We rented this place know it’s location and that is was next to the pool and club house. We arrived to a hole in the ground and construction noise. When confronted the host claimed he “emailed” us on December 6th. That is not true since we didn’t book until the 8th. There is a pool at the other resort you have access to but the shuttle they offer is not consistent and you now have 2 resorts using 1 smaller pool. Very crowded and don’t plan on using the hot tub in the evening because it was full of kids. Our WiFi didn’t work, no instructions on how to use the TV’s 2 never worked and when asked we were told to unplug and plug back in. This company knows what they are doing and we know another family they misled the week before we arrived! Waited for them to pay then told them the pool was closed. We couldn’t find another place we could afford at 5pm at night plus the refund takes a week or 2 so we were forced to stay. Didn’t want to give them our money…..BEWARE

It can be difficult to find nice places that have 3 bedrooms and is still reasonably priced. We were very happy with the place and would definitely go back to enjoy what the resort had to offer.

My family and I really enjoyed Dennis place. We felt safe and comfortable. It was close to Walmart, theme parks, shopping and food places. The resort is an extremely beautiful and scenic place. I would definitely stay again as I felt right at home with all of the amenities and comfort. I would highly recommend this place for anyone thinking about booking this resort.

This place was super convenient to a soccer tournament that we needed to go to at the Orange County Convention Center. It is centrally located near all kinds of restaurants along with all the major theme parks. I am recovering from ankle surgery and the only thing I would ask is for what floor this condo is located (the second floor) there was an elevator which made it ok for the time. The pool, and game room was a fun time for my family. Would gladly stay here again.

Great location for a nearby conference at the OCCC. We loved having our own space. We have stayed at other condos in this resort before and this was perfect for our needs. The pool and hit tub area were a great place to wind down at night. thanks for a great stay!

The place is very nice, clean and close to everything. I mean it is next to the clubhouse, the swimming pool and just couple steps away from the playground. So comparing to other airb&b unit within the same complex, I feel like we get the most value out of it. The place itself is equipped with essential stuffs that meet our needs. They have travel crib and booster seat for kid. So, if you travel with your little one, it’s a good place for your family.

Great location if you are wanting to visit both Universal Studios and Disney. Only took 15 -20 minutes depending on traffic. Publix groceries nearby, Walgreens a quick walk and Chic-Fil-a across the street for that quick grab on the way back to the room. The host was great and place was clean and nicely decorated. Will stay with this host again when down in Orlando.

The place was great in a good area close to everywhere you want to be! There was a different food truck there everyday that we were there and we were close to a grocery store, gas station, Wal-Greens and more. I would without a doubt stay here again! Oh and they even left us a pack of Oreos, who doesn't like a little snack after getting off the road.

Excellent location! Close to all the parks, restaurants and grocery store. The condo was close to the clubhouse but nice and quiet. We also loved the location of the condo-close to the pool! Comfortable and clean. FAST wifi! Perfect location for convention center. Safe, quiet. Always fast response from Dennis when I have a question. Great set up for 3 colleagues needing to share a space. Didn't use the kitchen aside from coffee maker (and wine glasses!) but seemed to have all that would be needed for cooking in. Plenty of towels - including for the pool. This is my third time using Dennis and will do so again next convention in Orlando.

Definitely a good place to rent! Dennis's place is located very close to the amusement parks and even though that is not the reason we were visiting Orlando, the location was still ideal. The actual place is also immaculate. The pictures are exactly what you get. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family vacation!! So close to all the parks and entertainment Orlando has to offer and very easy access to groceries and food options(can walk to some!!) Place was clean and quiet and a perfect respite with plenty of amenities.

This was a great location for my co-workers and I that were in town for a conference at the convention center. The conference offered shuttle service and the pick-up/drop-off location was very convenient to this unit. We never ventured to the pool or amenities so I can't comment on those. It was located in proximity to many conveniences. A drug store with all necessities including a reasonable selection of groceries was a quick walk and a Publix grocery story a very quick drive. Our only recommendation for the unit would be to add ceiling fans for better air circulation. Check-in and check-out was a cinch. The unit was clean and furnished as depicted in the photos. Recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Dennis's condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location in the complex near the clubhouse and pool. The pool is fantastic. The clubhouse also has snacks and other items for purchase in case you forgot anything. You're also super close (could walk) to a Walgreens, Publix, and a few restaurants. We enjoyed a few days at Universal and we were only 15 minutes away. Dennis also provided just enough dish tabs, a sponge, and paper towel. I did need to pick up a bit of extra laundry soap and toilet paper (which was clearly communicated to me ahead). I appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels, bath towels, and washcloths, along with trash pickup each day. It was truly an enjoyable location, with easy vacation living. We would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The rooms are spacious. All of the amenities are amazing. It was such a treat to relax in the hot tub after a long day at universal. The location of this Airbnb is also perfect. It's in walking distance to a Walgreens, bar, and lots of food options. Uber and Lyft charged approximately 10 dollars to and from universal. This apt is without a doubt the best Airbnb I've ever visited.

