The place is large and well equipped with comfy beds, AC and view. Very walkable and in the heart of the city, yet not a loud neighborhood. Host was flexible, easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the stay.

Had a great stay here this past weekend. The area was perfect. A little outside the hustle and bustle of Gotic and a perfect starting place. We love to walk and walked everywhere but cabs were easy to find and fairly inexpensive. Highly recommend

The apartment is in a good area and we felt safe and comfortable. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds and linens. The living room was not a room we wanted to sit and hang out in. It was clean and fine, but for us, not particularly inviting. There was Good power in the one shower we used. We appreciate the tokens at the downstairs shop for coffee ( I had tea ) and a croissant or sandwich in the morning. They even had oatmilk! We used the washing machine and it flooded. Ignasio was so nice and helpful and they offered to have our clothes laundered etc. we found the company to be very responsive and everyone we met and spoke with were lovely people and the building, which is all air and b's is very professionally run. I left my adapter and Damien mailed it to me. I appreciated that.

The apartment is fantastic for a large family. The space was clean. The AC worked great. The welcoming on very short notice was fantastic, 30 minute notice and all arrangements to leave a bag were well taken care of. The host was very responsive, and even checked on us during our stay. There are many walkable places to eat and see nearby, and it is easy to get to and from with transportation. All in all a great experience, and they were a life saver when our other place not from Airbnb burned us on our stay.

Thanks to Damien for hosting us in his apartment, it is very clean, spacious, the bedding is of very good quality, and located in a great area of Barcelona. Only downside, the insulation of the windows is of poor quality, so the apartment is noisy.

Really great location. Clean apartment with the basics, fine spot to lay the head down when visiting Barcelona. Damien and his team were very thorough and communicative during the booking and check-in process. Only reason we have 4 stars instead of 5 was the air conditioning - only one room in the apartment has air conditioning (and not a super strong unit); the bedrooms did not have AC. So it was quite hot, and we had some trouble sleeping at night. Damien and his team provided fans in the bedrooms, which helped a bit. But just would want to give people this awareness before booking (we purposefully tried to book a place with full AC and paid extra money to do so, so we were a bit disappointed with the AC situation when it seemee different than advertised). Overall though, a good stay, and we appreciate Damien's help and hospitality!

Stayed here for one night before my flight back to the States. The place is in a great location. Markets right outside for food, etc. My family and I felt very safe in this apartment. It was spacious and well stocked. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Gothic Quarter or La Rambla or do some shopping. I would definitely stay here longer if I come again to Barcelona. Check in process was very easy. We had no issues during our stay.

A very comfortable large apartment with everything you need. We even cooked our dinner there and had a big dinner table to eat. Large dishwasher and fridge was very convenient. Two bathrooms provided us a great comfort. Communal terrace upstairs we didn’t use, so can’t say much about it. A big two floor supermarket is two blocks away. We will certainly would like to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Picasso Suites. The location can't be beat. Walking distance to everything, metro two blocks away, great restaurants and bars all around. The place was clean and quiet and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Where to start? Damien provided immediate communication thanking us for booking and offering to help in any way. It started with simple things like where is the local Gym and Spa, which he accurately provided. I then needed an earl check-in and he was happy to accommodate. The unit was as described, clean and very well located. The night before we departed, I messaged Damien for a late check out because our flight was in the evening and he was quick to respond and accommodate. The morning of our departure and with little notice, I asked the on premise support team for transpiration and they quickly arranged it. The staff was simply amazing and our experience was great. Hoping to be back next year!!!

Had a great stay at Damien's place. Checkin was super smooth. When I said that bedrooms overlooking the street may be an issue because of noise, Karolina immediately moved us to another apartment in the same building, a bigger one with no additional cost. The light breakfast and parking included into the price were very thoughtful, the wifi was fast and the heating worked well. The location is great, you have everything around the corner: Rambla, El Nacional, Cerveseria Catalana, all my favorite places in Barcelona! Cannot really complain about anything even if I wanted to :) Thank you, guys!

Damien was friendly, very helpful and professional. The communication and check in was very easy. The apartment is AMAZING, we loved the roof terrace in particular. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Added extras like a bottle of cava in the fridge and free breakfast and coffee in the cafe downstairs made it a wonderful stay. I'd definitely go again!

We had a great few days in Barcelona. Damien 's apartment is centrally located in a safe and busy part if the town. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance at your doorstep. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The roof terrace was a nice spot to hang out after a day if sightseeing. All our questions were answered immediately and more than friendly. We would definitely recooked this place! Thanks for having us!

