The location is really great for a family. We enjoyed the accommodation very much. Small comment is that the air conditioning system is in the living room and the 3 bedrooms are not directly adjacent so the temperature is somewhat uneven, but for the rest everything was perfect. The sofa in the living room is a little old-fashioned and deserves a refresh but we were not in the accommodation full-time so it didn't bother us. We enjoyed our stay very much and the restaurants and shops around the apartment.

The host is very responsive and the apartment is very nice, clean and fits the description. The only black spot was the power outage for 12 hours (so no light or hot water but due to a neighborhood breakdown) and one shower out on two without hot water when the electricity came back. Everything else was perfect. In addition, we were compensated for the various problems. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic location right next to a wonderful market and easy to get to fun parts of town without necessarily being in the middle of crowds. Complementary breakfasts at the corner cafe were great, and the rooftop provided an amazing view of La Sagrada Familia. Staff was very accommodating of our large group, and would highly recommend to others.

Damien is definitely one of the best hosts I’ve had from airbnb. He was so accommodating, the place was big and clean. He responds immediately and makes sure you are pleased with everything. Would highly recommend! The place is 15 min from the sagrada familia and 3 min from the metro - incredible location! Fyi one of the bedrooms the bed is slightly smaller so its better suited for two kids or 1 person.

This is a wonderful well-equipped apartment perfectly located in the Eixample right next to the Conceptio market and its adjacent supermercado. Superb pastry shops across the street and great free breakfasts around the corner to eat there or take out. The hosts could not be better and helped us with several problems of our own making very promptly and with charm as well as patience. There are three nearby metro stations (Girona, Verdaguer, and Passeig de Gracia) enabling you to go quickly to virtually any part of the city.

Spacious apartment. Lovely. Everything you could need is there. Really a gem and I'll be back for sure. Overall everything in this apartment was flawless, spotless, spacious and just a total treat. One thing to consider though is that the balcony posted in the photos doesn't belong to the apartment directly, but the building itself.

Comfortable 3 night stay. Easy host communication with simple check in and out. Nice location giving easy walking to Gothic district and Sagrada Familia. Fast wifi for Zoom calls. Comfy beds and excellent shared roof deck. We never cooked with all the excellent restaurant and bistro options around.

Great location near some fun major avenues, close to a Metro stop, and the Concepció market is right next door and very cool. The neighborhood is a little less touristic than some, but still close to the sights, and has tons of great shopping and dining. The shared roof deck is enormous and a great feature. Checkin and checkout were all super smooth. And the free breakfast at BraCafe was a special touch! Also, everything was sparkling clean! Thank you to Damien and your whole team for a lovely stay!

Location, location, location... We not only loved the apartment, but the location could not be beat. We loved being in a quieter, less touristy area while still having access to EVERYTHING we needed. The market is literally next door, the breakfast cafe is two doors down and the streets are safe and quiet. We were still able to walk (or very short cab ride) to every thing that we wanted to visit without feeling like we were right in the middle of all the tourist traps. The apartment was not only exactly as pictured but the staff was phenomenal. They were there for any questions we had or for anything we needed. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona. It really is a gem and we cannot wait to go back!

A great stay. Damien was able to accommodate 8 of us last minute. The location is great, place super clean, beds comfortable, and a large space. Nice to have more than one bath with so many people. His recommendation to eat at the restaurant “nine” right next door, was spot on.

From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent: prompt communication, cava waiting for you in the fridge, all the amenities you could need in the apartment. Great place, prefect location, less than 20 min ride to go the beaches or Barceloneta, the flat is really clean and there was a bottle of Cava at our arrival in the fridge, definitely a great attention. The roof top is totally worth it and the area is somewhat quiet, so it is awesome to finish the nigh there (or the early morning...). It is super clean and having electronic key cards instead of regular keys added convenience. I recommend.

Damien is amazing! Provided accurate instructions for checkin , decorated the apartment to celebrate my mom's birthday with balloons, cakes, wine which was a huge surprise for us. They gave awesome recommendations for restaurants, local tours and guidelines. In addition, Damien flexibility was awesome and allowing us to keep our luggage longer in the unit as our flight was in the evening. The apartment was flawless and as advertises, big rooms, comfy, A/C, elevator, and great comfort in the three bedrooms. The LOCATION is spot on, and walking distance to Sagrada Familia, and 5 mins taxi to Gothic Quarter as well as many many awesome coffee shops and tons of amazing streets nearby. I'll be coming back for sure due to the kindness, professionalism, integrity and truth in advertising which I really appreciate as well as the super centric location.

Perfect Location! Our home base in Barcelona was convenient to the metro and was easily walkable to both Sagrada Família and Passeig de Gràcia. Responsive hosts and spacious apartment and enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace every evening. Would highly recommend!

Our party of 8, including a toddler and two children, stayed here very comfortably. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host even left a bottle of Cava for our arrival in the refrigerator. There was a terrace with incredible views of Barcelona. Location was perfect. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants in the area but the best perk was the market located just next to our building. Damien arranged transportation to and from the airport for us as well. We highly recommend Picasso Suites and hope to return.

These apartments are awesome! They are spacious, clean and the beds are really comfortable. The location is great! It was walking distance to a lot of places we wanted to visit, and also close to the metro if we needed to travel further. The hosts were quick to respond with any question I had and were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay in Barcelona.

The short version is that I would definitely stay with Damien again. The location of the Picasso Suites apartment building is very good. Its roughly halfway between the Sagrada Familia and the Placa Catalonya, so we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see. But, there are two nearby metro lines if you need them. The apartment has two modern bathrooms with great showers, comfortable beds, and fast WiFi. Check-in with a key code and lock box was a breeze. There is a terrific fresh food market located right next door too. There was a concierge on site and available through WhatsApp to help us during our stay. Very highly recommended.

The flat was as described; well presented and clean - the access to roof terrace is nice to have and the included breakfast was also appreciated. It is well connected to several Metro lines and is a good place to base yourself for exploring Barcelona. Check in and check out was easy and flexible and Karolina is very welcoming!

Damien and his team (Maria and Karolina) were fantastic hosts. Communications were always rapid and constant. The location is excellent and their relationship with barcafe, which offers a free breakfast every morning was great! The buidling and apartment were clean, comfortable and there was always someone from the team in the lobby to assist with anything. Loved my stay at picasso suites and would definitely stay there again for either business or fun during my next visit to Barcelona. I highly recommend it.

Great location and place. The apartment is close to several metro stops and easy access to central areas. You can see Sagrada Família from the terrace! The view from the living room is wonderful. The beds are cozy and all three are about the same size. The largest bedroom has a great view, same as living room, but is the only bedroom that gets street noise. So it’s a trade off. The other two are quiet and overlook the interior apartments. Shower and bathroom are well appointed with great water pressure. There are doors to separate the different living/bedroom areas which provide extra privacy. Great value.

This was a great experience. Our only regret is we could not stay longer. This is a great location close enough to all areas but just far enough to be quieter and out of all the tourist areas and busy areas when we wanted to be. Everything was exactly as Damien said it was and they went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. Karolina was so very helpful. We arranged transportation through Damien and Andy was there to take our group and 12 SUITCASES to the airport exactly as planned. A great experience all around. The rooftop terrace was amazing with a view of The Sagrada Familia in the distance. Lovely! May is a wonderful time to be in Barcelona. Cool morning and evenings and warm days.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is modern and in excellent condition. There was staff downstairs during the day who were very friendly and always helpful. The neighborhood is quite nice right next door to the Concepcio' food market which has excellent selections of fresh food and prepared food. It is in walking distance of many of the main attractions of Barcelona.