Our group was composed of 4 adults and 1 child of 1a10m. We had a good time in the house, which has large, clean and well-decorated spaces. On arrival we come across the differentiated care with which guests are received, with a beautiful dining table set up in front of us. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, set of knives and silverware in good quantity, in addition to a set of pots. It was a hand on the wheel, since we traveled with a 2-year-old, and we decided to have some meals at home. The resort is very nice, there is a space for hiking on the edge of a lake, where we come into direct contact with nature (many birds, squirrels...), not to mention the silence. It also has adult and children's pools. Returning to the homes in the house, the mattresses are comfortable, and there is an offer of more than 1 pillow per person if needed. The master suite has a king size bed, great! The instructions for access to the wifi network are in sight, as well as the instructions for use of the laundry (washer and dryer).

The Department is exactly as published and more. Everything is super manicured and so clean. It is very comfortable and covers the needs for a pleasant stay. Beds are very, very comfy. The host is super attentive to any minimal need and response is immediate. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Stayed with Dennis before and will do so again. Nice, clean, comfortable, close to where we needed to be. We were 3 colleagues on a work trip so really didn't use kitchen but it seemed stocked well. Unit was close to the fitness room which I used daily (and to the pool for those who like that!). 2 minute walk to Walgreens, 10 minutes to grocery. 20 minutes to convention center. Suited us well.

Dennis has been very responsive, friendly and helpful right from the start. He has always responded to my queries promptly, which is much appreciated. What you see is what you get - the apartment looks exactly as seen in his pictures. I was welcomed with a clean and neat apartment, with all daily necessities. The location of the resort was near Disney World and Universal Studios, which makes our trips to these attractions so convenient. In addition, checking in and checking out was hassle free, which makes our stay so easy! I really recommend booking your stay in Orlando with Dennis. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back if I were to return to Orlando. Thanks Dennis!

In terms of location, ease and space, Clubhouse Cabana was great. Both the unit and the gate to the development itself are accessible by code. Dennis provided those for us a week or so out, so we were able to come and go as we pleased. Off Universal Blvd, this particular condo is right next to the resort's clubhouse and pool which was perfect. A Walgreens was a block away and a huge shopping center with a Publix was across the street from the development. And it's minutes from Universal Orlando and other attractions. The unit was cleaned to within an inch of its life when we arrived. Really spotless. And the kitchen was well stocked too. I'd say there were only two drawbacks for me and my family: 1) the decor was dated and some was getting a tad shabby. Stains on the carpet, etc. and 2) there was a strong smell of mildew when we first walked in. This is not an uncommon problem in Florida, I'm sure. And we were able to keep the door and windows open most of the time to air it out as best we could. And while it improved after a few days, the smell never really left. Not a deal breaker, but definitely was enough for me to take a star off my review.

My family (5 people) stayed here for 4 nights and we were very comfortable. Everything is exactly as described in pictures and extremely clean. For the most part, the weather was chilly/rainy during our stay, so unfortunately we didn't enjoy the pool area very much but it looked like well-kept and fun. There is also a nice little path that goes around the lake next to the condo, which was a really pleasant surprise for running in the mornings! Dennis provided all the information we needed for arrival and the duration of our stay prior to departure. We had issues accessing the condo's Wifi but he responded quickly with a solution. I believe the modem had to be replaced so that shouldn't be an issue for future guests! Overall, Dennis was a wonderful host and the condo was perfect for a stay in Orlando!

Property was in great condition! Exactly as shown in listing. Clean and well maintained. I-4 entrance very close. About 15 minute drive to Disney entrance, and just around the corner from Universal. Walgreens nearby was very convenient. Dennis was an excellent host! Quick to respond and very helpful! Will definitely stay again.

The information I received in the confirmation email included everything I needed. The apartment is clean and well furnished and there is reserved parking right next to it. Recommended.

The apartment is well located, next to Universal Studios, Sea World and Orlando Eye, as well as major shopping centers. The apartment was ideal for our demand (5 adults and 1 child).
