Was given door code for check in Was given wrong address to the community pool. No instruction about grabbing the badge at house to access pool. Was told to check in with security only but there was no security at pool gate. Only a badge scanner No instruction where to throw away the trash bags. Need better instructions for new guests. Some of the social links don't work. Was very frustrating to deal with without proper instructions

Dennis was a great host and was very responsive . EVERYTIME I asked a question he responded and gave clear instructions. The house was nice the only thing that I did not like was I booked the home because the description said it had a lazy river and it did not . I let him know immediately and he apologized for the misrepresentation how said his team would correct the listing and would look into it for me . He never came back with what the team said even after I asked multiple times and had left the property . There were some minor issues in the home such as a moldy shower curtain but as soon as I told him the next day they replaced it. Other than a lot of scuff marks in the home on the walls everywhere it was a nice home . Also it was supposed to be minutes to parks and everything but the traffic was so bad everywhere we went leaving out of the neighborhood. Literally to even go to the store . Overall we had a decent stay

We had such an amazing stay! The home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious perfect for our family. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, which made it feel just like home. My little ones had the BEST time enjoying the pool and splash pad, and the ice cream parlor was such a fun bonus! Everything we needed was close by, which made our trip even easier and more enjoyable. Overall, we truly loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 💕

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was one of the cleanest and most well-kept we’ve experienced. The home felt brand new and was beautifully set up—like a model home. The location was perfect for our trip to SeaWorld, Peppa Pig Theme Park, and Epcot, making everything very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, appliances were modern and spotless, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like the extra fan in the master bedroom. Overall, one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in—we would absolutely stay here again!

10/10!! Pictures are exactly what you get. It's clean, modern, with subtle but tasteful Disney decor. Having the laundry upstairs with the bedrooms was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great quality. It's easy to find and with it being the end unit there's very minimal "neighbor noise". The back patio has a great nature view and sun most of the day. We would have loved to spend time out there but we happened to be visiting during the polar vortex. There was a slow draining sink, not emergent, and when I spoke to Dennis about it, he was very quick to respond and had it handled very quickly. Very professional. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet location, that's close to restaurants and the I4 and wants a professional and responsive host.

We had a great stay at this townhouse. Everything was very clean, new, and well maintained, and the place looks exactly like the photos. You can tell a lot of care has been put into keeping it in excellent condition. The check-in was delayed about 30 minutes, but the host informed us in advance, which we really appreciated, and we were able to reorganize without any issues. The only small downside is that it’s hard to enjoy the barbecue area because there are many mosquitoes outside, but that’s more related to the area than the property itself. Overall, everything was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful, very spacious, and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it. The only thing to note is that the kitchen could have more utensils; for a group of six, it was a bit challenging to cook with what was available.

The house is excellent, a harmonious and quiet place. New house, smells new, fully functional. We love being here, we live unforgettable days that will be forever in our memory. Dennis is an excellent host, always responded very quickly and met all our requests. Only a few small points in the face of all the greatness of the stay: I recommend putting blackout on the windows of the rooms. It's clear very early on, which ends up bothering you a little. An air fryer would be very useful. The pool, gym and gaming area are not in the same complex as the house. It's close, but it's not a condo with everything in the same place. Certainly the positive points are infinitely louder than these minor observations. I can't wait to go back ❤️

One of my easiest trips to Orlando. The self check in made everything so stress free. Great area, close to Disney, Universal, outlets and mall. Very modern house, plenty of space and amenities. Helpful startup washing stuff for kitchen and bathroom, that made the first night easy. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay!! The place was as described- clean, spacious, just like the pictures. It’s the last lot so you had a lake and greenery view from windows. We were given some supplies to start off our stay and It’s equipped with a high chair, pack n play, and single stroller. Easy check in and check out. Only 5-7 min walk to pool (pool, gym, and arcade open- the restaurant/ice cream is not). Clear directions, only a 20 min drive to all of Disney (could be 15-30 depending on traffic) and about a 30 min drive from airport (40 with traffic). Close to stores. As guests who normally stay on Disney property & couldn’t this time (DVC members) we were so happy with our choice here- the only difference is not having the perks staying at Disney provides. Our kids loved the pool and splash area and mini golf. I can’t say enough positive things! We definitely recommend for any family wanting to do a Disney vacation & would love to stay here again in the future. Thank for everything! 5/5!

This home was just perfect for our 10 days vacation. We enjoyed using the facilities (Arcade which could be improved a bit), the mini golf, pool and volleyball were all fun. We had the ability to order our Amazon items or Door Dash and have them delivered right at the front door. This saved us a tonn of money instead of shipping items from Amazon to our country. We also enjoyed the bunnies that were feeding in the grass outside and at night it was racoons having fun with the trash bins. The house was excellent, looked great and felt comfortable. Big TVs, the only two items that needed to be addressed were the very bright lights and there could have been some night lamps or dimmable lights to set the mood even better (but was already perfect!) and the 2nd bedroom (queen sized) could have used a mattress topper for more comfort. The pillows, you could choose: flat, fluffy and very thick and a bit hard, so there was a pillow for every type of sleeper. Thanks very much!

Everything was perfect, but there aren't many things to cook. The essentials only. The pool and water games are a 5-minute walk away and the accommodation is in a roundabout so very quiet.

The home was great, clean and ima good area! The only thing we were upset about was the pictures showed and said there was a restaurant and ice cream shop on site but the restaurant was closed and there wasn’t an ice cream shop. All good just wish we were given a heads up!

We are very pleased with our choice! The house was spotless, just like the listing! Super Clean! We love and feel at home! We had a problem with the air conditioning and Dennis responded super fast, in a matter of 1 hour the technician was already there and everything was resolved. We missed more cooking utensils like pots and shapes, but the rest was great! It has a baby cot and stroller available in one of the closets of the house! We use the gym and the pool, we love it! We're leaving very happy! Thank you Dennis!

Beautiful house. Everything was as advertised. Equipment (utensils, dishes, appliances, furnishings...) in new condition. The beds were comfortable. Close to all activities. I would definitely come back with my family to this place. Thank you for everything.

The house is new. Good appliances, but you could have a toaster and airfryer in the kitchen. We miss it. In the suite the sheet had a stain of blood and was dusted. In the beds only a blanket covered by a loose sheet. We do not like it, it could have a good duvet and new sheets. We had a problem with the circuit breaker, but Dennis solved it quickly. Regarding the location we like to have free land next to the house, it was very good to be able to look out the window and not have another house next door, but other tenants or residents used that space to take the dog for a walk or do their needs. Others used to play with the children, but they took away our privacy a little. The street needs to be better lit, the night is dark and poorly cared for. The dumpsters are thrown on the floor, many cars parked in the street in front of the houses even in front of our garage. The social area is great, we love the pool and mini golf. We recommend hosting

The house is exactly like in the pictures. It is not in a gated condominium, but super quiet and safe. It has a very good laser area. Overall, we had host support in all our inquiries. The only thing that did not please was the temperature of the site. The air-conditioning worked well in the living room and in one bedroom, in the other rooms, it was hot (even when setting on the thermometer) But otherwise, everything impeccable. Thanks Dennis and team for the service.

It is what you see posted. Nice place, it would be worth knowing the back yard is about 10-15 yards of grass and then becomes a swamp.

Beautiful place, very clean and new. I am used colder room temperature. It felt hot at night. Thats just personal preference. Overall very easy is to check in. Very well set up and easy access. Would definitely book again.
