Excellent property, close to everything and so close to main clubhouse and pool. Beautiful place and spotlessly clean. Excellent communication from Dennis. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Because the washing machine spin cycle did not work, we needed to take all our water soaked clothes to a laundromat to drive them. The repair man came and did not fix the problem. We needed to visit the laundromat again. This really was a problem that should have been fixed!. It was a waste of our vacation time!!

Dennis was an excellent host! The location of the house was wonderful. We only had a couple issues. The bottom floor is much hotter than the top floor. The thermostat will only go down a couple degrees. Some electrical outlets did not work. A couple in the bedrooms and the outside patio and pool lights do not work. Outside of those issues the house was wonderful and clean.

First, the initial gate check-in was very easy and there was no complications. Once we reached the home, it was so easy to access. The home was very beautiful and exactly how pictured. The space was very tidy and clean, which allowed it to feel like home. This was the first air b&b where I have stayed and all the tv’s in every room was working, even the TV on the patio. Second, the amenities at the resort were awesome and there was much to do. Lastly, as far as the host (Dennis) goes, he was awesome. He responded very quickly and strived to have any concern fixed. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future.

The house is exactly what is described. The pool is amazing. Everything was great. Definitely a great stay. The trash must be put out early mornings not at night. The washing machine is ok could be better. Otherwise very lovely place. Very close to clubhouse as well definitely a plus. Dennis was very responsive to needs. My family had a Great experience.

The overall house is nice, there were a few hiccups. The WiFi would not stay on. The washing machine didn't it work properly. And the trash bin out front was a feeding ground for mice. There are some positives the house is across the street from the clubhouse and is close proximity to markets and restaurants. My kids loved the pool.

The house was in a perfect location and it was the perfect size for our group of 7. It would have been a 5 star however we paid to have the pool heated and throughout our stay the pool was freezing so much so that my kids lips went blue whenever we went into it. Thank gosh for the resort across the street which was AMAZING! The resort was perfect made our stay unforgettable. Dennis was very responsive and tried to help as much as possible. Overall great stay. House was beautiful and the kids loved the theme rooms and bunk beds also loved all the baby things.

I’ve booked with Dennis multiple times he’s a great host with a Great house and awesome pool. Gate to get in would get backed up at night especially if you don’t have everyone registered. That is my only complaint

We enjoyed staying at Dennis location. The home was clean, neighborhood was quiet and was about a 25 min drive to Disney. A perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Disney without being to far. Thank you for a great stay Dennis!

Beautiful house with plenty of space. The kitchen is large and has everything we need. The resort is great with beautiful pools, spa, water game modules, 2 water slides, mini putt and arcades. The place is very safe with gate and 24/7 security guard. We really had a great stay.

Place was beautiful, resort the house is located in was awesome so much to do to keep kids busy. House was close to disney parks. We had problems with the wifi and A/C but Dennis got right on that to get those fixed. Would stay again the next time in Florida.

First time booking with Airbnb.host very responsive and helpful.Checking-in was easy , the place was nice. exceeded expectations.very well equipped with everything we needed .generous rooms and beds . The community pool area was great .we had great time and definitely looking to book same place when we go back to Orlando .
