Our 3-bedroom apartment at Picasso Suites was an economical choice for my family of four. After long days of touring, my family preferred gathering together in an apartment versus separate hotel rooms. Picasso Suites is centrally located to most of the top tourist sights in Barcelona. The rooftop terrace, with a view of Família Sagrada, was a wonderful bonus. The light breakfast available just across the street at 365 was a perfect start to our days. There are many nearby restaurants, mini supermarkets, shops, and Concepcio Market. With a mid-morning arrival in Barcelona, we were fortunate that our unit was ready early and Damien allowed us to check-in early. Otherwise, the luggage storage offered by Picasso Suites would have been very handy. Damien and his staff were responsive and friendly. Overall, a great weeklong stay for us at Picasso Suites!

Great apartment within a 30 min walk of most major sites within Barcelona. Close to metro stops. Is next door to a local market. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store within the area. The apartment building isn’t very well marked, but we found it without too much trouble. The check in was very smooth and we appreciated being able to get in slightly before the official check-in time. The beds are comfortable and the towels are big and fluffy! The neighborhood is lovely with lots of things within walking distance as well as 2 metro stops close by. The street noise wasn’t terrible and the rooftop terrace was lovely. One of the showers is quite small- we called it the coffin shower! But we were able to get clean and that’s what’s important. The instructions were very clear and we appreciated the breakfast tokens for the cafe around the corner as well as the welcome champagne. The market right across the street was very convenient.

This place does not have a private patio. While it does not claim to have a private patio, in fairness, one could be easily led to believe it might due to the first three pictures in the listing being of what is a patio shared by the entire building. That said, this unit was fine for a quick stay to Barcelona and was in a pretty solid location.

Great stay, wonderful location. The onsite team was very helpful from check in and during our stay. We had one small issue with the AC and they were quick to fix it and handled it very professionally. I would stay there again and certainly take advantage of the beautiful sunset views from the rooftop. It is like a hidden oasis right in the middle of beautiful Barcelona. Look out at Sagrada or toward the ocean. Step outside and go 10 feet to the awesome Baroque De La Concepcion grocers market. It’s way more than a normal grocery store. Great stay in a great city!

Damien's team was very helpful and responsive whenever we had any issues. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived but they helped us with our bags. They also allowed us early checkin and stored our luggage after check out. Overall the team was very helpful.

Damien and the staff in the building were so responsive and helpful. The flat was clean and tidy. Two things can be improved: The building number is not shown on top of the building door, so it's not easy to find the first time. Secondly, it would be great to have some coffee pods for the coffee machine offered during our stay. We had chips to drink one coffee in the nearest cafe but since there was a coffee machine, it would be great to have some pods in the kitchen.

Damian & Karolina were great hosts. The appartment were as promised Rooftop terrace was a nice extra space to enjoy the nice weather and some drinks. The day before my arrival Damian confirmed that we were allowed to check-in well before the check-in time which was very convenient. They were also very flexible for my check-out time. Quick responses through the app, friendly and caring hosts. They made us feel right at home

We were a group of seven and enjoyed the central location and the rooftop terrace the most. Although it was technically shared, we were mostly alone there. The apartment had enough beds, a good equipped kitchen and there was enough space for the seven of us. One thing to consider is the notice of the street (by traffic)in front of the building that can be an issue if you are sensitive. In one room we could not adjust the window shutter/blinds,but this is was just a minor thing. Damien and his coworkers were easy to reach and answered our question without hesitation. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

OUR APARMENT WAS ROBBED WHILE WE WERE OUT. DO NOT STAY HERE. We lost our passports and are stranded in Spain, have missed our flight back home to the states. Our laptops and other devices have been stolen. We are missing work and school and have to hustle to get emergency help.

This location was wonderful! Right next door to the most spectacular market selling everything you could want- wine, cheese, meat, breads, pastries, fresh local fruits and veggies. Beware it is closed on sundays, so are a lot of shops in the area. The communication was wonderful with Damien and his team. They were able to accommodate a later checkout due to our flight and we appreciated it greatly!! The beds were very comfy!! The rooftop terrace is a shared space but anytime we were up there no one was there with us. Beautiful views from the rooftop! It was a wonderful stay overall! Many thanks!

The apartment is very clean, well located. Self check-ins are convenient as well as breakfast in the bar next door. Communication with Damien is excellent. The only downside to our stay was the neighbors: a group of young people who came to party all the night. The soundproofing is not good, we practically did not sleep on the 1st night. Too bad because everything was great otherwise.

