Good stay over all! Good location and everything was similar to what was described in the listing. The appliances are quite old, but we didn’t plan on doing much cooking or anything so it didn’t bother us. Bigger issue was that the WiFi was completely unusable during our stay, with speeds of less than 1 mbps. However, the host was very responsive, apologetic, and proactive to figure out a solution. They couldn’t get the WiFi signal working in the apartment (I guess it’s a shared system with the whole building), but they did go out and acquire a mobile WiFi hotspot for us to use during our stay. This was generally an inconvenience, but I’m quite satisfied with how the host handled the situation.

Perfect combination or privacy and togetherness for a girls getaway with 9 ladies! Everyone had their own private room and bed and the 3 apartments were the only ones floor so we could keep the doors open if we wanted. Each unit had 2 full bathrooms, large living area and kitchen. Location was fantastic. Apartments were very clean and comfortable. About 10 min walk to Passeig de Gràcia and about 20 to the Gothic Quarter. It was close enough to attractions but not near the louder tourist areas. Hosts were very responsive and so nice. Simple breakfast of coffee and sandwich/pastry provided next door. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect accommodation!

The hosts did their best to accommodate our party of 8 that included just 2 couples. Extra bedding was provided for the couch and the host did go the extra mile to order an air mattress for our use, although we paid for it, so now there is one available for your use! The location was not central to most of the tourist activities, although it is not a long walk or metro to get to where the action is. This is in a very neighborhood-y area, and it was great that it is next to one of the premier markets in the area, so, if you like a more quite part of town and are cooking yourselves, the location is great. Katarina checked us in and she was great, the hosts accommodated us with early bag check.

nice place, very clean and luminous with a nice patio deck on the top floor to take in sun on. the flat is near a market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables to cook at home. this a is perfect place for a family or small group of friends. very safe neighborhood and close to shopping and restauraunts.

We spent four nights here at Daniels and right from the start his communication was great. The apartment is in a good location and everything is in walking distance and you can be in the gothic area in 20 minutes walk which you don’t notice as you take in all of the architecture on the way. The beds are amazingly comfortable but I would advise some ear plugs as it does get noisy from the traffic on the street. Air con worked great and all of the kitchen equipment was great, even coffee pods for the coffee machine! Thanks you for a wonderful stay Damien, we had an incredible trip all made better by having a place so comfortable to come back to.

Amazing experience. The number one issue which made this property stand out is the service provided by Damien and his staff. As an airline family we travel frequently and appreciate how effortless it was to check in and how easy it was to communicate with Damien’s team. The apartment was perfect for us. Very clean and centrally located for tourists. The Bra Cafe was a great touch to help us get the day started with a breakfast sandwich and a café. Also we highly recommend Nine, the restaurant right next to the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment!!!

The apartment is clean, functional and well located. Damian and the staff in charge are very attentive. But it is also very small, it is furnished with just the necessary and it is impersonal. It's nobody's home and we never feel at home. We noticed this when we moved to another apartment. We wouldn't like to stay in the one again.

Goog location and clean appartmen. Some pictures are a bit misleading though (the appartmenr and furniture is quite old) and terrace is not accessible directly from the flat. It’s a a common rooftop terrace for the whole building. The living room is very noisy with traffic in the morning.

There is staff to assist with checkin, included breakfast at a neighborhood cafe, and replenished towels everyday. I stayed here for 4 days with work colleagues for a business trip and it was better than staying in a hotel.

Damien's apartment is amazing! Clean and modern with everything you need for a short stay. The building is safe and easy to locate and you are close by to lots of shops. Damien was the perfect host and Maria was extremely helpful with access to the apartment and for suggestions in Barcelona. The apartment's location in the L'Example neighborhood is ideal and close to most of the major attractions and dining in this incredible city. Simply put, Barcelona is the most spectacular city that I have ever visited. Even though Picasso Suites is perfectly located in a very safe and vibrant neighborhood, you will want to get out on foot, metro and cab to see all this city has to offer.

This is a fantastic apartment. Looks just like the pictures. Great views, perfect location. AC was cool in all rooms. Very comfy beds. The rooftop patio is awesome! Wish we had more time just to lounge around the premises, but we were on a sight-seeing rampage. Damien and his staff were quite helpful and friendly. Damien's restaurant recommendations were top notch. There is a 100% chance I'll stay here next time I'm in town.

