A very spacious and beautiful place that truly feels like home! The swimming pool is large, and the splash pad brought a lot of fun for the kids. Both children and adults were able to relax and enjoy their time here. The location is very convenient, with the supermarket 'Publix' and many restaurants nearby, and it’s right next door to Universal Studios. Our whole family agrees that booking this place was a great choice!

The home looked like described but does show some wear and tear. Very spacious and a plus to have three full bathrooms. Some things that need a few updates are a little lore attention to cleaning. I wipe everything down before using it when I went to clean bathroom sink the faucet had some much black coming from the spout it shout out when I ran the water. Small traces of hair on floor, but nothing too serious. There are some markings on furniture in kitchen and living room. Tv stands and tables chipped up in places. The cabinets in bathrooms are chipped up. Two of TVs were messed up, one would display lines on half the screen and the other had bad reception. Contacted Dennis and told him it wasn’t a big deal for us and mainly wanted the property to know we didn’t break the tv. Dennis sent maintenance over to see about fixing the tvs. All in all…. Nothing that would stop your stay.

We always stay in this neighborhood for the global pet expo. It’s a great location and easily walkable. The main pool wasn’t open which I know isn’t the host fault, but it was a big bummer, we it was spring break time. There was a lot of hair in all the bathrooms and there were some dead flying bugs that had been smooshed against the wall in the Living room and ceiling. Overall super nice and accurate description. Nice touch with the welcome gift and little box of dish soap. Host was responsive and very helpful. But he Told me there was a gas grill and after chatting with the complex office they said there were no gas grills on property.

Dennis has a wonderful place! Very comfortable for a group of 4. The location is perfect for those who want to go to Universal or Disney. I would love to stay here again when I return to Orlando.

Dennis was very quick with his responses, and was very accommodating! He consistently checked in on us to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and was very easy to communicate with. When our first listing had unexpected maintenance, he was able to switch us over to a new listing promptly! The listing was exactly as it showed in the photos, and was very clean.

We had a great time at Dennis's place. It was very clean ,comfortable and gave a home away from home feel. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was ideal . Dennis, the host, was very responsive from immediate initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to messages during the stay to check if everything was ok. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dennis's place, which was a great experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a sense of warmth and hospitality. The place was not only very nice but also very clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. One of the things that stood out to me was how accurately the space matched the pictures provided. wonderful townhouse. everything you need is in the house. Nearby are shops, a lake, and several cafes. An amusement park and outlets can be reached in 15 minutes. there is access to a pool and gym

Great townhome near the Orange County Convention Center, very close to the highway so easy to get around. The space was clean and had everything you needed. I would stay here again.

We had such an amazing stay in Orlando! The accomodation was great, handy to have a small gym for us to use before our bodybuilding competition. It was walkable to the Convention Centre where we spent most of the week going back and forth between. The host was communicative, responsive and checkin was super easy.

These townhouses had potential to be good, however it was not clean. There were several issues that I reached out to Dennis about, upon arrival. For example the bed linens were not clean, there were yellow stains, as well as some small brown stains, I took pictures several times from the time I checked in & walked through the townhomes ( I rented 2 from him the same weekend), he never addressed the concerns we had to come see them or anything, although he stated he would send someone over to look at the moisture collection & mildew that was on the ceiling & wall of one of the bedrooms, HE NEVER SENT ANYONE...he just asked me to upload pictures of the linen. I did that, but every time he had a new excuse and yet never came nor sent the cleaning crew over to address any concerns at either property. I communicated with Dennis everyday letting him know the disappointment we had as well as trying to upload pictures on airbnb site. The wifi was sketchy so that was indeed a task, but I kept uploading & Dennis gave more excuses. The couch was even filthy in the livingroom so no one even wanted to even sit on it, although someone was originally suppose to sleep on it as it is advertised as an additional bed( pullout). There was a twin sheet left for the pullout, however it was a full size pulloutso the sheet wouldn't even fit. There was no blankets left for the pullout. So between the filth of the couch & no adequate bedding for it either, it was a waste. Dennis also failed to give check out instructions. I went by the clubhouse to attempt to get those, however, they didnt have anything for me because reservations were with Dennis through airbnb, oppose to being through the actual property of Vista Cay. Although he knew of these issues from day one, didn't take any action to correct anything nor make it better, he wouldn't even consider given any of a refund for a horrible stay at all. The worst Airbnb experience I have ever had to date! Just felt like Dennis is out to take people's money, he could care less about people or honoring he word.