The description of the apartment is as per the reality. It is very close to the city center and for that it is very appreciated. The only downside is that breakfast is in a bar/restaurant right next door. Not hearty enough and not enough choice.

Picasso Suites is located in a wonderful part of Barcelona. This is a building filled with Airbnb suites, so fairly basic in set up. The staff was very efficient. We were without Internet for one day, but it was fixed the next, though speed very slow. While you get a cup of coffee and Danish at the Cafe next door, I'd skip it. Not great and not worth the trip each morning. The restaurant next the the apt called Nine was excellent and worth a dinner. Apt very central to everything. Apt was quiet and large - great for two couples sharing.

Perfect central location. Line 4 metro stop (Girona) a 5-minute walk away, very convenient. The shopping street and Casa Batlló are a 5-minute walk away. The perfect place – clean, fragrant and comfortable, with everything you could need. A complimentary Cava bottle in the fridge and a perfect breakfast at the bar downstairs. What can I say? 10/10+

We had a great stay at Damien's place in Barcelona. I came with my husband and two other couples and we had plenty of space for the group. We arrived late at night so it was nice and easy that we could get the keys from the security box and not have to worry about picking them up from the host. We also appreciated that we could have a late check out and leave our bags in the apartment until our early evening flight. The apartment was great, we appreciated the bottle of champagne and water and loved the tokens for breakfast downstairs! Good location as well. Would highly recommend for other groups traveling to Barcelona.

Everything was 1st class. Apartment, location, amenities & especially Damien himself. Communication is important to us when staying in a new country with airbanb. Damien replied very promptly to any questions we had. He also provided a very detailed itinary & suggested places to visit & eat. The apartment was everything the photos & Damien’s description indicated, very elegantly furnished in the simple modernist style we prefer. It also has a wonderful roof terrace. The location meant that we were central enough to go in any direction with ease. Having a large market next door was an added bonus along with tokens for a free sandwich or pastry & drink each morning. The concierge at the apartment suit were onhand to help with any questions & were outstanding. We will recommend Damien & the wonderful apartment to any of our family & friends who are planning a visit to Barcelona. Thank you again Damien for making our family holiday such a perfect time in Barcelona.

Lovely apartment with an amazing roof terrace for that evening glass of wine!! Fantastic location, very close to Sagrada Familia, bars and restaurants and metros so easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and use again. We were lucky as there was a festival on whilst we were there in the surrounding streets so there was a great atmosphere everywhere .

Damians apartments are the perfect location for a short or longer stay in Barcelona. Easy access, helpful advice by Karolina. Please note that the roof top terrace is shared with the rest of the house which I didn't realize at the time of the booking. We'd definitely come back.

Very nice apartment in a charming and quiet area, right next to a beautiful flower market. Everything is perfectly set to welcome us a little note with explanations in the mailbox. The apartment is located a 10-15 min walk from Les Remblas, breakfast is provided by a small bar at the corner of the building. Lovely roof terrace with views of the Sagrada. Everything was perfect! Little regret we didn't see anyone on arrival or departure!

Damien runs a professional five star service. The management systems in place with all the clear instructions, information and follow up emails are impressive. The apartment was spacious and exactly as described. It would have been ideal if the terrace was private...... Good location and good quality acommodation. This was my first Airbnb booking so I was apprehensive. I needn't have been. The description and pictures were accurate and information in the lead up to departure helpful with queries answered by return. The Picasso suite was fine for the three of us. It was adequately and simply furnished, the beds were comfortable but we could have done with a dressing table in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything needed. Importantly the whole place was spotlessly. A nice gesture was the chilled water and bottle of cava in the fridge on arrival. The location next to a small covered market was an added attraction and a shortish walk to the Sagrada familia, La Pedrada and tourist buses. We all felt comfortable walking out late at night in this part of town. We were given vouchers to the nearby Bracafe for a free mid morning coffee and croissant. The downside was the drilling noise from adjacent building refurbishment which looks like it has a long way to go. A big bonus was the on-site management and the doorman who between them willingly helped us immediately we got out of the taxi on arrival and dealt with our queries, booked our taxi to the airport and stored our luggage on the last day. More like personal hotel service than an apartment. Gracias. To anyone reading this I would say Damien has provided an accurate summary of the Picasso suites.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Picasso Suites. We were picked up exactly as scheduled at the airport, welcomed by Maria in the lobby, shown the apartment and our welcome bottle of Cava. Apartment was spacious and had just about everything we needed. Neighborhood was lovely. All the services we needed were conveniently located. Breakfast coffee, a nice addition to the rental, was just downstairs. All of our food and household supplies could be bought at the market next door. We came and went through a large flower market each day. Couldn't have asked for more. The location was excellent. Most of the time, we walked to everything that we wanted to see. Other times, we took the metro. Neighborhood felt safe. We had no concerns about staying out late. Apartment was clean and well cared for. Extra towels were available when we asked. Maria scheduled our return airport taxi who arrived promptly at 4:30 AM. There were really no problems at all. Improvements: a little more light in one of the bedrooms; some additional drawers or shelves in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but all in all I'd stay again when in Barcelona.

