The house was nice! The carpet and couches could use a shampoo but overall, very nice home. We had an issue with the air working. I reached out to the host and he was very communicative and sent someone over the next day. They said it was fine and it was not. It got over 83 degrees inside and was still that hot at 2AM and beyond. Another tech came the day we were checking out and confirmed a part needed to be replaced on both units and I was correct that it was broken. Also, the seal in the fridge was broken so our food spoiled since the door would not close and we got high temp warnings. It beeped all night since the door was open. If they get those issues fixed, this would be a 5 star property.

WOW — what an amazing stay! My family and I stayed from Saturday to Monday and honestly did not want to leave. The house was HUGE, beautifully maintained, and gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax while still enjoying time together under one roof. Dennis was an incredible host — super responsive, helpful, and attentive whenever we had a question. The beds were so comfortable, and the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely PERFECT for relaxing and having fun with the family. The complimentary grill was such a great bonus and made our cookouts even better! We also loved how safe, private, and peaceful the location felt while still being close to attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed. Parking was easy for all 4 of our vehicles, and the home was packed with fun amenities. This place exceeded our expectations and was truly an incredible value. We would 100% stay here again!

Graduation gathering of family and friends. Dennis was very prompt to help us switch out guests as the list changed a few times, allowing them access into the gated community. Felt very safe and plenty of room and activities all within the home. Children loved the themed bedrooms, game room, pool and hot tub. We all had a great time celebrating our UCF Graduate!

This house is perfect for a family getaway. The bedrooms are comfortable and have the perfect number of bathrooms. The pool area is pleasant, perfect for spending the afternoon relaxing. Communication with Dennis was always excellent and very cordial. The house is located about 30 minutes from the Disney parks (depending on traffic).

Dennis was a great and responsive host, quick to answer our questions and provide help when needed. The house was spacious, clean, and well-suited for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to cook a nice dinner, and the game room in the garage was a big hit with the kids. We did encounter a few maintenance issues during our stay, but they seem fixable for future stays. Overall, the property still offered good value, and we'd consider staying again.

very nice. needs to list that ac is at 75 degrees for those who have pots, asthma or heat related issues (as my family). also needs to state when trash gets picked up. guessing doesn't work. over all absolutely worth it.

Nine of us stayed in this house and we never got in each other’s way. The house is huge. The pool was also well maintained. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and more. There was space for all of us to cook and eat together. The living space was excellent. We did have trouble getting into the house upon check in. But Dennis was very quick to respond and we had a new code very quickly. We had a rain storm that caused leakage in the foyer light and upstairs under a window. The rain puddled and dripped through the light fixture causing a puddle on the floor. One of our ladies slipped on the puddle and fell. She was hurt and went to Urgent Care. Dennis was quick to respond when I informed him of the situation. Maintenance came and drained the light fixture and came again to examine the leak under the window. Fortunately, the lady didn’t break any bones but she did injure her back in the slip and fall. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets/towels were very clean.

Dennis was always responsive however the home was not up to par for anyone's vacation. Each day was something. The roof has a leak which appeared to already be an issue that got a patch job prior to our arrival, obvious with water stains and patches in same location. Trash was left behind including cigarette butts and alcohol bottles. The home is listed as no smoking however upon arrival there was a sign allowing smoking on pool patio. The home is comfortable and great layout however all the maintenance issues ruined what was to be a celebration week. Dennis did what he could however the problems such as the roof and dryer were not repairable during our stay.

Dennis’s place was excellent. My family had a great time in the pool and location was close to the parks. I would definitely recommend this for any large family. And the beds were super confortable. Overall, great place to relax and unwind. Thank you Dennis!

This is our second time using this home. It really feels like our home away from home. It’s very clean, well stocked, things to do within the community to keep everyone busy. The host is very responsive and helpful. They also did some remodeling which was good. I really missed the big bulky king bed from the master bedroom this trip. The new furniture is really great as well, it’s just super low. Overall we most definitely enjoyed our week. Thank you for the awesome hospitality.

