I want to thank you for all your service and for the lovely accommodation. The children slept well in the bedroom, which was fully prepared for children, and the sheets were clean, as were the bathrooms. 😊 The towels were also clean, and upstairs smells nice and is very clean. And you also respond in a timely manner. Thank you for that 👏. But I also want to talk about my frustrations during this period of accommodation. I noticed that the living room and kitchen are very dusty and have a lot of cobwebs ☹️ The windows are also very dirty. I was also very upset that our pool access card didn't work, and you could have exchanged it for another one. It was very embarrassing to ask someone at the pool to open the gate. The children couldn't have fun in the pool, and the reason for renting this residence was the pool and the sand in the children's pool. I only went twice and couldn't enjoy it. There was also the problem of the door that closed, and there was no spare key. It was really difficult. A neighbour helped.
