This condo is perfect for the whole family! The location is central to the Universal theme parks as well as Sea World and a very short drive to the Disney parks. The pool was a relaxing break from the heat and had a great kids section with slides and a splash pad. We will be back for sure!

My friends and I visited Orlando to attend the Epic Universe opening and Collect-a-Con. Overall, we had a great time staying here. However, there were several smaller issues starting from not being sent the unit number or passcodes. I called the management company number and they said I should've received an email which I hadn't but they were very responsive. Stepping into the unit, I noticed there were several ants on one of the bathroom sinks but it disappeared after a couple days. We had to go buy our own soap and body wash. A child pulled a fire alarm one of the nights which wasn't ideal but outside of the host's control. Lastly, there weren't checkout instructions other than leaving at 11am so having more information would've been helpful. Other than that, the community is beautiful and safe, and there are restaraunts and a Publix within walking distance. It's a great place to stay at if you'll be visiting Epic Universe or the convention center as those are nearby.

I travel to Orlando often for work often and I always try to book in the Vista Cay complex. This is one of the best condos I have ever stayed in at Vista Cay. It''s so close to the Convention Centerthat you can walk to it. My work colleagues and I felt extremely comfortable in this four bedroom two, bathroom unit. The mattresses were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the living space was very spacious. We will definitely look to rebook this condo for our next trip to Orlando.

Location Location Location! If you wanna be close to Universal, Discovery Cove or SeaWorld this condo is perfect! Especially Epic at Universal is within walking distance. We found the space good, nice having 4 bedrooms with teenagers. Loved the covered deck and big spacious kitchen. Few things need fixed…Blinds in 2nd bedroom need replaced, better towels, need shelves for master shower and remote for master fan.

Traveled for work and the location was perfect! A team of us stayed in support of an event at the convention center, we were within walking distance and there were several nearby amenities. Dennis was responsive and the place was perfect! Would recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful place, as described. Great place to stay if you have things going on at the Orange County Convention Center. Easy 10-15 min walk there and very inexpensive Ubers back and forth if need be. Plan to get to the place right at check in time or later because the code you receive works right at the time of check in, 4pm. We were a few minutes early and worried we had the wrong place. There's also a sticker on the door that says Property Manager, but don't be deterred. Would definitely stay there again. Slept 5 comfortably, all in beds.

Beautiful location and close to everything. The area is safe, quiet, and free from the hustle and bustle of other parts of the city. The apartment was beautiful and super accommodating. Internet was great as well. Dennis was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Thep only thing that was horrible was the fact that we paid for a condo for 2nights and something was wrong with the air conditioning. They did not try to accommodate us for our inconvenience. Keep in mind this is during the 4th of July when other facilities are booked. We had nowhere to go last minute nor did we want to spend another $600+ elsewhere. This incident was a major inconvenience

Very nice unit and location. We had air-conditioning issues from the moment we checked in that were never resolved. It was an underlying issue the entire stay with coordinating with the host, sending pictures of the thermostat, and dealing with techs coming in and out of the unit. We actually denied a request for a service call between 11PM and 3AM which was totally ignored and someone came to the unit anyway at 11, it was the second service call, and to no avail. The host offered to move us on the last day of our stay. But being that we were at a park all day and had a 6 AM flight, it wasn’t worth packing everything up for just a couple of hours. I understand it was an unforeseen circumstance but we should’ve had the offer to move the first day when they couldn’t fix the AC. Denis, the host, would not compensate us for any of these troubles so we took it up with Airbnb, who refunded us $179, for 4 nights, no AC and 97° temps. 😩

My family and I came to Orlando for springbreak with my senior parents and children. This property was everything we imagined. It was quiet and several activities were available on the property. The walkways and bar provided a great escape for seniors who enjoyed the relaxing enviornment. The staff were friendly and cordial. The property manager Dennis was absolutely amazing! I had trouble accessing my email messages and Dennis was so patient with me while answering my questions. His responses were timely and easy to follow. The place was clean and everything worked. The property was very close to Universal Studios and Disney and centrally located to restaurants and amusement parks. My family and I had a relaxing time and we will sure to book this property again when visiting Orlando. Thank you Dennis for all the assistance you provided!!! We had a blast.