Great location for metros, restaurants and sights. Tokens for breakfast were a nice touch. Market next door is nice and the fresh bread across the street is yummy! Staff in the lobby in the mornings were very helpful. We had a late flight and were able to stay in the apartment until departure - thanks for that! Apartment was comfortable and had all the basics you'd need for a short stay.

The apartment matches the listing. Breakfast included served in a very friendly coffee shop next to the building entrance. We were expecting a bubbly in the fridge. Damien's team was very friendly and thoughtful. The location is very good near the metro line and the neighborhood is very friendly with a municipal market next door and good cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at Picasso Suites was just wonderful. Location was the best. We walked about 10 miles a day during our 4 day stay. La Ramblas & Sagrada Familia a 15 minute walk in opposite directions. Great neighborhood with an awesome market next door & major retail streets within a 5 Minute wak. Caroline was very helpful. Apartment was as advertised. We were a party of 4 ages 35 to 69 & we loved it & Barcelona.

Very nice apartment and very clean. The doorman helped us when we came in, really nice guy. The apartment was big, with two bathrooms and the beds are very good too! The terrace is also lovely, it's a terrace that you share with the other apartments, but we almost didn't see anyone on it, so it was quite private with a nice view too. When we got out of the apartment the last day, our luggage was put safe away so we didn't have to carry it around. The metro is very near (Girona) and it was easy to find after getting out of the train at Passeig de Gràcia. If you want to try something awesome, there is a Japanese Ramen restaurant called Ramen-Ya-Hiro (Carrer de Girona, 164), you have to wait for an hour (it's a very small restaurant), but they give you beers while your waiting, awesome. Overall we enjoyed the apartment, the only downside I can think of was that the where building apartments next door. So we woke up at 8 in the morning because of the noise. But that won't be a problem for long I think. Thank you Damien and Harris Team! And last but not least, all the communication went so smoothly. My questions where answered very quickly.

Stayed for 5 nights. Location is fantastic, very convenient for most attractions. The Metro stations of Joanic (L4) & Passeig de Gracia (L3) are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment & there are lots of cafes & bars in the surrounding area. Very nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen meant we were able to cook a few meals. The apartment was clean and tidy & we had a comfortable stay here. Communication was excellent & very professional. The tokens, redeemable for coffee & croissants in the Bracafe, are a nice touch. The apartment block next door is being renovated, but work didn't start until 8am. Otherwise, the apartment was very quiet.

We were received by a person named Karolina who was extremely kind and requests! But the flat we booked was occupied by other people and we were relocated to another flat at another address. It was a smaller flat that did not adequately meet our needs as the flat previously booked by me catered for. The solution proposed by Karolina, representative of the lessor, was a partial refund. Although we set a time for the change of flat the next day, we were awakened 3 hours earlier by the cleaning staff who had the key to the flat where we were sleeping. It was a very awkward situation And we need to wait for the people who occupied the flat for us booked to leave and the place to be cleaned up so we can get in. After staying in the flat we booked, everything was great as originally planned, and there was even welcome wine and bubbly, but at the moment we have not been refunded.

Had the most brilliant time at the Picasso Suites ... The apartment was just perfect ... And in a fantastic location ... Handy for the Sagrada and other Gaudi sites and easily walkable into the main town area. Although the roof terrace was communal ... It didn't matter, there was plenty of space and seating for everyone and a perfect place to chill at the end of the day ... With cava Damien left for us in the fridge. We were very well looked after by Carolina and Maria ... Always available to deal with any queries via the mobile numbers. And so much easier having breakfast included.. We could just wander down to the cafe below us each morning and have our caffeine fix before venturing out into the heat of the capital. I can also recommend booking the airport transfer and the luggage storage ... Made it so much easier. I shall definitely recommend this apartment and airbnb .

