Definitely one of the better places we’ve stayed at in Orlando! Everything was amazing from the customer service to amenities to cleanliness! We will definitely be coming back to stay here for future vacations

Overall, my family and really enjoyed staying at this resort. We do have some pros and cons below. Pros: Location Amenities Space Fully equipped kitchen View of a lake Very clean Ample parking Security Publix market near by Cons: Check in instructions not clear - I asked for a door code via message and it was not sent to me. We arrived and also found out there was a gate. App in for was not clear and message was responded to. I called the number listed and they promptly gave me the code as I was parked at the gate. 2nd booster seat not fullfilled - I asked before booking about a 2nd booster seat and I was told yes. After booking I asked again and I was told to ask the day of checkin. Day of check in they responded saying they put that request in. We arrive and no 2nd booster seat was present. Next day I had a message asking me how things were going and I relayed the message I never received the 2nd booster seat and the message was ignored.

The apartment is very nice but I have considerations to do : the entrance door is having difficulty opening and closing , the hair dryer in the smaller bathroom does not work and the double bed in the bedroom next to the smaller bathroom has a damaged mattress, it has a deep grip in the middle of the mattress and needs to be changed because it is not possible to sleep.

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows both were so old including the mattress covers. Over all the condo was not clean. Dirty floors, baseboards, behind and under night stands had prior guests trash, deck was a mess, dirty shower and tubs (there was someone’s dirty foot print in the master tub upon arrival, need I say more?). The front of all the appliances had slops and marks on them and the water dispenser on the fridge was dirty. Water stain through the ceiling that wasn’t a pretty sight, blinds were low quality and there’s stickers all over saying you can’t have doors and windows open, no fresh air! Poor quality toiletries, toilet paper and paper towel and very low in stock. Decor is very dated The pool was alright, drinks are very pricey, grounds are tidy and well maintained. Just not a comfortable place, as a former air bnb host I would not recommend.

Great property, horrible management! We booked this condo a year in advanced only to find out we weren’t actually staying in the one we booked, I verified the address for, AND had a door code for! We were left waiting outside standing outside the door we thought was ours, only to be told we would be staying in a condo we’ve never seen! All together we booked 6 condos with Dennis and 3/6 had issues. So if you want to take a 50/50 shot whether you condo is going to be correct go ahead and book. I caught an earlier error before arriving when I didn’t receive arrival information for one of the units. After several phone calls and a snarky receptionist, that issue was resolved. I asked we be allowed A ONE HOUR EARLY check in to the rest of the units. They agreed IN WRITING. Then went back the next day and said I misunderstood. Not sure how you can misunderstand when I ask to make up for your error please allow me early check in on all 6 condos I have booked with you! So be prepared to pay $50 even if you just want an hour early check in. They clearly care more about money than people.

Great unit in a wonderful location. Very clean and bigger than it looks in pictures. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the mattress in the main room is very worn and uncomfortable.

Great find : Spacious and comfortable apartment with great views over the lake making it very restful. Pool immaculate and facilities great , walk to Publix , walgreens and a great craft beer place , Uber’s to all the parks and shops … definitely recommend

Spacious and clean. The resort is very well maintained and the on-site amenities and bar were enjoyable. Denis responded immediately Day or night to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again when in Orlando.

I had a great stay here for New Years weekend. The location is very accessible to all the theme parks and convention center. I’m a jogger so having a trail literally right outside was very convenient. The host provided tremendous value with coffee, extra towels etc. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on my visits to Orlando.

Great location and fast service when we had questions before the stay! The view was very peaceful and the room was stocked with almost everything we needed. The beds were a bit too hard out our liking, but other than that, we had a great stay.

Easy and convenient check in, the property in general is well maintained. My suggestion to future travelers is that If you are planning in using the sofa beds, make sure at your arrival that the bed sheets are in the apartment. if they are not, contact Dennis because I did and I got the bed sheets within an hour of my request.