Damien's apartment was perfect for our group of six adults and one toddler. Very clean, modern, and the air conditioning worked great! The rooftop deck is fantastic! Gorgeous view of Gracia and Sagrada Familia. Location is great and right next door to a large market. The extra touch of tokens for BraCafe were so nice to have. Our group would give Damien's place more stars if we were able!

We enjoyed 3 nights in Barcelona at Picasso suites. We found the location ideal and all amenities nearby. We walked to Sagrada Família one evening. The roof top deck was the perfect spot for dinner one evening. Beds are comfortable and there are two wall mounted air conditioning units that cover most of the apartment. Two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Damien left a bottle of water and wine in the fridge for us upon arrival. The apartment worked out well for us. The building concierge staff were extremely helpful getting us a cab to the airport etc.

This apt was a dream . Very clean and modern. Everything was close by. Damien was very responsive . There were some Thudding from upstairs at night but was ok for us . We had one toilet with flush problems but was manageable and they tried fixing it whenever we asked. The bfast downstairs was only coffee and one croissant not elaborate but was a help. All in all - a great place . Would definitely return and recommend .

Cute location! Right next door to an amazing restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner. Also, walkable to many other restaurants, shops and sites.The apartment looks like the photos. It’s a pretty standard and clean place. Accessing keys upon arrival was very easy in case you may be getting to town a bit late. Had a lovely stay

The Picasso Suites are in a perfect location! Close to many of the architectural musts (Sagrada, Casa Battlo, Casa Mila) and a quick train ride away from everything else. The metro stop is just a few mins walk away. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic - dinner there is a must!!

Our stay at Damien’s apartment was a great experience. We had our family of 5 adults stay in it and had plenty of room. The rooftop terrace was a great option to relax outside and sip on cava! The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the train station and go anywhere.

The place is within a 10 minute walk from most Barcelona attractions. Check-in and -out was very easy and convenient. The shared rooftop patio was perfect for an evening wine and some quite time. We all enjoyed our stay at Damien’s place. The location was excellent and we walked to many of the main attractions. The market and supermarket being so close was very handy as we cooked some meals at home. The roof top terrace was the highlight for us during our stay and we used the area a lot. The restaurant Nine 9 next door provides an excellent set menu meal. Consider bringing ear plugs as we found the road noise outside and movement within other apartments a little difficult at night. Towels were plentiful and fluffy and responses from the Picasso team were excellent and helpful.

My friends and I stayed at Picasso Suites for one night before heading Sitges, and prior to our visit, Damien was really helpful by immediately responding to any questions and or inquiries we had, which made my trip-planning process less stressful. He and Maria went above what I expected in regards to earlier check-in and later check-out times. We really appreciated their flexibility. And the extra amenities offered, particularly the transport from the airport to the suite, was a great perk that I hadn't experienced with other Airbnb rentals. All these things, including the location to tourist attractions, including the Sagrada Familia, made our stay even better.

Great stay! Our initial apartment had not been ready upon arrival however they were very quick to accommodate us with an almost identical apartment one door down. Extremely clean throughout with good linens and towels. This is in an excellent location with two metro lines within a short walk. Felt very safe in the surrounding areas. My only advice would be to avoid the pre-purchased groceries as there are a lot of local shops immediately next door where you will be able to get a better selection and value. Highly recommend!

Staying at Picasso Suites was a great experience. The location was central and we felt so safe. Communication before and during the stay was remarkable. This is one of the best Airbnb property I have ever stayed. Host was very responsive and always available for any help. Apartment has all the facilities and excellent view from the roof. Metro station is nearby and you can walk to top attractions from the apartment. Very good restaurants are available next to house. Will stay again in my next trip to Barcelona.

Welcome package with a bottle of cava, and free breakfasts, in a cafe close to the apartment . 7 min walk to paseig de gracia and 13 min taxi to El Born. These are bunch of apartments that are large, clean and air conditioned (very important for summer months). We fit perfectly as a family of 4, close by shops and Passeig de Gracia. It feels more like a hotel than a personal apartment but that worked fine for us. Thank you Karolina for accommodating our early check in.

This apartment was quite comfortable and quite large. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this was the most luxurious apartment on our vacation. The air conditioning was very welcome. Communication and checkin was very good. Location was very central to shops, grocery and tourists attractions.