This place was great for our family vacation. After having a minor hiccup in the beginning of the code not working, everything was flawless. Dennis changed the code and helped us to get in immediately. We had so much fun using the house amenities as well as the resort facilities, which were in walking distance. We had a great time!

My family and I were there on a 5-day vacation. The home is beautiful and it was clean. Dennis did a decent job at keeping up communication. There were a few issues that did arise but he took care of them. There was a little wear and tear to the carpet, paint and furniture and I brought it to his attention. I'm confident that those issues will be addressed. Dennis was a good host and the house was lovely.

The home was beautiful, exactly what I saw online. Everything was clean and spotless. We had a couple of hiccups along the way. The first was the instructions and code was sent to another email and we were outside for about 2 hrs, and the last one was one of the bedrooms, bathroom had a bad smell coming from underneath the sink. I contacted Mr.Denis and let him know and he was very apologetic and sincere. He was a great host and I will most definitely book him again.

You can’t beat the value. The house had everything that we needed, and comfortably accommodated my family of 8 adults and 2 kids. One thing to note is that the community pool doesn’t allow outside food or drink - not even a Stanley for water.

My family and I totally enjoyed the home. But, it could have been a bit more cleaner. The upstairs area temperature was in the 80's the entire weekend. We had to go out and purchase several fans.

Prior to our arrival Dennis answered all my questions very responsively. We stayed in a few homes in Championsgate over the years. This year we needed an extra room. We came across this home & felt it would work for our needs. When we arrived at the home we noticed it was not well maintained like previous homes in the community. The outside walkway was falling apart & there was some trash laying around. Once we went into the home we noticed stains on the couch, curtains were dirty on back door, the kitchen cabinets had lots of grease & dirt on them, the vents were nasty. looked like they had never been wiped down. The blankets in our room had stains. Luckily we bring our own blankets, sheets and pillows. On top of this the internet was horrible. After reaching out to Dennis with our concerns we had a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Dennis did have the sink fixed & had a cleaner come and spot clean only what we mentioned. Unfortunately wasn't able to watch TV our entire stay.

There was a little confusion when the door code wasn't what we'd been told, but we went to the resort main building and were updated. The home is huge, beautiful, loads of room. All communication with Dennis was very easy. When the management company reached out on day one to ask how we were doing, I let them know that it would be helpful to have a larger frying pan for our group of 12, plus oven mitts and sheet pans. By that afternoon they'd actually brought these items to the house, which was above and beyond expectations, and we were extremely grateful. I'd highly recommend this home and this management company.

The house was very clean and welcoming upon arrival with plenty of room for a few families. We have a small infant who finds and eats anything left on the floor and he came up empty handed during our stay! Bringing our 2 dogs was easy and hassle free (and the first place we've stayed with no large pet fee!) We came to escape the worst of a hurricane and the company was very good at responding to all of our questions- we even ended up extending our stay. Would come here again.

The place is lovely just like the pictures however both tv's in the common space had issues. The TV on the main floor was blue in color (the LCD had gone bad) and the one upstairs the up down arrows on the controller didn't work just the left right which made it unusable. Dennis was very responsive and filed a work request but neither were fixed while we were there. We also had a leak in the hallway which I slipped on when we came in from a day out but again Dennis was very responsive and they had someone over to fix it the next day. We checked out early because of the hurricane and Dennis was quick to refund us the money for the unused days.

Loved all the amenities you provided in the villa so we could bring minimal things with us. Clean throughout, pool area was lovely and the outdoor seating area was great too. We also enjoyed the use of the bbq. Having 2 small children as well, we noticed that the flooring around the pool area was slip free so didn’t have to worry about them falling over when wet. Great location and neighbourhood! A welcome pack would have been handy on how to use the tvs/local amenities etc. There were also very noisy neighbours a couple of houses up the last few nights so I’m not sure that Championsgate enforce their 10pm quiet time rule very well so that may want to be discussed with them further. Other than that, we had an amazing time!! Would definitely book again.
