The location was great for universal. The down fall was that the lock code didn’t work and it took a while to get in. Also the fridge and freezer both wouldn’t stay cold. We were not told about the main pool in our area being closed for construction. The floors were very dirty.

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place! The home looked just as described—stylish, spacious, and perfect for our group of 9. Dennis was super responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with the fridge not cooling at first—he offered clear suggestions, and after following them, it worked fine. We also loved how conveniently close his place was to Universal Studios! A couple of small things to note: with 9 people, the hot water didn’t always last long during back-to-back showers, and the ceiling fans could’ve used a little dusting. That said, the rest of the space was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there! Thanks Dennis!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The extra amenities were a nice bonus—plenty of clean towels and fresh bedding. The resort pool was a great spot to relax, and we really appreciated the gated security—it made us feel safe and at ease. The location was also perfect, just a short drive to all the activities we had planned. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. Great location. Unfortunately the pool area won’t be open until the end of the month per signs at the resort. However, the neighboring pool area (free access) was top notch and only a short drive/~15 min walk away. Would recommend!

We loved this spacious condo with our family of 4 having their own bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to lots of green space for our dog too! Quick 15 minute drive to Universal- great place to stay!

Location was great. Check in was easy and there was plenty of washrooms which was great. Value wasn't really there. No detergent and no extra garbage bags. Not a lot of shampoo, body wash, toilet paper etc. When asked if there was more we were told only what was given in the starter kit was provided and it was not enough for 5 days and 4 nights for 7 adults.

Our stay was great! The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the main pool near our condo was closed for renovations which we didn’t know. Other than that, it was great!

Dennis was wonderful from the very moment we booked our stay. We were in town for a TAP National pool tournament and the place completely met all of our needs and expectations. We would 100% recommend this place and will absolutely book again if we come back to the Orlando area.

What a great place! So much room for our family and we’re loved the big tv and comfy sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was really handy having the laundry machines there. The main pool on vista cay is being renovated so is closed and we were able to use the pool across the road. There is a golf cart which will take you to the other pool for free- would be good if the information about this is sent to us on arrival. Otherwise it was a really great place to stay, just ten minutes to Aquatica and to international drive.

Our family loved staying in this lovely home. It is convenient to Universal Studios and Disney World, grocery stores and restaurants. We were glad it had one bedroom on the ground floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs, especially the kids’ room with the Disney and Harry Potter theme and bunk beds! There is only one parking space, but additional parking is available within walking distance. The property was also pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dogs and enjoy time all together as well. Excellent place and value, will definitely return in the future!

Location and amenities were great for families. My son and I loved the bunk bed coupled with the queen bed room. The main living area and dining area were laid out with lots of areas to sit. We had difficulty getting in, where the extra sign in online form wasn’t going through and had to send it three times to get the code in and the number of the house was in very tiny print so hard to locate. Communication could have been more clear as this was the first time in an Airbnb I had to try and get the entrance code and address after I paid and when I was already there. That being said he did answer early in the morning. The house had crumbs so there were a lot of ants and a dead worm when you walk inside. The pool and game room are great, but there are no instructions on where to find it so had to ask around when walking in the neighborhood. That being said it’s near the conference center, 20 min from Disney and for a large family layout works well.

Our stay was simply, okay. The unit itself is in a good location, the townhome itself was well furnished and looks almost like the pictures. The amenities would be great but, unfortunately, the clubhouse was closed so we couldn’t utilize all of it. But it’s close to A LOT cool things to enjoy! The responsiveness through Airbnb’s app was very responsive and nice. Our biggest detractors were a clear ant problem throughout the home. Certain things didn’t feel cleaned thoroughly, and the downstairs room didn’t feel 100% safe as certain other residents ran through the backyard.

The townhouse felt very homey. We had all the things needed to be comfortable in the house. Our favorite area was the second floor living room- the couch was able to fit everyone comfortably for a movie night! Will stay again in the future

Dennis is a great host and we enjoyed our time at his place a lot! Just some things to bear in mind: There’s many many stairs in the house. Is a 3 stories house. First floor has one bedroom, Second floor, the living room and kitchen, and third floor two more bedrooms. We brought my 82 y.o. grandmother, my 4 y.o. son, and my nephews, ages 1 and 4. It gets a little complicated with very old people and babies with all the stairs. One the other hand, Furniture and linen was great! Everything fresh and clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Dennis always answered in matter of minutes if not seconds. WiFi was not working. Tried resetting the router and talked to Dennis about it. They were gonna send someone next day to check on it but no one came. Everything else works perfectly and once again, we really enjoyed our time there!
