We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were spacious and everyone hax their own bathroom and space. The house was beautiful, it was a bit cold during our visit but we still enjoyed the pool abd Resort. The only issue I would say I had was that there was no propane tank for the bbq grill and the listing never indicated that we had to provide our own tank.

We absolutely loved this house. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the clubhouse water park and mini golf were a huge hit with the whole family. Dennis was incredibly kind and very responsive, quickly answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends.

Our stay was everything we imagined and better! The home was super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The AC was perfect! Our pool wasn’t warming up but as soon as I texted Dennis, he took care of it right away. Our communication with him was very reassuring since I never had to wait more than a few minutes for him to respond. The clubhouse was such a treat! We especially loved the lazy river and the slides. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and we were gifted with some welcoming cookies! Thank you again for hosting us! We had a lovely siblings’ reunion and look forward to future stays in this beautiful, spacious, and comfortable home!

This trip was planned for my twins’ 21st birthday, and we had 14 family members staying at this property. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was exactly the space we needed! The home looked just like the photos, spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our large party. The community was quiet and peaceful, no loud noises and excellent security. We loved that guests had to be approved for entry, which made us feel very safe. The water park, mini golf and courts were such a genius and fun concept for families. Dennis was responsive and very easy to get a hold of. Non-stick cookware will need updating, 2nd floor was hot. We all felt that the heated pool and hot tub should be included in the price. A hot tub, by nature, should be hot without an extra charge - it was disappointing to find this wasn’t the case, especially for such a beautiful home and resort. Overall, this was a fantastic stay for our family and we would def consider staying again as well as recommending to others

This house was definitely the home for my family! We enjoyed the cozy place. The kitchen was well equipped! The bathrooms were clean along with the rooms! The game area was my favorite place! Everything worked with no problems we didn’t even have to contact the host! I will definitely recommend this place anytime!

This is a nice home for family my only issue was the upstairs was very hot and there wasn't Xtra bedding or towels to change ,also the front room rug is a bit dirty and worn out could change other than that my family and I enjoyed ourself.

The house was great for my family of 10. The arcade area and air hockey table was a big hit with the kids. Our host Dennis was very helpful with any questions I had before and during my stay. His response times was very fast. Great area in a gated community with security. I would highly recommend staying there and I hope to return in future.

Beautiful home in a nice community. Security is top notch so you feel safe. Cons: One of our friends ordered a package to the home and saw it was delivered (via picture from Amazon delivery) but upon arrival the package was missing. we reached out the the host to see what happened to the package and we still have no update on the package to this date. We constantly messaged Dennis about the package and other things and he kept dodging the message about the package. In the beginning he said he’d have his team look into it and we let him know it was an important package needed for the next day and he told us to reach out in the morning. We asked him to check the security footage because there is a camera pointing towards the door where the package was but the footage was never reviewed. We are still waiting to be updated on the package, also bring your own hand and dish soap. There is a very small amount of soap provided but if you wash your hands you will run out rather quickly.

The place was described as it was. We had a family of 12 arriving in 5 different vehicles. There was some trouble with the other guest arriving, but Dennis was very responsive and fixed the issue quite quickly. The home was very clean and tidy. I am glad that we brought on own eating utensils since there were none, but it was ok we were prepared. The only big issue I had was it was very warm on the 2nd floor. With the hot summer it was definitely difficult to cool down. I wish there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms or more fans provided for each room. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I highly recommend.

The house was AMAZING!! The decor was contemporary and beautiful! Check-in was a breeze! We loved the personal touches and welcome present of cookies 🍪! 😊 I can’t identify anything that was a con/problem at all during the stay. Everything was wonderful, and the minor issues (no remote in master suite, non working remote in one of the upstairs rooms, and noticeably warmer upstairs upon arrival) in no way overshadowed how AMAZING this house was! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and will DEFINITELY return to THIS home for future visits!! 20/10 Dennis!!😊

Dennis is an EXCELLENT host. Unfortunately we had some issues with the pool/hot tub but Dennis was always quick to respond and would always send someone out to fix the issue. The disappointment in the pool is what lost 1 star, but once that is figured out it’s a 5 star place for sure! The beds are comfortable, the house is spacious and clean. We had an excellent time. Oh and plan for some extra time for check in if you’re going during a busy time! We waited 1.5 hours waiting in a line of cars to get into the resort on our first day.

The stay was great. Great location and beautiful house. We had problems with the pool overheating. The timer must not be working so the pool was too hot to use some days. After our stay, we have been asked by our host to pay for 2 gaming stools that we did not damage but did not think to take photos of. Other than that, the stay and house were excellent.

The place is very spacious, very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. I’m a multi year Airbnb super host and I’ve stayed in dozens of places across the US, Dennis is an excellent host. We will definitely consider it in the future.

Home was very spacious and nicely decorated. It was clean and kids loved the game room and pool. The community had nice amenities, only downside was Florida weather that closed the water areas but those issues are unavoidable. Dennis was very quick to respond to every message. Overall very nice stay and seamless booking process.
