Its our fist time to spend Christmas away from home. This place made it feel like we were at home. Its nice and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The condo matched the pictures. Its very convenient and private. Having a washing machine and dryer is very helpful, we didn't have to bring back our dirty clothes. Dennis is very responsive and very courteous. We would definitely will stay again.

Great place! Great location! So close to Universal! Super clean! Pool and jacuzzi clean and although it was spring break, plenty of lounge chairs. Convenient cafe with tropical drinks and lunch items. Gift shop was definitely not overpriced Would definitely stay here again

Me and my friends stayed here while visiting Orlando and the place was absolutely perfect. Dennis is an amazing host with a beautiful property. Excellent communication, easy access and so clean. Dennis even provided a box of oreos which was a huge hit after a day of traveling! would highly recommend this place and host!

This is a great stay! As a family, this place has a lot of things to do, the apartment is near the pool, close to the Publix and Walgreens (you can go walking)… 10min from the Parks, 20min from the airport! Is a cozy place, felt like home, has a great space for kids and dogs! I already recommended to friends, and can’t wait to be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We booked with Dennis with only two week’s notice after a different host canceled on us without warning. The location of the home was very convenient and was incredibly easy for us to get to from I-Drive and our event at the OCCC. The host was quick to respond and very helpful in answering our questions. We will be booking with Dennis again in the future!

Nice place. A bit outdated compared to the pics Beds are not comfortable & one of them is not even attached. Had to request cleaning 3X for an insane amount of dust on top of fridge Overall place was fine, a bit grungy and old but decent value Prob would not have been so upset about the cleanliness and age of place if pics and description were a bit more accurate.

Loved staying here! The place is just as described and very close to the interstate, Publix, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts and some other restaurants. It’s nice being so close to the pool area. The host was very communicative as well and the place is very clean. Would recommend staying here :)

Awesome pet friendly airbnb that is close to all attractions! We went to sea world, Disney springs, and universal during our stay and they drive time was under 15 mins for all locations. We did not need to check-in at a desk and were given a code to get into the resort and Airbnb. It was nice that the airbnb was stocked with items like toiletries, dish soap, sponge, dish washer tablets, laundry detergent and beach towels. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a true jewel of a place to stay! The location is perfect as we planned to visit both Universal and Disney and this location was in-between both. The entire place was sparkling clean. It has one bedroom with a king-sized bed with attached bathroom w/shower, and one bedroom with a queen, and one bedroom with twin beds that both enter into a bathroom. The bathrooms and bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen has full-sized appliances including a diswasher and coffee maker and tea pot, along with the expected dinnerware, pots and pans. The entire complex is very clean and easy to use. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub and snack area. There is an elevator so you don't need to carry your luggage up a staircase. Dennis was very easy to work with and very responsive. Next time I return to Disney/Universal I will definitely stay here!

This was a perfect place for what we were looking for. It’s close to all the parks and was pet friendly. Check in/out was super easy. The apartment was clean and very close to the pool. The pool was very nice as well. The only issue we had was that they don’t provide you with at least 1 roll of paper towels and they didn’t provide dish soap. They do provide a couple tablets for the dishwasher and a sponge. Other than that we had a great time and will definitely be back.

This place was very nice and perfect for our family of 5. It was within walking distance to a Publix and the plaza also had other food options. It was very easy check-in and check -out. The pool is right by it and a nice walking trail around the lake. Each room had a TV and the kitchen would be easy to prepare meals if you wanted to. I would highly recommend Dennis's place

The check-in process was smooth. Location to Universal Studios was convenient and easy. Dennis's place is very accommodating if you have furry family members. Our two dogs were as comfortable as we were. Nice walking trail around the lake, great for bird watching. Convenient store on premises, grocery store and other restaurants nearby. Awesome pool and hot tub. Our son enjoyed his time in the game room. Our only issue was we were unable to connect to the internet during our stay. I would definitely stay at Dennis's again.

