We were in Orlando for a cheer competition at OCCC. The condo is wonderful.. no serious complaints. Location is great.. everything you need is a short walk or drive. The place is as pictured. The OCCC is “walkable” but it’s about 1.5 miles (we walked it a couple times). As it states in other reviews, the AC is somewhat of an issue. It states it “works best at 75” on the sticker above the thermostat. It was warm in there when we first arrived. I turned the temp down & it did cool down but, the 3rd floor is hard to cool to a comfortable temp. (I like it around 65 to sleep) Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would likely help a lot. The downstairs bedroom also stayed warmer.. my daughter & her friend ended up getting some personal fans. Could also use a dehumidifier down there. I bought frying pans & left them there as the ones provided were all scratched up. Other than those couple things the place is honestly great! Would stay again! *Note - it is a lot of stairs! Great workout 😉

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. Upon arrival, the home was unclean and poorly maintained—all 7 beds had dirty sheets with visible hair, the floors and furniture were dusty and stained, and most of the dishes were unusable until cleaned. The host was unresponsive when we reached out for clean bedding, so we had to purchase and install our own. Worse, the next day, while we were away, a cleaning crew entered without notice, removed our personal items (including 5 new sheet sets and a pillow), and replaced them with more dirty linens. We were never informed or asked for consent. We contacted support multiple times with no resolution or follow-up. Additionally, some amenities like the pool were inaccessible due to invalid passes, and basic maintenance had been neglected (packing tape on many stair risers). We’ve submitted a formal complaint with photo evidence. Until this host and property management are held accountable, we strongly recommend avoiding this listing

Amazing location! You’ll see the new 2 Universal Hotels right next to the place! It was a 10-12 min ride to Universal Studios, we loved it! 100% recommended & definitely coming back soon !! Super comfy place for a total of 7 guests! Everyone had their space & bathroom 👌🏻

For payimg $334.20 a night i expected a bit more out of the place. There was tape holding parts of the stairs together. there was damage on the walls. The couch has stains. and in some of the bathrooms the corners and around the shower was not cleaned well. The sinks in the bathrooms clogged up due to hair from previous people. Most of this is stuff that i could deal with. I expected more honestly but the Issue I had was with the A/C unit going out and how it was dealt with. They say that you are supposed to keep the A/C unit at 75 so it doesnt freeze. I have stayed in florida andbhave had no issues with keeping an A/C below 70. Seems like they are trying to save money by not allowing guests to keep the place cool. However the A/C unit broke altogether. The host sent a Casiola representative who was clearly not a trained HVAC person. They kept putting it off even though I let them know every day that it was still out. I am currently in the middle of working with Airbnb to resolve.

It’s a good place to crash for a few days but really needs to be updated. The shower faucet is old and water pressure is bad None of the bedroom doors LOCKED that was a big thing. You can see where it needs a “new coat of paint” the garage doesn’t work you have to park In front of it feels like something you should know before you get there That said it’s in a good location and nothing screams out at you that this isn’t a place to call Your own for a few days good communication with the host and no major problems besides the instructions for check out being a broken link. . The few restaurants near by are good and walking distance to a Walgreens.

Dennis's location was an ideal spot to rent in terms of location for my group of 8 during a festival weekend. Right off the main road and very accessible to food and shopping but private enough that there wasn't a lot of noise. The home was very similar to the photos that were provided in the listing but the home was not the cleanest. Amenities (trash bags, dish soap, body soap, etc) were a bit sparse for a 5 night stay so my group had to purchase that for the home. Dennis was a very responsive host and no issues with contacting and receiving a response from him.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Orlando! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Very quiet location! We had an issue with the key pad lock, upon arrival, as it was fixed promptly. I reported issues I saw and they sent maintenance out fairly quick! Dennis was very responsive and helpful! The beds were extremely comfortable! I would recommend this place for a nice size family/group, as it accommodated us perfectly!

Wonderful stay! The only thing was I received an email from Casiola that said I could get 50% off if I extended an extra day. We ended up needing to buy when I requested the extra day it was at full price. Besides that we loved everything about the stay!

Everything was great our only issues was the AC. Luckily the majority of the night in orlando were cold enough to have the windows open, but def the first night 2 people had to sleep on the couch cause there was a fan. I made him aware of it so hopefully it gets addressed. Other then that everything was perfect. We stayed there for a conference at convention center. I recommend to leave through the back door to get there not the main. It will save you time and the line to get it. Walking is def possible, but I wouldn't recommend. It's a long walk. Parking for convention is $21.
