Very nicely decorated 3 bedroom rental with comfortable beds and clean linens. The location is central to all of the amusement parks and International Drive. Publix grocery store, CVS, several good restaurants and a brewery are just a few hundred yards away and easily walkable. Pool and bar area are very nice also. We would stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Great place and location is close to everything! As described in description. Bare minimum in the kitchen so be prepared to purchase items next door at Publix.

The place was nice but found human feces on the bunk bed covers which was disgusting and embarrassing to our guest on the trip. Dennis was in communication but kept telling us he would refund the cleaning deposit but never did. So we went through Air B n B and they helped us right away.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The only issue I had during the stay was the main pool, which is mentioned in the listing, closed for renovations the day we arrived. As we selected this listing based off the prime location by the main pool it was disheartening to learn that this information was not communicated prior to our stay, allowing us to assess our travel plans. While there is another pool available for guest to use, it is not a walkable distance and you would need to get in your car and go to the other complex and with two kids under 4 years old, this was a chore. If you are staying between September 2024 - January 2025, the main pool will not be available to you.

Very clean, comfortable accommodation, and very friendly Dennis. However, the air-conditioning was damaged, but they fixed it soon. The drying machine did not serve and we could not use it.

Dennis' condo was the perfect holiday home for my family and I. It was exactly as posted but is much larger in person than the pictures portray. Lots of space for my family of four, kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need. 15 minutes to basically any location in Orlando, including the airport, Disney World and Universal. We loved the Vista Cay amenities including the main pool, just a one-minute walk away. Dennis was a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We loved this rental! It was close to Universal (15min) and Disney (25min) and was located in a resort style setting with pool, fitness center and arcade - which the kids loved! The rental itself is just like just pictures, beautiful decorations, super clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and will definitely be renting here again!

We had a great time staying at Dennis property. The apartment looks just like the photos, host is super responsive and helpful. Location is excellent, near everything. The resorts is very beautiful and peaceful. Definitely would stay again.

Dennis and his company were excellent, responsive hosts. Property is well maintained, as described. No surprises and super convenient to Sea World and I-Drive areas. The overall property is very pleasant and well done, also. This property is part of a business, and as such, they are more business like - for example, a single owner might extend your late checkout as a courtesy - here, they'll charge you for it. Not necessarily a bad thing, there are drawbacks to single owners, just be aware it's more of a process. that said, Dennis is focused on friendly, helpful service and we'd certainly consider his listings, again.

Lovely condo- just what you need in Orlando! A great place for anyone to stay behind for some park days and then jump in for nearby restaurants and other attractions! Would book the same spot again for sure!
