and never fixed. -The internet was spotty. The cable provider fixed this. -The washer overflowed 2 times. Not sure if it would happen again, but was never resolved. -The clothes dryer took 2 or 3 cycles to get the clothes dry (210 minutes per load). I told them they probably needed to bring a shop vac in and vacuum out the line. This was never done. I pulled the line out and trying to vacuum it out and large lint balls came out. This helped a little. All in all, we had all sorts of issues with the apartment. We reported them quickly and almost none of them were resolved in the 3 weeks we were there. One (the chairs) were fixed because it just took a drill. One was fixed by the cable provider. The fridge water filter was replaced after 3 or 4 people came and worked on it, but this didn't fix the issue. Just FYI... If there is nothing that goes wrong with a Casiola managed property you will be fine. Check in and checkout were a snap.

This place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We were very close to Convention Center. Uber was less than $8.00 both ways. Quiet, clean, well kept community. Host responded promptly to our needs.

Great an very clean unit. It is conveniently located near parks and near stores. The building where the unit is located is well maintained and clean. This apartment has so much space and is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and has all the utensils you can think of. It makes you think you are at home. I would definitely stay here again.

A prompt response from Dennis meant that we had a place to stay after a long day of driving and problems with a previous host. The house is well equipped and perfectly located. It was the perfect space for our family of five and everyone enjoyed spending time in the house, as well as at the pool.

Dennis is an excellent communicator before and during our time in his condo. The unit was nice, a little spartan in the kitchen and an old master bedroom mattress. But a good value, nice pool and well located. Loud neighbors but that’s not Dennis’s fault.

15-20 min walk to convention center, very quick drive. Centrally located to Orlando sights. Comfortable, great pool area, super close to grocery store. This place is perfect for a family staying in Orlando.

The condo was very large and well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. Plenty of kitchen ware, and comfortable accommodations. Accessing the condo and complex was easy with the door and gate codes, making it convenient for 4 of us to come and go as we pleased. Dennis was very accommodating with our varied arrival times, and let one of my teammates check into the condo early (thank you again for that!) There is a beautiful lake next to the complex, with a lovely paved pathway around it, perfect for a morning jog. The complex is walking distance to the convention center, which made it easy for my team and I to walk to the trade show each day. Also, in the other direction, we were able to walk to Publix, and the shopping center that offered a few other options for food and errands. My one complaint about the place is the condition of the couches. They were very worn out, having lost large patches of the vinyl/leather surface material. Not terribly appealing at first, but they were still comfortable to sit on. All the other furniture was in good condition, and was comfortable.

Dennis was a phenomenal host, and very responsive to questions. The listing was just as it is depicted in the photos, and very clean. The surrounding neighborhood is made up of other similar condos along with many amenities (pool, hot tub, etc.). Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Wonderful!!! The place looked great from the ad but when we arrived it was even better. I loved that this place couldn't be and wasn't over promoted for what it was. This place made our stay in Orlando an even better experience. Thank you Dennis for making it so easy and nice in every way.