This place was amazing! The place fit our group of 9 perfectly! The rooms and bathrooms were super clean. Dennis always responded right away when I asked him some questions. I also loved how he left us a pack of Oreos as a little welcoming gift. 10/10 would definitely stay here again

Be advised that the condo advertises that it sleeps 10 even though there are only beds to accommodate 8. We decided we would use the pull out couches but when we arrived we discovered there was no bedding for the couches. We politely emailed Dennis to let him know that the remainder of our party would be arriving in 3 days and we would need bedding. It was at this point that he let us know that he would send sheets but no pillows, blankets or comforters. We had to run to the store and buy a blanket so my daughter could sleep comfortably.

Condo was spacious and spectacular. Big rooms, great balcony overlooking the lake, very close to the big pool and clubhouse. Condo is in a great location, very close to a mecca of restaurants and shopping, Publix for groceries and short, easy 7 minute drive to Universal. Drive to airport is very easy, less than 15 minutes. Would definitely rent again.

Wow! This place is AMAZING. I stayed here in a business trip. The home is a 2 minute drive to the convention center and just as close to all the restaurants. As a tip for visitors to Orlando. Eat at Rocco’s Tacos!

Great place and great location! We stayed there for a convention that was only 1.5mi away. The views from the balcony were just as advertised - Awesome! The fully equipped kitchen was a great to have and we saved a ton of save money on meals. Also, Publix just next door and 5min walk. Would stay there again for an Orlando fun trip or another convention!

We rented this place for a four day getaway with family. It was amazing. We had an awesome time. The place was clean, spacious and fully equipped with amenities like home away from home. We will definitely reserve this place again for future events.

Communication with Dennis is good. Instructions to check in and check out of the condo is clear. We didn't have any problem at all. The condo is clean and it has plenty of room for ten of us including two young kids. The swimmimg pool area is nice.  We spent sometime in the arcade which was fun. Location is perfect. There is a supermarket right across the street and a Walgreen in front of the complex.  Some theme parks are within 20 minutes of driving from the condo.

This Airbnb was very clean and the view was just as described, spectacular. I would definitely use this Airbnb again. Not too much contact with Dennis but it's because everything we needed was right there. This is perfect for a group or even a couple of families to split. I would definitely get it again.

The apartment was huge !!!and sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. Amazing views of the lake and large pool areas, which we did not use at all for lack of time. Walgreens and Publix right around the corner. Nevertheless, super quiet and more than sufficient for us 4 adults! You don't get on your nerves , as everyone also has your own bathroom. Big balcony to sit outside. You can start in all directions from there. Super central. Highly recommended !!!!!

Overall a great stay and exactly as pictured in the posts. The penthouse was clean, nicely decorated, modern appliances and it also felt like home. Large rooms, spacious living area and large kitchen. The only challenging thing was the kitchen cookware was equipped with only one large frying pan, one sauce pot and one giant pasta pot. When cooking for a crowd it was challenging to do so with limited cookware. No salt or pepper shakers, tissue boxes nor coffee filters which is a tad disappointing considering it isn't something of high value and could easily be apart of the added commodities without breaking any renters bank and much appreciated by the rentee. Dennis was responsive, prompt and helped me out with a birthday request which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay on this property again.

This location was really convenient to stay with multiple families. We had every tool needed to make meals. Very spacious and all the amenities were nicely kept. I would highly recommend this space if you are traveling in a large pack and want to be able to let the kids have space to move around. All in all it was a great experience.

Everything about arrival is automated, we took a photo of the email so we had all the access codes on our phones & this worked well. It's a great apartment with a good view, good facilities and well placed to get to all of the parks and iDrive easily.

This was a perfect getaway with the family. I enjoyed everything. The space, the set up, the environment, and the location was perfect. So close to everything, yet not disturbed by traffic or any unpleasant thing . I didn't need anything, however if I did I am confident it would have been taken care of effortlessly. The instant check in and out were perfect. I will absolutely return real soon and stay here.

