I wished the tvs were smart as said by the host, the area is very noisy with screaming and crying kids at 4am. Location is great and the BNB was very beautiful. The host was very communicative throughout the whole process

If your traveling to Orlando this is definitely the place to stay. Me and my friends went to Orlando for spring break and were so fortunate to get a place like this on such short notice. Everything was clean, the rooms and bathroom were nice and it felt like a quaint little bungalow. It was a nice little home away from home that we never wanted to leave.

This condo was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (although we only needed 3 beds). Very clean and open floor plan. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pans, plates, etc for cooking dinner. Beds comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms which were nice. Laundry was convenient. Towels for the pool provided as well. Pool and hot tub area very close and nice. Only negative comment was the lack of sound proofing on the windows. I could hear conversations and people talking outside in the parking area one night. Monday morning must be garbage pickup because I could hear beeping noises from the trucks backing up at 4:30 am. Luckily that was only 1 night of our stay!

Dennis' condo exceeded my expectations. This is beautiful. Feels like a pleasant atmosphere. Clean, expanded, has everything you can enjoy with your family. Yes, you have children, they will love it because the pool is very much. The entire condo looks clean and if you have any questions they will answer you quickly. Love the washing machine and a dryer. I highly recommend them.

Communication was great. Place was tidy, homey, and we were provided with everything we’d need for our stay down to little details. It was also within reasonable distance to Universal and other attractions. Pool was clean. 100% would stay again.

If you want to visit all local attractions like Sea World, Universal and Disney World this is a much closer place to stay and uber or lyft is much cost effective. A quiet place to relax with beautiful scenery.

the place is very clean, comfortable beds and well kept. however, do not expect the host to accommodate you in any way as far as check in or check out. our tv and toilet broke and they did nothing except make excuses. claimed they needed at least 24 hours in oder to address the complaint. poor customer service

The house is clean and very spacious. It says it can sleep 8 but it looks like it could fit more. Really nice location not to far from international drive. We saved gas because we had the perfect driving distance from the activities. Host is awesome and responds quickly.

This is a great place to stay, very convenient to the airport and also Universal, which is 10-15 minutes away and extremely easy to get to. You can use the pool and hot tub there, and there is also a workout room and a game room, as well as a nice walk/jog path. You can walk to a grocery store and there are many, many restaurants just a 5-10 minute drive away. This condo faces the parking lot, but it was not noisy. Everything was clean and check in and check out were very easy.

We’ve stayed in quiet a few units at Vista Cay Resort but, this one was the best one! The hardwood floors, custom paint, beautiful furniture, plush bath towels and super comfy beds make it a 10!!! Better than the description, this unit will be tops on our list when we book VCR for Orlando travel! Thank you for a perfect stay!

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was AMAZING!! I had a lot of questions leading up to my trip and Dennis was very helpful with the whole process. Arrival and check-in was a seamless process as we were able to find the location without an issue. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable - I felt like I was right at home. My family and I enjoyed the pool and fitness center which was great! I would definitely book this Airbnb again!

Everything is excellent from the condo itself, to the surrounding area and amenities! Full size kitchen with glasses, silverware, cookware and a Publix nearby help avoid the need to each out every meal as well!

I loved this place! It was perfect for our business trip at the Orange County Convention Center. Great location not far from restaurants and shopping. I walked to Publix shopping center and got my nails done!

Great house We have three good value for money in the neighborhood and the room are gated. Very safe and free parking downstairs. There is plenty of parking space to Universal Studios is less than twenty minutes very convenient The room is super clean decoration is better than the pictures. I will definitely stay again if I go to Orlando.

The condo is awesome! Right in the middle of all the attractions with plenty of restaurants and other activities nearby. The only downfall was there wasn't any cookwear. Dennis was also Awesome. Very expedient with any of our issues. Will recommend.

Came here with some friends for a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, and we had a great stay. It was walking distance to the convention center and it is everything that is described in the listing. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Great place!

the host is very friendly and always replies your questions very quickly. I love the cozy apartment and the traffic is very convenient, you can reach Disney with in 25 minutes and Universal studio within 15 minutes by uber.

Dennis made it very easy to book. The unit had everything we needed for our business travel. As a fellow airbnb host, I especially appreciated his easy to understand guides and rules. His approach to the home sharing process made the entire experience enjoyable. The location is very secure and within 2/10 of a mile of the Convention Center's North concourse. One member of our group use the gym and clubhouse and said it was good. When we return for IAAPA 2017 I am going to try to book here again.

The location was ideal for our purposes - very near to the convention center. The multiple pools were great for relaxing. The walkable Publix was really one of the deciding factors, and turned out to be even more important because, while the apartment is large and very comfortable, it doesn't come with some very basic long-stay amenities like salt and pepper.

Dennis is very communicative and sent an amazingly detailed email with all of the instructions for check in. The condo was perfect upon arrival. Very clean, and the table was even set! The heated pool and hot tub are amazing and stay open until 11pm which was more then accommodating. During the trip, I had to ask Dennis a question and he responded within 5 minutes of me sending the message. Universal is 7 mins away and a $5.50 uber ride. The airport is 15 mins away and a $22 uber ride. Would definitely recommend if you're headed to Orlando for Universal and the Harry Potter experience :)

We had a wonderful holiday vacation at this property. Dennis was very helpful, gracious and accommodating to our needs. We appreciated his attentiveness to our trip plans. The property was close to everything and one of the very best parts was the grocery store within walking distance. Very convenient to save on eating out!!! We had just enough space for our family and would definitely stay at the Vista Cay Villas again. Thanks Dennis! :)