The host was very helpful and hospitable. They even helped surprise my mom with my dad's visit, making the room available for us early and arranging for us to meet at the right time which was really great and made the experience that much better for us! The apartment was also located in a great spot closer to La Sagrada Familia and near metros, even though we used taxis most of the time. The apartment is as depicted in the pictures, and the only con was that noise does travel very easily in the building so we could here the people above and to the sides of us which was a bit disruptive in the late night/early morning. However, overall we had a great experience and felt very comfortable. It was a great choice for us!

This was a great apartment, in a great location, comfortable walking distance to las Ramblas, Paseig de Gracia ( where La Pedrera is) and Plaza Catalunya, exactly as described! Damien and his team were very helpful and kind, so was the super of the building. The whole process was smooth and flawless, from arrival to entering the building to parking . The market adjoining the building is wonderful, and so is the bakery across the street! Felt like a local in Barcelona, I look forward to returning to Picasso Suites for a longer stay!

Ideally located, with a market at the foot of the building and 2 steps from the center. Very good welcome with a bottle of Cava and water upon our arrival and every morning a coffee and pastries at the local cafe. Karolina and Maria were responsive and gave us a little more time at check-out, as no one was coming after us. The apartment is clean and well organised.

The apartment is spacious, modern and elegantly furnished. In our case, we had special requirements because my brother is in a wheelchair. The apartment is largely wheelchair accessible, even if the bathroom is not a "disabled-friendly" bathroom. Bienvenido a Delycia, una casa completamente renovada pensada para su bienestar. The apartment is in a central location. There are endless shopping opportunities. The Sagrada Familia is within easy walking distance. The transfer to and from the airport was perfect, we can only recommend it. Karolina was also available at all times. The apartment can absolutely be recommended.

While everything went smoothly (airport pick-up and drop-off, keycards and breakfast tokens ready, baby cot set up, as requested), the place itself wasn't *quite* the luxury it looked in the pictures. The AC worked well, but the wifi was weak and didn't work in the sitting area. It's not quite as cozy as staying in someone's home, but there also aren't the perks of staying in a hotel, i.e. we took out our own trash, bought our own toilet paper, no linen service (we stayed 5 nights). However, there was enough space for us all (4 adults and 1 toddler), and Damien and Karolina were friendly and responsive. The breakfast is a sandwich or croissant and a coffee or juice. My in-laws visited the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed it. There is a market two doors down from the apartment, which was really fun. Also, there is a supermarket across the street and another just around the corner. Just past the Spar grocery store on the corner is a terrific tapas restaurant (De Tapa Madre) that is open all evening. Being unadapted to the Spanish schedule, this was a godsend! We went 3 nights in a row! The metro lines are also 5-10 minute walking, and nearly all areas of interest were just a few stops from there so we were fine with just a 10-journey, Zone 1, Barcelona travel card. All in all, it was a positive experience and aided us well in our visit.

We spent five days (five adults) in this apartment, in August 2014. The apartment is spacious, modern, without any particular character but quite comfortable and pleasant, exactly as described. Impeccable cleanliness. The market just down the building is very convenient for daily needs. Breakfast included (1 coffee or tea + 1 croissant or sandwich) is convenient too. The location is excellent for discovering Barcelona. Quiet and elegant area (the noise of traffic is less loud than elsewhere but you are in the city anyway). It is possible to leave your luggage in storage. Damien and his team are efficient and friendly. The price is quite high but we can't say if we could have found the same for less. Recommended

This was my second time at Picasso Suites - They are very professional, excellent price-to-quality flats, in a good location, next to a fantastic market. This time I chose a three bedroom flat for a group of 3 co-workers to stay in during a business trip. Everyone had a pleasant private room, for a fraction of the cost of three hotel rooms.

We've just returned from 3 nights in one of the Picasso Suites apartments. The apartment was exactly as described very stylish and very clean. The location was great very easy to walk or get the metro to everywhere we wanted to go, the market next store is great. Damien and his team were very efficient and quick to respond to any queries. Karolina was available in in Can60 in the mornings should you want to speak to someone in person. The staff in Can60 where you had your breakfast where also very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
