Unit did not match the photos, needs paint, needs a deep clean, underwear was hanging in the bathroom, two of the tubs were clogged, AC did not cool the upstairs well, ice maker was broken, no comforters on beds only thin blanket, towels were small and old, not enough washcloths for each guest. Had the unit been advertised as is, we would not have stayed there. Would not recommend.

This location was perfect for the seven of us. Close and walkable to several places for food and groceries. Also very close to a walkway and the street that prevented the need to give any ride share drivers any necessary codes. There is limited parking so it was good that only one of us had a vehicle. The pool near us was also closed for renovation so we had to walk a bit to another, but it wasnt too terribly far. The convenience of the trash bench outside, the extra towels for the pools, and being informed that all of our unopen/unused food that inevitably piles up would be donated to a food bank or shelter were all a great added bonus!

Stay was overall good..only complaints are door code change on me but host gave me another code fast…who ever install key pad wasn’t that professional..look like a rush job..and washer and dryer look kind of old

It was perfect. Excellent gated condominium. Impeccable house. Complete… with everything you need to be at ease. Host responds fast… everything perfect. We will return in this same house.

Clean townhouse with many amenities. The townhouse is right next to local stores and not too far from Universal Studios which is perfect.

We asked to pay to check in early and were told the house was being cleaned so we would have to wait. Which was fine, until we arrived. It was filthy. Trash piled everywhere. Bloody tampons in the bathroom, and all over the sink. Sheets piled on the bed nasty like. Inches of dust on the stairwell. Couch was covered in stuff. Images were sent to host, and they were not helpful. They expected us to stay in the dirty house. We were able to get a partial refund, because they refused to give us the insurance we purchased back, it wasn’t our fault we couldn’t stay. Disappointed because this host had hundreds of positive reviews. So I was out of $150, and had to pay $186 more for another airbnb than I did that house, with less space and beds. This was for a work trip; and it definitely ruined our first day. I understand things happen, but to not care or be willing to help was disappointing.

Good stay, my only con is the parking. 1 parking spot for a house that holds many people. The next available parking is the next lane over and you have to walk through a dark lane. Did not feel comfortable doing that. Besides that, the place was clean and instructions were clear.

Dennis’ place was perfect for what our family of 12 needed. He was very responsive when needed. The place was clean and matched the pictures. The only thing that I was surprised to find is that the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. Other than that everything was great! Would definitely recommend!!

It is an ideal accommodation 100% recommended, quiet, safe, clean, well heated, in addition to being an area from which you can decide where to go, little vehicular traffic, commercial square to which you can walk. I really felt at home. It's good to note that the appliances it has work, it's like you're at home. Dennis is a very good host, you write and respond by giving the directions you require.

This was a quick working weekend trip to Orlando for myself and six of my colleagues. the home was great and was easily accessible for everything we needed to do. our host, david, was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely rebook.

We booked Dennis's place very last minute after a scheduling snafu with our first Airbnb. He was very responsive to any inquiries, check in and out were very easy, the location was great, and there was lots of room!

Very easy to check in/out. Place was well equipped. Location was perfect. We had made a reservation including pets. After check out the host wanted us to pay extra $210 up from the already paid $165 to shampoo the couch that the pet did not go on. The couch was already old and even ripped

With a deep clean and some TLC (mainly cosmetic) this place could easily be a 5 star property. The layout is great and the location is great. With the issues we had I will say Dennis is a very responsive host and did offer to send people immediately to do whatever repairs we needed. So Dennis gets 5 stars for being a good host/property manager.