Dennis and his team responded quickly to multiple reservation changes caused by Hurricane Dorian. The condo was as pictured and described and it met or exceeded all our expectations. The condo was very nice, the only issue I had was I just needed a few more towels but it was no biggie, the condo was big enough for what we needed. It was 3 bedrooms and all the rooms were clean/bathrooms/kitchen etc. I love the fact that they email you everything prior to check-in and check in was super easy!!!! Will be staying here again ☺️

This condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed. Plenty of room, very clean, even more comfortable, close to everything, and pet friendly. This condo was GREAT. Dennis is a wonderful host. Everything about the stay is outlined before you get there so you know what to expect. Check in is a breeze because of the key-code (no need to stop at the club house to pick up keys). The condo was very clean and just as shown in the pictures. All amenities were as expected. I did have a few questions during my stay and Dennis always answered within just a few minutes of me sending him a note. Great location within minutes of amusement parks and shopping. A Publix including good restaurants nearby that we visited. Dennis was responsive to any questions. The condo was spacious and provided everything we needed. It was also close to the large community pool and clubhouse, and had a nice walking trail around the lake. The unit was at the end of the building on the third floor and had stairs as well as an elevator which helped with bags. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon to visit!

The condo was very private (gated community) but super close & convenient to Disney. We took an Uber XL on the night of July 4th for less than $30. Dennis was very fast responding to our request, and even had someone from the resort do a walkthrough to make sure that everything was in order. The condo was very clean and had everything that a family would need. It was right next to the pool so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The Publix was a short walk around the corner along with other shopping as well. It was also very close to my conference at the Orange County Convention Center, and I could have done the walk if I was feeling a little more ambitious. I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again the next time that we are back in Orlando.

A very nice condo, close to Universal & Sea World ($9 -ish by Uber). We were there the week of Thanksgiving. It was so nice to have a quiet place to relax after the parks each day & be able to open the balcony doors & enjoy the weather. A drug store, grocery store & Dunkin Donuts were all within walking distance & there was a nice walking trail along the water. Three bedrooms with TVs allowed everyone space to spread out for alone time when needed. An elevator made it easy to bring luggage up to the 3rd floor. We will definitely recommend Dennis’ place to friends as an alternative to a hotel as well as any return trips for us.

The family had a fantastic time at Dennis' condo! We stayed for 3 nights/4 days which according to our kids - was not long enough. The location was perfect if you plan on frequenting all the major parks in Orlando. The condo unit was next to the Vista Cay clubhouse so swimming in the warm pool was a daily routine. The condo itself was clean as expected and the only issue we encountered was the dishwasher was not functioning when we arrived. Dennis had a technician come check it right away but it was discovered that a control board needed to be replaced. I asked that it be repaired after we left since we didn't want to be bothered since we were staying for only a few days. Hand washing dishes a couple days wasn't a big deal. Check-in could not have been easier. Just think Uber but instead you're getting a sweet condo instead. We look forward to seeing if this condo is available the same time next year!

Wonderful stay and everything as described. Greatest check in process. Very quick communication. Was traveling from out of state with my family and communication made all my concerns go away. The walls could use some paint as there were some scuffs but that was the most of our concerns. The pack and play in the closet for our 8 month old was a HUGE surprise and greatly appreciated. It was a big help. It truly was a family friendly place and would recommend this place and any other units they manage as we received top notch service.

Overall the place was comfortable and convenient but we definitely hit some snags. The fact that it is pet friendly and located close to downtown Orlando was why I chose it, and it delivered on that front. I was told I could check in early, but the room wasn't ready, so I had to stand outside in the cold for at least 30 minutes while they "inspected" the place. It was a little dusty inside but clean otherwise. I also wasn't informed about a broken piece in the bathroom so I had a repairman come to the door unexpectedly. The property manager (or whoever was sent to my room) and repairman were friendly and tried to get everything done quickly (and got along well with my pup), but every issue could have been avoided. Including the internet not working. The router was outdated and needed to be replaced. Brighthouse/Spectrum didn't have any appointments until after my stay so I didn't have wifi. I was given a short ethernet cable but I didn't feel like sitting in the closet to get any work done lol. My biggest gripe is that I have no idea who Dennis is and if I was ever actually conversing with him; I was only given a 1-800 number to call, so I had to talk to a different person and explain my issue and what room I'm in each time I called. I even got the door code to a different room one time. At least the same person came to my room when there was a problem. Even with these problems that came up, the place was fine and I wouldn't steer anyone away from it, but I hope they can learn and try to avoid these inconveniences in the future. I also had someone ring the doorbell and run off at 9 AM one day, but I was already up. Probably some kid on vacation messing with people.