Check-in worked smoothly. The whole team was very helpful and friendly at all times. The property is also on a great location. The metro and regional train (including Passeig de Gràcia) are located directly in the surrounding area. Next door is a small market hall and behind it is a supermarket where everything necessary can be bought. The roof terrace (not wheelchair accessible) is great even if you have to share it with the other guests. The place was in good condition and clean. What we were missing was a landline phone and the wifi connection was quite weak. There's a need for upgrading here. We are happy to recommend the place.

Bonjour, Spacious ,quiet and secure accommodation ( we were 5) very clean, well located next to the Girona metro 4 stations from the beach and 3 from the Gothic district, 30 minutes walk from the Rambla. Beautiful terrace with rooftop shower, we were greeted upon arrival by a charming person, magnetic card system for opening access doors and each his own, very convenient when there are several of us.... Breakfast included in a coffee shop just below the accommodation where the staff is very smiling and pleasant. In summary, I highly recommend this place, we had a great weekend

My friends and I had a great time staying here. The location was great as it felt a bit more authentic Barcelona than the touristy rambles area. We were so close to the metro that took us straight to the beach and could easily walk to all the other central areas so location was perfect. The apartment was really clean and tidy with everything we needed and we really enjoyed using the lovely roof terrace in the evenings for some sundowners. Damien was really friendly and helpful in all his communication. I'd advise trying to get in touch via email or though the air bnb app rather than SMS as some of my messages didn't get through to him (I was travelling from the UK so may have been something to do with my network).

Great welcome from Karina and the team. Apartment was good in a great location. Roof terrace was a bonus for early evening drinks. Unlucky with building works next door starting at 8am but overall recommend place and people and wold definitely go back.

Very well organised and efficient check in process - three couples arriving and departing at different times - most helpful staff ( did not meet Damien / there was no need ) Great location and very modern and clean appartment . Easy access to anywhere in Barcelona - first trip for us all - this was important to us The lounge area - not particularly comfortable or sufficient seating but this was only minor as most of the time we were out , eating at the table or on your lovely roof terrace ! Wi-fi was excellent as was the air-conditioning Would highly recommend this accommodation for 6 adults

Everything was organised very well. The flat was very good, comfortable clean and modern. Small problems like light bulbs blowing and the pilot light going out were sorted out very quickly. Help for booking taxis was much appreciated. Shower was nice and strong.

The whole experience was spot on! Picasso suits offers a professional service but are still very flexible and personable! Everything we requested was delivered without any issues!! Whenever I wrote a message the response was instantaneous. We did not meet Damien but his team member a lovely Spanish lady was adorable!! The apartment is in a good location walking distance from some popular tourist sights and a short taxi ride to others. The neighborhood feels safe and the market next door is perfect! The only small issue we had was- Mosquitos, however, we requested a fan to solve this and it was delivered - even though it was a Sunday- thank you!!

The apartment offers enough space for up to six people, with two double beds being a little narrower (so you have to like that)... It is super central, beautiful next to a small market hall, but is not quite quiet; but the windows are good and swallow a lot. Damian does not perform personally; he has organized it more professionally. We were able to check in early and there was a kind of reception on the ground floor, which you could have contacted in person (except on Sunday). By phone or email, however, this would also have been possible on Sunday, everyone was very friendly and helpful! It was clean, albeit a bit outdated and there were even coupons for a small breakfast with good coffee in a bar next door. The apartment is a good value for money . We were there with four adults and completely satisfied:)!

Damien was very welcoming and really easy to contact, and kept in touch up to and throughout the trip which was reassuring. The accommodation was exactly as listed and really spacious, clean and comfortable - exactly what we wanted for our weekend. The area was great and next to a lovely market.

This apartment suited our needs and more. Our host Damien was easily available via e-mail from point of booking and during our stay. Damien was kind enough to let us stay on at the apartment as we had a later flight. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The roof terrace is great for a nice view and some pre dinner drinks. The neighbourhood is nice and chilled. The indoor market next door is fantastic for fresh food. Our kitchen was filled with tasty tapas during our stay. There are garbage bins at the corner of the street so we were able dispose of our rubbish. Can60 underneath apartment is nice for coffee in the morning. In the evening Jose the barman was lovely and gave us great advice for places to go. Thanks Jose!!! We were a group of five friends and we would all recommend this apartment to family/friends. Gracias Damien!!!!!!!! :0)

Staying in this apartment was absolutely amazing. Comfortable beds, clean, convenient location right next to a market and Passeig de Gracia, and unparalleled value. Damien and Karolina were extremely accommodating and made us feel very welcome, from storing and moving our bags into the apartment to leaving us chocolates for Christmas. Very professional and when i return to Barcelona, I definitely want to stay here again! Hands down, best airbnb I have stayed in.