While we didn't meet Dennis in person, he was very responsive to questions and gave us all of the information we needed for a successful stay. We loved the fact that everything was a time based code and did not need a key. The code at the gate worked perfectly as did the keypad on the door. The apartment itself was large, roomy, and clean. Easily housed my two teenagers with enough space - we could have had 6-8 people and it still would have been comfortable. The Publix is 2 minutes away and we cooked breakfast for ourselves each day. We did have to go out and buy some additional paper goods - the apartment is minimally stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, etc... so know that you will have that additional $10 expense if you stay for longer than a night or two. The unit has a washer and dryer that we didn't use, but were happy was there in case we needed it. Overall we would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a more spacious solution than a hotel room in their visit to Orlando.

This beautiful apartment was a perfect place to stay in Orlando. There's a large, very comfortable master bedroom and bath, plus two smaller bedrooms on the other side of the apartment. In between is a large living room and open kitchen. Plus, there's a lovely balcony with a view of a large lake so you're not looking into another building. There's a large pool nearby but this apartment is very quiet. Also, there's a large supermarket about 100 yards away. Best of all, the location was perfect -- it's convenient to everywhere you'll want to go. Finally, I can't say enough good things about the manager, Dennis. He was super-responsive to all of my queries and when a light bulb burned out in the bathroom one night he had it replaced the next morning. Dennis helped make this great apartment the best place we've ever stayed in Orlando.

My family stayed here for what I thought was just going to be a weekend at Disney, but turned out to be a surprise engagement they were all in on (so my feelings are a little colored by that overwhelming joy). Even with all of that other excitement to distract us, no one could stop talking about how nice and well-apportioned the condo was. It was beautiful and slept all 9 of us comfortably, though I would caution that the couches are more comfortable to sleep on closed than folded out. The view, the rooms, the kitchen, and the accoutrements were all absolutely wonderful. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Dennis was easy to get ahold of and responded to all of our questions and needs and helped us really make the most of our stay. We had a great time!

We had a great stay - Dennis was a perfect host - he was easily reached via email for a couple of our questions. Our visit went smoothly. The gated property was beautifully maintained. It is in a great location near the convention center and Publix grocery store. The unit had a great view of the water from the living room and we enjoyed walking the path on the perimeter. The decor of the apartment was great with comfortable beds. We didn't get to try the pool but that looked nice too.

This villa was absolutely everything we needed for our corporate event. We had our company get two villas from Dennis and both lived up to their pictures. Decorated beautiful, situated so close to all of the parks and restaurants we attended, poolside grill attendant made our day lounging in so wonderful too. Vistacay Resort is truly amazing. Both suites were extremely spacious and accommodated all of our guests perfectly. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

We were so pleased with this arrangement. We got plenty of information ahead of time personal emails from Dennis, and everything went off without a hitch. When the smoke alarm was chirping because it needed a new battery and was too high for us to reach, Dennis was available to come and help. The condo was beautiful. Exactly what we needed. Very clean and convenient. Definitely would stay here again. Absolutely fabulous. Thank you Dennis!

Very good house to spend vacation. It's clean, cosy, comfortable, and the most important is which is very close to the sea world, Disney and universal. By the way, lake view is also fantasy even though you don't wanna go anywhere, you can spend all day long in the house for some rest.

It was spacious for 10 people to fit comfortably. Our intent was Universal studios, and this place was 5-10 min away. Well stocked, great view, and good host. Traffic to and from this place is not bad at all, only at night after the parks close. Would definitely stay here again if I plan another Universal Studios trip.

Great experience! Amazing view from the balcony. The penthouse was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped and the place was just beautiful. We definitely felt like we were at home. Dennis (our host) was also great. He was very courteous and responded very quickly to our messages. Made the experience run very smoothly. Would recommend the place to others and would gladly visit again.

An amazing experience. The location was just beautiful, it looked better in person than in pictures. Was taken away by the spaciousness and comfort. Would definitely recommend anyone on vacation and would come back again gladly. Host was even more incredible made sure the experience was perfect, stayed in touch the entire trip to make sure everything went smoothly. Thumbs up for sure.