Very pleasantly surprised! Everything was easy and exactly as described. Such a great experience to be able to feel "at home" while being so far from home. Very much appreciated Accommodation for my dog, who is considered just as much a part of the family as any human companion! Highly recommend.

Condo was absolutely perfect for our party of 8. Spacious & welcoming were my first two thoughts. Walgreens was a walk away, & Publix supermarket just a short drive down the road. Would love to come back again. Thank you, Dennis for your prompt replies to any & all questions we had before & during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The details in the listing are accurate. The location is safe and in close proximity to anything you need. Parking is gated and was never a hassle! The environment around the pool and bar are amazing! The arrival was completely pain-free and convenient! I strongly recommend a stay at this location!

Great location and the condo matched the description and pictures. It was nice having Publix and a few eateries within walking distance to the condo. Our friends and I had a nice time at the condo.

We loved it!! We took our 5 children that range 17 years to 7 months to spend some quality time with the family over Labor Day weekend and there was something for everyone. No one was ready to go home we wanted to stay longer. We'll definitely be staying there again. Dennis, thank you for such a great place to stay!!

We had a great visit to Orlando and staying at Dennis' place was perfect. The condo was perfectly located and the pool is awesome. My guesy and I slept great. We will defintely be back soon. But next time want to stay for at least a week. Highly recommend NYPD Pizza and China Tea, great food places right next door. Thanks for your hospitality Dennis.

Dennis made the whole rental process very simple and it was like walking into our own home. The Vista Cay property is in a great location, very close to Universal, I-Drive attractions, and a short drive down to Disney. The Publix across the street was very convenient. There is a nice pool and walking trail around the lake. So it was easy enough to enjoy spending a day away from the parks and hanging out at the condo. Dennis was also a lifesaver in returning a special stuffed animal that my daughter left behind!

We enjoyed our stay in Dennis' condo in Orlando. Dennis kept us well informed prior to our visit and explained how to access the condo. The apartment is in a large condo complex close to the convention center. It is large clean and comfortable. It is well equipped with flat screen TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms and in the living room. The washer/dryers were great to have. The wifi is dependable and has good download speeds. There is a nice pool and recreation area in the complex. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was really nice, it had eveything you need for a couple of weeks. Its near to a Publix supermarket and a walgreens pharmacy. The jogging track its really nice althought it less than 2 miles long. The gym its good, and the pool is excelent. The beds were really comfortables and it was big enough for 6 people. Really easy arrival and we felt that we were at home inmediatly.

Dennis is a great host! I was back and forth about possibly changing my dates and every time he responded promptly and pleasantly! The condo was gorgeous spacious and near everything! I will definitely be staying there again

Everything was great with Dennis and the property. The property is very easy to get to from the freeway and in a perfect location to I drive and Universal. The facility was extremely clean and provided a very comfortable setting. I would definitely book this property again as we make several trips to the Orlando area Dennis definitely made my first AirBnB a positive one. Thanks Again!!

Exactly as advertised! Nice and clean apartment and resort neighborhood with plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and attractions. Once booked, the host emailed and texted me to explain details about check-in/out, keys, gate codes, etc... great convenience and privacy!

I absolutely loved this apartment and the property overall, it is situated right next to the pool and lake area. Walking distance from Public supermarket and only 5 minute drive to international drive. Stay here if you want to have a memorable vacation.

The host was direct, concise and quick to respond especially since this literally was a last minute booking. The process was seamless and I would most definitely come back without a doubt. The home was spacious and ideal for families with pets and so convenient to the resorts at Disney.

Dennis was great- he responded to my messages very quickly and answered all questions. We were able to check in early, which was a plus. The condo is great; the rooms were comfortable, amenities were good, and everything was exactly how it was shown in the photos. The location is perfect! 10 minute drive to Universal, 10-15 drive to downtown, and we loved being near Publix, Walgreens, etc. I would certainly book with Dennis in Vista Cay next time I visit Orlando.