Damien and team were absolute professionals. Every aspect of getting into the apartment and being comfortable during the stay was considered and taken care of. Damien goes out of his way to be rapidly responsive via text message and that makes it so much easier! The room is in a perfect location. A couple blocks away from the main shopping thoroughfare. The roof deck was amazing. Absolutely loved every part of the apartment. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Carefully read a very reserved real estate professional. Mrs. Carolina assistant of Darmien accompanied us by phone from inside the apartment where we found an accommodation according to the description of the bottle of champagne in the fridge, breakfast paid at the bar under the central house location and with the yellow line Girona metro just 150 meters from the house if we come back we just want this apartment thanks Darmien and Thank you to Giorgio di air bnb Italia who assisted us in choosing the apartment

Reservation was for 2.3, but the suite given to me was 3.1. Very similar to the this one, except one of the rooms contained a bunk bed instead of a full size bed. I was compensated for the difference. Good size apartment and great location. Rooftop deck was a plus. I would stay here again.

We had a great time in Barcelona, especially thanks to the apartment and Damien' team. They were extremely involved in order to make our stay successful, very flexible, very careful etc... the apartment is very clean and modern with full equipment. The café downstairs is very useful, the huge terrace upstairs was a great place for our big family lunches. The neighborhood is nice and not too far from the old town and Gracia. The "mercado" is also very nice. In a word, we will come back and recommend the address.

Very easy to get in the appartement, with a nice crew doing what they could for us to be happy about our stay. The appartement was as nice as we could ask for, cheap and OK. Nice coffee machine. One of us forgot our passport on the roof terrace, and Stephanie came with it immediately. Nice service, nice place, nice price - medium size beds; a bit to cosy for two mail friends.

I had a lovely week with the family at Damien & Team's apartment. We have been in contact with Karolina several times, very kind and responsive, what a pleasure! The neighborhood is pleasant, the accommodation is conveniently located, very close to La Sagrada Familia, La Perdrera and Casa Batllo. Transportation (metro and buses) and shops are nearby. The apartment is very quiet, it overlooks a courtyard and a small pedestrian street, and for my part, I heard very little from the neighbors. I enjoyed the distribution of the rooms, we can have early risers and late nights together without disturbing anyone! In addition, the apartment was very clean and it has good services (air conditioning, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, linens, breakfast downstairs with Laura the extremely kind waitress, etc ...). I only noted details: there are not enough dishes if you cook, one of the bedrooms does not have a closet and the wifi seems capricious. I highly recommend this listing!

The great neighborhood, with everything at hand and the location great, easy to get around walking almost anywhere. The stay included the breakfast at the bar below the apartments, where the waiters are lovely. They also stayed very kindly with our luggage after checking out on the last day. The apartment is very good, everything clean and in very good condition, the only "pega" for putting some is that the beds were double and we had asked for five singles, but good we were five friends so we shared a bedroom without problems :) In short, very recommended!!

This is an amazing apartment. Perfect for a larger group. The rooms were nice, the beds were great and the apartment spacious enough that it never felt that we were bumping into each other. On top of that, the rooftop was great and the location is great and out of the tourist fray of bari gotic. Damien was a very good host. We had minor issues with the wifi, but Damien was very quick to respond and to find a solution. Communication with him was great and he was very friendly.

We had a great week in apartment 2.3. First, a flawless support from Karolina and an ultra-efficient organization from Damien. Unable to miss anything in the apartment as well as service or advice. Regarding apartment 2.3 : 3 bedrooms with closet and excellent bedding. Windows on the courtyard and on the pedestrian street that overlooks the covered market, so this apartment is quiet. The accessible terrace at the top of the building is great, we took full advantage of it, it's a huge plus to relax that will make us come back. Otherwise one magnetic key per person, it's really super convenient. Breakfast included at the restaurant downstairs too, what a comfort! Especially since the waitress is really charming. The wifi on the 2nd floor a little slow but we quickly understand how to connect to the wifi of the other floors that work better;o) and even available on the terrace and at the restaurant, "Always connected"! Very good location, all the neighborhoods are within walking distance or by metro. In short, excellence, rental to be recommended without any restraint! The best of renting with the best of hospitality, the price is worth it. Thank you Karolina, thank you Damien for your professionalism of very high level, I'll see you soon. Pascal (Paris)
