BEWARE! Pics don't tell all. Floors were dirty and had grits or sand on them when we arrived. I had to request someone clean the shower upon check in because the shower door and floor were filthy. Both sinks in the master bath were stopped up the entire stay. The freezer didn't work, ruined our food. The dryer took 2 hours to dry our clothes and towels. When leaning on the kitchen counters on day 1, there was white stuff on my arms so I had to clean the kitchen. We sneezed when opening the curtains. 🥴 To make matters worse, I left a review with Casiola on our last night stay and all of a sudden, we were hit with an additional $842 from the owner saying we broke the oven! WHAT??? The same oven that had scratches and crumbs that I had to clean???? I have never in my life experienced such. I was really gonna give them 3 stars and not give my honesty review, but after the owner pulled that stunt, I had no other choice. Rent at your own risk.

Excellent choice. We loved coming here. It's comfortable, everything's clean and organised, just like in the photos, and it's very well located near Disney and Universal Central, with shops and restaurants, and next to a Publix where you can buy all the food you need! Excellent. The pool is very large. We'd come back here!
