Everything works well but with an outdated decor and a strange layout: 1 bedroom on the ground floor, kitchen and living room on the 1st floor so only then have the other two rooms on the second floor

Quiet, clean place... it was a great location for our visit to orlando... the whole place (including beds) was comfortable; kitchen was well-stocked and had what we needed... we had no real need to contact dennis... the only drawback/criticsm we had is that the living room furniture was dated and had some stains on it - comfortable, but dated...

The location was great not to far from Universal which is why we were in town. The Townhouse was close to the club house and basketball courts which was perfect. The layout was great for us and every room had a bathroom. The check in process and the emails we received was probably the best experience we’ve ever had and we rent vacation rentals 4-5 times a year. The emails list all the amenities and items the property offered and also a list of what to bring I beyond appreciated that. With all that being said the property could use some love it is a little bit run down in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and a little bit of updating also the couch’s could use a cleaning but overall we really did enjoy our stay.

We had a great time at this property. There were a few issues with linens- we found a dirty sock in one of the beds, and some insect parts and hairs in the towels. I think there are some issues with laundry and cleaning but overall the property is quite nice. Also, kitchen was not stocked adequately for cooking your own dinners. They had no oil, foil, plastic wrap, or even a spatula for cooking/flipping in a pan. Not a deal breaker but something that could improve.

First of all this home is Beautiful Dennis has it very organized and clean. It is located in a gated community. There is one parking directly infront of the property so if you have more guests they will have to park on the street. This is a 3 story home which I did not mind. When we arrived Dennis left a pack of Oreo cookies for the kids as a welcome. The kitchen was fully equiped with everything necessary to cook. Also, if you have kids Dennis provides complementary high chair, play pen and stroller. And if you don't want to leave with dirty clothes you can use the washer and dryer inside the home. We stayed here because we needed a place to stay for our trip to disney and to us this was perfect. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom was around 20 min away. I recommend, This is the place for you.

Dennis’s home was the perfect place for 4 of us staying for work at the convention center. It was close proximity to everything: stores, restaurants, attractions, and only 15 min from Disneyland.

Very clean and a nice morning walk to the OCCC. It certainly beat waiting in the parking lines! We had a tournament and it nicely accommodated the 10 of us. The kids loved the welcome Oreo package at the door! We would definitely stay here again!! 🙂

Nice 3-story place with fully equipped kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms. Great experience in Orlando with great price and a great host! Very convenient doing Uber to the theme parks; walking to Walgreens is just 5 min and walking to supermarket took us 15 min.

Wonderful AirBNB! Tons of space for the whole family! I loved the full kitchen and big bathrooms. Definitely the perfect place for a family vacation in Orlando. It was walking distance from the Orlando convention center and Publix. Super convenient. The community center with the pool was great. Lots of fun music and with a bartender. We enjoyed walking / roller blading on the lake trail. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Orlando.

The condo was very clean, bright and spacious. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space when needed! So close and convenient for the parks, shopping, etc. Comfy beds and a helpful added plus was a pack n play and booster seat for the grandkids! Pool area is beautiful and we also enjoyed the walking trail around the lake. Great vacation!

Dennis was a great host! There were five of us; being located in the resort was a perk as well. I think we used the hot tub/heated pool every day of our December stay. Being located close to Universal was very important; we really couldn’t have picked a better home! We’re grateful for the clean home and general hospitality Dennis provided; it made our stay so awesome!

Great location to conference center, restaurants, and entertainment without having to get on I-4. There is a great grocery store just around the corner too. Dennis was responsive and helpful. We reserved two condos from him across from one another and both were great. Please note that these are three story condos, but that did not bother any of our business travelers.

Dennis answered all of our questions promptly . Everything exceeded our expectations. I would update the photos, the condo is much more beautiful than the photos show. The living room is much prettier, The bedrooms look updated. We were impressed with the 3 bathrooms, beautifully set table, beautiful kitchen, and conveniences of paper towels and extra towels. The pools were very nice and the location was perfect- close to Universal. One suggestion would be to update the DVD players.

This place was perfect for my trip. My coworkers and I were all very comfortable and it served well as our meeting space too. The house is meticulously set up and would be well served for any occasion. I greatly appreciated the ease in communication with Dennis as well as the simplistic check in and out process. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling in the area.

The condo is amazing and perfectly fit our needs. It was spacious and very quiet. Its location was in the center of everything we wanted to do in orlando. Check in was a breeze. All the communication we had with Dennis was very quick. The entire place was very clean. I can honestly not find one thing that wasn't perfect. The location is very good also. We rented a car since we wanted to drive outside or Orlando but when we used UBER it was only 6-8 dollars for the south convention hall. The other convention halls were all walking distance. Walgreens is a 2 minute walk from the complex and the Publix shopping center was a 5 min walk. It was the best vacation my family ever took largely in part to the ease of booking and nice location. If you get a chance snag this property for your next trip you won't be disappointed. And thanks again Dennis for helping make this dream vacation happen!

Quick & easy check in process. Great location away from the busy roads. About 5 minutes from Universal Studios & other parks. The house was nice other than bed bugs in the room on the 1st floor. Dennis was contacting pest control to hopefully take care of the issue but keep a look out just to be safe. Other than that, the house was just as described & very accommodating to a large group.

This was the perfect place to stay for our convention in the West Concourse of the Convention Center. Parking was ample. The pictures accurately portray the beautiful condo. My two colleagues and I had plenty of room. The kitchen was well outfitted. It was a pleasure! I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Excellent setup... really enjoyed this for a work trip. If you're coming for a conference, I would pay attention to which concourses you'll be in. Ours was in West, which was a bit far. Luckily UBER is very inexpensive and I was able to use that. The gated neighborhood is excellent and the pictures are accurate. The beds were super comfortable as well.

We were a party of 6 and visiting Orlando for our daughters' soccer tournament/showcase. The location was terrific as it was close to both Universal and Disney parks. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. The only challenge was if you had more than one car, you may have to park the second car further away as the driveway really only fit one car and the parking nearby may fill up if it is a busy time during your stay. With regards to Dennis, he was terrific and VERY responsive to all my inquiries. It was an efficient and hassle free prices to book this property...thanks Dennis!!!

We loved the condo which was in great condition and very comfortable. It was clean and there was ample room for two families. The community was safe and well kept. We We would love to come back again. Our trip to the theme parks was convenient from this place. Publix supermarket and shopping area is near by.
